It's another one of these places where they stick the credit card reader out the window for you to swipe it and then be put on the spot to give a tip without knowing what service you'll get. Naturally, you feel like they might do something to your food if you don't tip and of course I had to wait forever to get the food. The food was as good as any Cousins but there's plenty of other locations without this tip infestation! I'll never go back there again! Pay your employees properly and stop making the customers pay more for already expensive food! I just want to hand my credit card to the person and get my food! Tipping should only be for restaurants with a waiter or waitress and fancy hotels!

Ordered a few sandwiches for a crew lunch and they gave me one of the sandwiches that was of course mine that was just bit off. I called and spoke to a gentleman around 330 or so and explained the situation and they took care of the issue and made it right almost immediately when I explained what went wrong. Haven't been to the Jackson one so this was my 1st time. Slingers was closed so thought I'd go to Jackson. The food was not hot(or really even warm) and the fries were definitely cold. The soup was thick enough to eat with a fork. I guess that's not terrible but wasn't how it usually is. I think there was only 1 person working so I give credit there.

Walked in for a pick up order, which wasn't ready. Seen 4 staff members in there and the only 1 that was working was the young girl. The 3 young boys (2 of which were sitting on back counter by drive thru) weren't working. The girl told them what I was there for and 1 came and threw down fries then continued to mess around with the other boys. Food wasn't even for me so can't really rate how it was

I'm giving 5 stars because I like the food. However I want to note that I find it unappealing to ask customers for a monetary tip when paying. I haven't even received any food. I haven't even tasted it. Nor digested the food and you push a point to suggest or ask for a tip? Do you want to hear about the time in 2001 when I got food poisoning from a Cousins Seafood and Crab sub. Puking for 12 hours? It took me 10 years to come back to a Cousins sub location. Honestly the suggested tip thing makes me feel like avoiding your locations. There are plenty of options for food. Just keeping it real. Get rid of this push for tips. I would not run my business this way.

I visited Cousins Subs in Slinger for the first time today. When I attempted to pay through the pin pad with a gift card, it would not work. The very nice young lady at the counter went to find the very nice manager to help. When the card failed again, the manager asked me for the card so she run it manually. Imagine my embarrassment when she very politely pointed out that my card was for a different sub sandwich restaurant. Instead of making me feel stupider than I already did, she was extremely gracious about it. Between the two of them, they earned all my future business.

We were given a coupon for a free meal for being new movers into the Slinger area so my wife and I stopped in on a day of shopping. Normally I'm not a fan of sub sandwich places, until now.
