Ok. I cannot understand how one Cousins location is so different from one another. COUSINS you slide along and now you are sliding...this particular Cousins had an outstanding front counter person...but that's were good ended...watching the new staff attempt to effectively build a sub and fill an order painful. They looked pressured...and they failed. My mini sub had liitle pieces of meat, one piece of cheese with lettuce and tomatoes...the food looked like it wanted to jump out of the sandwich...cmon ...you can no longer be my Cousin. Another twenty dollars down the drain..This is NOT HOWITOT2B. .

This location consistently makes orders wrong. I can't remember the last time I got my order done correctly. I truly don't think they look at any of the customization options the customer chooses for their sub.

I've had to go back to get orders remade enough times, that this was the last. I'm not going back to have anything remade, I'm simply just not going back anymore.

Been a frequent flyer at cousins, i have visited multiple locations as im not a fan of most sub restaurants, the place is always clean, quick service, they have the best cheese curds, I like them better than other fast food restaurants. Never had a bad experience at any cousin's subs location.

Just place an order for a club sub at this location at 9:50 pm , they dump a bunch of salt on my sub and gave me a sandwich that was old ! You can tell when you lifted the bread up that it was an order that didn’t get picked up !!! Was not made right away. Disappointed and I want my money back

Went the other night in the drive thru and asked if they had pretzel rolls still available. She said they did. When I got to the window, she apologized profusely but they were out. I completely understood (and all their bread is so good it wasn't a problem for me to switch) but she was very courteous and went above and beyond to make it up to me. Greatly appreciate the outstanding customer service there. And the food is also always top notch!!

The Staff Is rude. They messed up my order 2 Days in a row I spent $40.
Then they tell me there’s nothing they can do to make an order right or to make me satisfied. I will never go to this location again. I can’t believe this is how they treat their customers.
I live by this location and they are terrible seriously how many times can you mess up on a simple order! They never put oil on my sub( when I repeat it twice and always say please) they people that works in the drive thru window are rude. They don’t give me my receipt. Cousin's responded asking what they can do better. Well, notice I gave 5's for all but atmosphere. That was because there were many boxes of dry goods stored in the dining area and in at least one booth. You're lucky I gave you a 4 for that. It's getting so that fast food places would rather we not dine in anymore. I can understand that, but I could have gotten a meal down the street at Dennys for the same price, not counting a tip.

I ordered a 7 and 1/2-in meatball sub with double meatballs in a bowl. I literally live around the corner. When I open the container and started eating the meatballs were ice cold. I couldn't believe it. I just left there. Normally. I get really good service
from this cousins this time. I'm extremely disappointed. I have no idea how meatballs can get ice cold in a 5 minute. They must have made that thing up way before I got there which when I ordered it online they told me he would be ready at 10:30. I got there at 10:30. They must have made that thing at 10:00. Terribly disappointed and what a waste of money

This is my "go-to" place after every Chemo treatment with family..and when "i don't wanna cook days" Staff always smile. Very kind and helpful. My favorite Ham & Cheese. I ask them to cut a Half in Half then wrap separately. A half is usually way to much for me. But I Love this fresh tasty and satisfying quarter of a sandwich along with a small Vanilla shake. Did you know the shakes are made with Gelato? They are And less fatning! And a small can fill me up quickly. That is if it's not to thick.! It's really a bargain meal for me. The 2nd half can be my after supper snack or a quick lunch the next day. I have it all planned out!! Thanks Cousins Sue's for making my life a bit more tolerable!

I just had my first bad experience at this Cousins. (Customer service wise) My sub has been messed up a few times but hey. We're all human. On 4/4 at 6:45 I pulled into Cousins. The lot was empty and I was the only car in the drivethru. I ordered a turkey sub with a fry and soda. I pulled up to the window and wasn't greeted. I saw two guys standing around but they didn't acknowledge me. I waited for 5 minutes with no greeting. I understand I ordered fries and they take time to cook but i was expecting to at least be greeted. Not ignored. I got sick of waiting so I left. I'm not giving them 1 star because like I said, this is the first problem I've had. I love cousins and will continue to go. I just hope this doesn't happen again. Very disappointing

Cousin’s has always been a top favorite in our family but every time we go to the one on Grandview in Waukesha, our order is never made appropriately. For example, we ordered 2 subs. Both with extra lettuce and one with no onions. My husbands subs didn’t have any lettuce and mine had the normal amount with tons of onions. I get having an off day here and there but it happens every time we order from that restaurant.

I live close to this Cousin's but haven't been in years. Stopped in for a half meatball and a cup of chili. The staff was very attentive, communicative, and friendly. It was moderately busy and they seemed to have things well in hand. The sub was good, maybe not quite as flavorful as I remember though the chili was very good.

Just spoke to someone who took order. Not only did she not take the order right, she made it sound like it was an inconvenience to do a carry out order.

To top things off, after we get through it all, she tells me an hour wait. I've never waited that long at this location, ever! I canceled the order and she hung up.

I LOVE Cousins Subs! All the ingredients are really high quality (especially the bread, meat and freshness of the veggies).
