I placed an online order and when I went to pick it up at the time I requested, they hadn't even started on the order. Three other people waiting had the same problem. The employees were too busy yelling at each other about an incorrect order to make subs. Then when I finally got my order it was also incorrect!!!

Called to ask if I could order a 12 piece sandwich box. When the girl handed the phone to someone else he said it had to be for the next day. I then asked if I could get two 15" and that was fine. (it's the same amount of sandwich) When I asked why when I got there the young lady told me she didn't know why it was the other guys decision. (she was very kind and professional) I ordered roughly the same amount of food. (Which did end up being cheaper) But I then had to cut them myself to serve which is not a big deal. They did not seem overly busy. It was not the end of the world I would have appreciated an explanation though.

I don’t know if there’s new owners but I would not return here. I would rather drive across town to the other cousins than go to this cousins. I went in to order subs and asked to make them a meal. The cashier said that was only online. I pointed to the menu showing her where it literally says you can make it a meal. I don’t know if she was just trying to up charge me or didn’t know her own menu. Would avoid this cousins or order online so you don’t have to deal with them taking your order in person.

If you like being surprised by getting something different from what you ordered this may be the place for you. The last 3 times I’ve order from this location have all been wrong orders. Today I went in to get two loaves of bread and when I got my receipt I saw that they put the order in for 2 large fries. I ordered off the cousins site, 4 subs and 4 fries, the middle man in the delivery driver did not deliver the subs only the fries. Didn’t even want compensation, I wanted an understanding from your manager and wasn’t given one. They used to be a good place to get a sub. Not any more. Tonight wanted a takeout Philly with provolone cheese rather than what normally comes on it. Got home, opened it, and no provolone like I had ordered. I guess you need to unwrap it before you leave to make sure you get what you want. I was there 4 days ago and sent the company a well detailed complaint and to contact me but apparently wasn't worth there effort to address my complaint so I'll put it here.
My online order at about 3pm was to be ready at 4:30 my sandwich was done long before and soggy, they had drop the fries and curds when i came to pick up and that was ok and i decided to eat there, i said I'll eat in store so if they could put everything on a tray but the curds in a bag to go, she started stuffing the sandwich in the bag so i said again on a tray please, i said I'll take the bag for curds still so she grabbed the bag and put the tray back, i said please put everything on the tray and an empty bag and i will put the curds in myself, she tosses the tray on the counter and my sandwich on it in disgust, i cant help she didn't pay attention and i was the only one there so it wasn't busy, the person making curds asked if she should hold off if there to go and im eating the other items in store, the girl said no make them now knowing they wont be hot after i eat there, at this point i said you dont need to have an attitude and the guy cooking on the grill started in on me and now im pissed so i told him its not his business to speak to me, he said its my manager so i need to stick up for her, i said so your sticking up for her being rude? I ate in although very uncomfortable, i open the sandwich and it had pepper relish and pickles which i asked for on the side so it wasn't soggy, i ate it as it was but threw half of it out because it was disgusting, i wish i took a photo, i immediately deleted the app on my phone, 2 minutes away is jersey mikes which i never have a problem so thats my go to now.

I really like the food, but the service is atrocious. When I walked up to the counter, kid on the other side gives me a blank stare, like i was interrupting something. He doesn’t greet me nor ask the typical questions about the food, (i.e. will this be a meal? What side would you like? Nuthin’.) Turns out i was, as once I walked away he and the rest of the staff resume an engaged conversation with a customer they must know well. The contrast between how attentive they were to another customer and how dismissive they were to me was a little off-putting. But the food was made well and made quickly so my experience with the food was good. Nothing a little service with a smile can’t fix.

Ordered 2 sandwiches and a couple sides from Cousin's Subs tonight. 1 of which was a turkey/ bacon w/cheddar. Pulled out of drive thru and realized I'm missing a side. Get out, walk in while reading the receipt, the side I didn't get isn't on the reciept, I never paid for it, that's why I didn't get it, but....what's this a chicken sandwich...I never ordered chicken. "Hi,Yeah. I ordered turkey not chicken." The lady turns to dude who filled my order, "she says she ordered turkey not chicken" He takes receipt, says " yeah right chicken! I did give her chicken! What's the problem?" "She wanted turkey." "Yeah right! That's what it is! Chicken! It's the same right?" This poor woman don't know what to say to him. All I can say is no, it's not the same, this is chicken, not turkey,I ordered turkey, not chicken, they are different animals hence the different names. Me and that man's coworkers all stood there blinking in disbelief at him for a solid 10 seconds.

I'm sorry but I've never been rude or disrespectful to any food employees or any workers. I ordered my food online and didn't realize there was a drive through, so when I got there I went through the drive through to go ahead and pay for the food. And one worker complained that I had just ordered my food and then another worker started telling us we weren't the only people there over and over, just interrupting me because we had ordered online. I was just trying to pay and I understood there would be a wait so I started asking where to park to wait for the food and the worker was being so rude to me and I said "I'm sorry if I'm coming across as rude I'm just trying to ask a question." And then she said "Well you are being rude and there's another cousin subs down the street (there's not) have a good night" in a really sarcastic voice. I said I'm sorry things are so difficult for you today (she was probably having a hard day) and she said "yeah well I'm sorry you make my job so difficult." I'm sorry if I sound like a Karen but this has never happened to me and I've never had a drive through worker be so disrespectful to me before. I’ve been at several cousins subs and first and last time I would ever be at this location! Horrible service, repeated my order at least 5 times and still got it wrong! And when I told them that my order was incorrect the cook not sure her name - tall girl with glasses and blonde hair made me a dirty look and even mumble something which is super unprofessional! Went to the drive thru and it took a tad longer than expected, which was awkward for the line behind me who had just ordered or wanted to order, but it is quite easy to also go inside so next time I'll probably just do that. I’ve been to many different cousins subs before and I have always been impressed. The food is expensive, but it’s always been worth it because the food is so good. The food at this location was horrible. I got the chicken bacon cheddar and the chicken was cold and dry. As for my friends sandwich, he had a double cheese steak that can only be described as jerky with a cold slice of cheese and soft bread. Fast service, great food, reasonable prices! Plenty of parking and easily accessible and they even have a drive thru. Clean establishment and plenty of seating. Highly recommend the Philly Cheese Steak! It's good!
