Visited this Cousins today at 4:34pm. I am 9 months pregnant and wanted cheese fries. Pregnancy cravings are strong! I paid almost 6 dollars for cheese fries and received fries with approx 1 Tablespoon of cheese on them. Imagine my disappointment. Pregnancy hormones made me cry. 😭

Staff did not know what a meal is. When I asked for meals 3 times she still only charged for subs. When I received our friendship container there were maybe 10 fries in the regular size. No unsweetened iced tea. Not the regular cousins experience we generally have.

I ordered the $10 meal deal online. The first time I ordered it I was told I had to order it online, it can’t be ordered at the register. I got bit by a tic inside while sitting waiting for my order. I had to wait at least an additional 20-30 minutes after the estimated time their website said it would be completed. It was during a peak time and they didn’t have enough employees working at that moment. Every time I come to any cousins subs location I request my sub not to be “gutted” and they remove bread every time. This time they forget to put bacon on my sub that I paid for and there was also a large piece of green pepper skin larger than the biggest cheese curd I ordered. They made some bacon and gave it me in a cup so I can place it on my sub instead of them throwing away my sub and making a new one. The order taker/drive thru employee apologized for my sub having no bacon. Another serious complaint I have is the music always seems to be way too loud inside at this location. I’m a fairly laid back guy, so this stuff doesn’t really bother me, but most people would be upset the service I continue to get at Cousins Subs. I order a complete meal here at least once or twice a month. Sometimes I’m pleasantly surprised by the service. Other times I’m disappointed

Did a catering order for party subs for our daughter’s volleyball team. They were super nice, got the order ready ahead of time and the food was great. The lady who took my order was extremely helpful and at pick up they offered to help carry everything out to my car. It was great! Team loved the food.

I’ve been a customer here for years so the food is as good as Cousins always is. However, I went at 8:55 PM on a Saturday (today) to grab a quick bite to go and was frustrated to see the employees inside had already turned off all the lights and locked the doors when their hours on the door and website said open until 9. They were inside mopping so were still there but it was clear they would rather close up early and get home than take another customer during their promised hours.

HORRIBLE!!! Do not go there...I ordered a Chicken Philly and fries that took 13 minutes. After finally getting my sub it was burned and with hardly any meat or vegetables on it. Ordered two Philly cheesesteak subs and fries through the app for pickup. The fries were very cold and soggy and both sandwiches barely had any meat or toppings on them. I ordered at 7 pm on the evening and you can tell the food was thrown together. I wasted $17 on a horrible meal and when I order at lunch time from this location, I never have any issues. I have no idea how they almost have 4 stars. This place makes disgusting food. They are never fully staffed so the inside is often closed. The parking lot is full of garbage and the other day I found a bunch of nails laying around right where cars park.

The food itself is often either not done correct or was thrown together and not at all appealing. If you order a hot sub there’s a strong likelihood it won’t be cooked or warm. I’ve gotten melts there where the cheese hasn’t even melted.

The staff seems lazy, they don’t seem to care or want to be there, and they do not take pride in any aspect of making food.

Avoid this location at all costs. Have had issues the last few times, and this time closed the deal. They put mayo on our cheesteak. Fine it was a mistake, but can't eat it. We called and were told they wouldn't make us a new sub because they were closing. Even though I could have been back there 10 minutes before they closed. Sorry to inconvenience the staff asking them to correct their own mistake. I sincerely hope this location goes out of business. I will drive farther and go to Jersey Mikes from now. At least I know it will be edible when I get home.

Was told that it would take about 15 minutes, but it ended up taking 35 minutes. I was offered a free soda, but I declined. When I got my food home, one sub was not toasted like it was supposed to be, another had lettuce on it which was not in the description, and the other tasted and smelled really off. Pretty good steak sandwiches not a whole lot of flavor to the beef though. Very good fries. I have had better cheese steak sandwiches in my travels that used real picante provolone instead of the no flavor mild. Cousin's was expensive, in my opinion, when I moved out here 20+ years ago from metro NYC area. They are much more costly now. If I could go 3.5 stars I would. If I want a steak sandwich and I don't have time to make it myself; this is the best option. I just put my own Boar's Head brand Picante provolone on it.

Very delicious subs. Unlike Subway, Cousins is quite generous with the toppings. Their normal signed sub is 7.5", opposed to Subway's 6" sub. For me, 6" is not enough so I get the 12" and feel like I overate. At Cousins you can upgrade to a 15" and that is enough for 2 meals for me. At this particular location, they staff was not very engaged and quite slow.

We stopped in the store and the employee was beyond rude. My daughter needed to go to the bathroom and we brought her in first to use the restroom while my family waited in the car and husband got gas at the attached gas station. A cousins employee was going to to use the restroom. I said sorry my daughter is in there. She passive aggressively went in back and made a handwritten sign for cousins customers only and taped it on the door while she was in there. We went out to go get the kids and decided to just go somewhere else. There were zero customers in the store. Even if I wasn’t going to eat there, this is no way to treat potential customers. We were passing through this town on a road trip, but won’t have a good impression of cousins as a whole. Kindness matters
