I’m consistently disappointed with the quality of their subs. The lettuce never seems fresh — it’s usually wilted, brown, and unappetizing. On top of that, the sandwiches are never put together well. The ingredients constantly fall out, and I end up having to stuff everything back in just to eat it. For the price, I expect fresher ingredients and a sandwich that actually holds together.

Without warning we were removed from there rewards program
today. We followed ever rule that was posted. We saved points for a good cause. We promoted Cousins to everyone. We always spent $25 - 50 dollars every time we were there (2 times a week). I asked people if they scanned there receipts and if not I asked if I could if they said they through them away I got them out of the trash. I been doing this over a few years. No one from their management or staff said a word. I even met the CEO there and we had a great chat about the rewards program, I even mentions how we save points for a good cause. We talked about the knives I hand forge.

The meatball sub I got was far superior to Subway’s. The cheese was stretchy, the bread was lightly chewy, and the meat and sauce were well seasoned. I have had really good meatball subs with larger meatballs though, so they could be a little bigger.

We visited on a Saturday afternoon and it was pretty dead. This was the first time going to a Cousins Subs. The workers acted like they could care less. There was only three other people in the restaurant. I looked around, and there were several dirty tables and under the tables the floor could’ve been swept. There were even pieces of tomatoes lying on the ground, I never saw a person go out and clean, the restaurant once when I was there. The food was very good, but the restaurant dining area needed some attention.

Today was my first day ever eating at cousins subs I walked in and the store was so clean and the decor was really nice. I got a turkey sub with some cheese and veggie add ons the sandwich was 5 stars. I also got a cup of Mac and cheese and some chips and cheese curds all tasted amazing. The staff was super nice and they were super patient while I was ordering will definitely be coming back.

Love food but this food lacked any effort or soul. I got a philly cheesesteak and where I don’t expect a five star experience from a sandwich chain the first thing that made me cringe apart from the sandwich being awful was that American cheese is put on a philly by default. Save your money and go to any other sandwich shop. Not worth your time. People who worked here were nice but the restaurant was dirty. Shakes were dirty and spilling, mayo packets I asked for were covered in some slimy substance, and the counters and tables were dirty.

I live in rapids and about a month ago my mom grabbed me a cousins sub in point...After being told multiple times what to put on it they still did not get the order right...I called and complained...
They gave me a free one when I cot get back up there...well today I went to get my free sub called in my order told them exactly what I wanted multiple time and again they got my order wrong...very disappointing...It would be such a big deal if it wasn't so exspensive.
