I ordered my food From Them through the app and i never received it the app is not great at all doesn’t give you the tracker of the driver Name or anything when i called they were telling me i have to call DoorDash when i ordered the food Through the app….The manager said she’ll call me back not even letting me know if I’ll received my money back…Due to them being on Lunch….YES THIS WHAT I WAS TOLD…I had the Order Number reading it out to them and they said they can’t do anything with it….I even explained to Them Constantly how it’s through you guys Not the door dash App I even read back my transactions letting them know it says Cousins Sub & a DoorDash Says DoorDash Wendy’s…
I wouldn’t get delivery through them at All…And the way it was handled like i didn’t spend 50 bucks…I door dash a lot and tip very well & I wanted To Try cousins delivery Since they wanna TRY and be Jimmy John’s…& Yess Epic Fail continue through door dash where you can TRACK YOUR DRIVER….

Staff are gems, management, wavering on social aptitude.
Made a split payment on a previous order cash/card and for some reason was charged to card only. Went in to explain that something went wrong and my cash seems to have vanished from the transaction.
Knowing very well that there's an issue with cash with no paper trail it would make it difficult to prove, but nonetheless I wanted to bring it to their attention in case this has happened before.
I've never had an issue with this location so this was very unusual.
The manager never asked me what happened just shot me a nasty "what am I supposed to with this?" While clearly almost throwing my receipt.
I just wanted the employee to be held accountable, but we never even got to that point in the discussion because of him getting defensive and louder the longer we talked.

Placed an order for pick up at 12 noon today 2/28/25 Arrived 5 min early, 2 mi. Drive home ,frys were ice cold and not eatable. Chx Cheddar deluxe was to be cold and sub was hot ,my mint shake was basically melted to water..This is not acceptable! Threw most of this Gross lunch out, frys, and shake and choked down half the sub and threw the reminder out! Train your employees better to read the ticket correctly

Welcoming, clean, friendly, fast, my food was delicious and made to my liking, hot and fresh, the chipotle steak is my top pick if I had to choose, the store and crew members were a little busy but I didn’t have to wait long. Highly recommend you sign up for the sub rewards if you have a smart phone and you like to go to cousins more than once a month, get points, discounts and free food!

Placed an online order at 4:30pm for 5:45pm pick up tonight, picking up thru drive thru. No one in drive thru line so husband wheeled right up at 5:45. Workers looked at my husband for FIFTEEN MINUTES WHILE SUCKING ON A SODA BLATANTLY IGNORING MY HUSBAND, THE CUSTOMER. He finally blasted his horn and got someone's attention. Finally got the food and left the drive thru at 6:05. Absolutely horrendous customer service and it's a shame you are probably paying these "workers" $15/hour or more. Will never go back.

Four people working, and still takes 10 minutes to make 2 subs- with errors. I get teens don’t care much about anyone but themselves and their friends (who happened to also be hanging out in the store getting free subs), but at least one person should be paying attention to the customers. It’s not a hangout, you are getting paid to WORK.

I ordered a sub through Uber eats and when I received my sub there was a big hole in the top of my sub. I know the driver didn't mess with it because it was still wrapped and sealed when it arrived. Why on earth would they make a sandwich knowing there's a huge hole on top? Also it wasn't cut in half. Just seemed like they slapped it all together without concern for quality.

I love going to Cousins Subs after my Chemo treatment. I always order the Ham & provolone with extra cucumber slices. I order a 1/2. And ask for that to be cut in 1/2 and wrapped separately. I can only eat one half right away. The next day my other half or 1/4 stays so much more fresh wrapped this way. And when I don't feel well it's a "welcome" to see it in the refrigerator the next day. Sometimes I order the vanilla shake. It's made with Gelato. it's sooo good and much more healthy for me than other quick drive-thru places. Thanks for all you do.

