It’s a fast food sub place - don’t go in expecting fine dining. Sometimes mistakes occur but the staff is typically gracious about fixing any problems. Food is great, especially with the addition of more chicken options. Fries and curds are always freshly made.

Terrible customer service.It was nobody in a restaurant and they had 3 employees I stood by the. Register 8 minutes one of them was cooking the other 2 we're just looking at each other trying to decide who's going come and help me. And then I spoke up I was like, can I get some service here, please? And then one of them approached me.

I’m finally getting around to do this!!! We had excellent service from the employees at this establishment. I ordered online for an early lunch for a wedding party at the Terrace 167 in September. The presentation was perfect and the subs were delicious. Thank you!
FYI- you need to be on their preferred vendor list for lunch before the big show.

I’m a frequent customer at this location and I often hear who I think to be a manager or at least higher position yelling at or being mean to the other employees. I haven’t interacted with him but I’ve had many interactions with other employees and they’re great and ready to take your request. Help these poor kids out somebody!

We were traveling in the middle of the day during the week. When we arrived the restaurant could use some tidy and we were told it would be at least a 15-20 minutes wait. We waited for Fond Du Lac where there were only two workers and our food was out in about 2 minutes. A waste of time.

Food is usually good at this location, but today wasn't the normal experience, got home and my hot sub was not even warm and the cheese makes it look like it's been sitting for a little bit. My fries were hot tho so that's a good thing. Staff is always friendly

Sub quality is hit or miss. More often miss than hit. Bread quality is regularly old, dry and crispy. Also, the crew over the last few weeks cannot figure out for the life of them what no mayo means… Pretty simple, common request.

Just ordered a Reuben fries and cheese curds. The meat was slimy. The cheese had burnt pieces in it. Waste of money, threw it in the garbage. Don't recommend, every time we try there, not good. They should of made that a Starbucks.

I was so excited when they opened up in Richfield seeing that there isn't a lot of food options around here but disappointed they always seem to be closed. I understand staffing issues but closing at dinner time you'd think they would open later to stay open a little later than 6pm.

Sat in the drive thru lane for ten min to pick up my online order which was a simple turkey add provolone has no provolone. This is the second order that has been wrong. Sorry to say but we won’t be back til things change.

Generally, a very well run store. Shift management is always on the ball and the back line is pumping out the orders. Good sub sandwich fare as you would expect from Cousins, and prepared quickly with due care. Looking for a quality sub with fast service? This is your place to stop!

I am bewildered by the work ethic of the service!!! The workers here are great. Compliments too employee, Spencer for his extreme kindness and expertise on sub making. His craftsmanship and placement with Cousin's Subs stickers are the definition of precision and I am very content with plentiful bean dip on my 7.5" sub. Good work!

Sslllloooooooowwwwww service. I have been sitting at the drive thru window for almost 10 minutes and haven’t even been greeted yet. Counted at least 3 employees back there… I worked at cousins for over ten years. This is by far the slowest, worst service I have received. Guys, it should take less than a minute per sub and you ALWAYS greet the customer right away. The only reason there are three stars is because the subs are delicious

Very slow service. Ordered our sandwiches online and once we came to pick them up they said we had to wait an additional 10 minutes which then turned into 20 minutes. Everyone who was waiting had to wait at least 15 minutes for their order. They need more people working during these busy hours.

Very slow service. Once you get your food it will be made incorrectly! I have gave them multiple chances it always ends up with this result. This is a brand new location & is the worst service I have ever had at any restaurant! When you take your food back after they make it wrong the manager Nathan he gives you big attitude, rude, & is the most unprofessional manager I have ever met! I truly believe he is the biggest reason this store is ran so poorly.

Ordered two subs from here. One sub was made to order, the other sub was missing all the vegetables as well as the mayo. I realize this place has not been open long, but the staff should be able to correctly make a sub. I will give this place another try soon, hopefully with better results.