My family and I love Cousins Subs! However we are tired of getting disappointed at this location. This location is closest to us so we do come here often, however after today I think we will drive and extra mile to go to a different location. We've had our subs made wrong, numerous times, sometimes so sloppy I wish I hadn't paid for it, one time being that the sub had no meat or anything simply just cheese, seriously? I get it, mistakes happen, but mistakes happen too often here. They are always out of the different bread types, which maybe if you're always running out, you should order more? If Cousins advertises varieties of bread, those varieties should be available majority of the time, I would think. Service..... There are only two employees there that I can really tolerate, I wish I knew their names. One is a man who works during the day and another employee which is usually in the afternoon/evening with glasses and a backwards Cousins visor. The two mentioned are very personable which is a lot more than I can say about the rest of the staff. Attitudes and eye rolling are not something people want to deal with when visiting a local business. Moving forward we will continue to visit the Cousins locations on Grandview Blvd and Pearl Street, where we don't feel like a bother and we will be able to order all of the things we like. I always tell myself to give them one more shot and I'm let down every time. No more!

Honestly, if you have any food allergies or preferences, maybe don't go here as they seem incapable of creating custom sandwiches.
For instance, tonight, our subs we ordered without lettuce were piled high with lettuce even though our receipt clearly shows lettuce was not ordered.
In fairness I can not say this is just a Waukesha issue, as this seems to happen at so many Cousins around the area.
I'm sorry, but when there are only three toppings and you ask to take one of them off, why does this get missed SO OFTEN.

I called right away to complain
They said that's how it's made
They made No attempt to rectify or offer a coupon nothing 13.98 for that

I bought 3 party boxes which cost over $200- insane! Anyway, I don’t think they were made fresh the day off. Taste seemed off and several people got ill including myself. None of the sandwiches were labeled either so it was a guessing game. Don’t know if I’ll ever eat from there again.

Ordered 2 cold subs, one hot sub and 2 fries
Got home and one of the cold subs had no meat. How do you sell a turkey sub with no meat?? Called and spoke to the manager who said I could come back and get a replacement for the meatless sub or store credit. Because the location is not very close by, I said I'd come back and she could replace the entire order (due to some of the food items being hot) so my family could eat together. The manager denied that, she had no interest in resolving the problem to my satisfaction. She was fine with us letting the hot food sit while I drove there and back for a replacement sub. I guess the customer isn’t always right at this Cousins location.

Went to cousins today and ordered two 15" sandwiches and they put in as 1 15" and a 7.5". After bringing this up to the cashier she had me pay for another 7.5" sandwich which was more than the 15". On top of that the sandwich was upcharged $1 more compared to the menu price... a 7.5" was 7.49 but receipt was 8.49. The 15" was 14.98 or 14.49. This is really messed up that I had to pay more than what I should have originally without them correcting it by refunding a half sub and then charging a full price sub.

Terrible, inattentive service, despite there being hardly any customers. Simple orders resulted in mistakes, staff did not prepare orders correctly according to basic instructions. Limited availability of menu items, having nothing to do with Covid. Two stars had more to do with my overall hunger and the unintended benefit of staff leaving us alone after we got our food than anything they did deliberately. Hard pass on this franchise.

I walked out. Disappointed customers are served without a mask. You state mask required. Not even a reminder to the maskless customer. He was a 20 to 30 something healthly construction worker. Don't tell me it is their right. I have rights too. If it is posted no shoes or shirt, no service. Why not post no mask no service. We should all be trying to get through this together. Stopped in at around 11am for a sub sandwich. Place was empty. I was greeted as I walked in which was good. I ordered a cheese steak and told the cashier what I wanted on it 4 times. I said it loud so the cook and the cashier could hear. I figured after that, the receipt showing what I wanted, and the cashier repeating it back to me that my order would be correct. I sat down and waited. It took them well over 10 Min to make my sandwich... (no one in drive thru or inside but me). I got my food and it was wrong. I asked for no tomato or onion and sure enough they put it on. I did not say anything because I said it 4 times. This happens quite often at many fast food places. I give them 2 stars because of how I was greeted, the time it took, and how my sandwich was incorrect. It’s the little things that make a business successful.

Sandwiches we're good but they didn't even start making them until I got there. Ordered online and arrived when the app said they'd be done.... Second time this has happened at this location. Next time I'll go someplace else.

Worst cousins out of all of your locations. No customers in store, 30 mins to make 2 subs?? I ordered online arrived 5 mins early. When online order said ready at 6:36. I ordered at 6:15. Ridiculous to say the least. Finally received my order at 6:51. The sub is so soggy its sick.. How does this happen like you just let it sit and me sit for 20 minutes while it got soggy?
