I haven’t eaten here, but the service has been terrible. I’m a DoorDash and uber eats deliver driver and I’ve been to this location a few times. The first time I had to listen to them complain about all the orders and what they don’t like about their job. My second experience was worse. I nicely asked a worker if my order was ready and he got an attitude about all the orders he already had to do. I left and picked up another order to come back and it still wasn’t ready. I sat there waiting by the register. There’s a wall near that area and I was resting my arms on it and was rudely told to remove my arms off it. There was no reason for it at all and at that point it came off very petty and childish.

I went here a couple days ago and it was awful. I ordered pickup at 2 pm with the promise of my food being ready at 2:30. I showed up at 2:45 and they were still making my food. Didn’t get it until 2:50 and they didn’t hand me my drink then disappeared in the back for a couple minutes while I was still standing there. They didn’t come out until another person walked in, then the lady at the counter was rude and asked me what I was waiting for. I told her I needed my drink and she handed me the wrong size when I played extra for a large, but I didn’t have time to wait around for that crap so I just left. On top of that there was maybe a couple pieces of lettuce in my blt.

Literally pulled this hair from between layers of the Italian Special ordered. The individual working did not have their hair pulled back and hanging over the subs they were preparing. Reasonably requested a refund, provided contact details that the worker asked and said the owner would call/email but we were never contacted nor refunded. This was a restaurant we frequented, but after this experience, we won't be anymore. I thought the public deserved to be notified about the level of hygiene this location used while preparing our food and customer service provided, or lack thereof. It was suggested, and I'll repeat it here, that it would be good cleanliness practice to pull one's hair back in a ponytail to avoid these mistakes in the future and if this does happen again, please do right by your customer(s) and refund them. Hold yourself to a respectable standard.

First time customer at Cousins Subs. I ordered online, received my order through Door Dash. I ordered from the store closest to my house.

My supervisor ordered Cousins Subs for lunch, I had a roast beef sub. I really liked and wanted some more.

So I found out that I could get Cousins Subs delivered to my house. Ordering online was easy. Received my order on time.

Accidentally scared the delivery person, I thought she left already.

I ordered the 7 inch roast beef sub, cheese, pickles, mustard, mayo, onion, spring mix greens, and bacon. Very yummy roast beef. Everything was very fresh and yummy.

Very clean restaurant and courteous staff. I had the ham and cheese sub and the flavors were great together. The only thing I wasn't pleased about with the sandwich was how thin the meat and cheese were cut. Too much bread for the toppings. The cheese fries looked much better on the display than on the plate and were pretty standard as far as cheese fries go. Could have gone without them.

We've normally gone to the Main St Cousins, and after eating at the Washington St store, I can tell you we will avoid Washington St like the plague from now on. The Washington St Manager is abusive towards his workers. They mostly just keep their heads down and make sandwiches while he stays at the head of the counter and gives attitude to the customers. While waiting for our meal, he was rude to a customer who believed they were overcharged. He said, "Well look, you shouldn't have signed for it then. You already paid me, I don't care if you take the food or not". I can't be sure that it was entirely this rude and condescending guy that was ringing up the customers that made the atmosphere so uncomfortable, but our party wasn't the only one that noticed it. Its a shame because we really like Cousin's actual subs. Hope the owner can improve the customer service here...

I ordered online for curbside pickup. I do this at the Paradise location all the time without any problems. I arrived a few minutes before my pickup time, so I wasn't expecting it to be ready. I checked in online and waited...and waited...then I decided to call in. I was immediately placed on hold.

After a total wait of 15 minutes past my pickup time and being on hold with nobody speaking to me, I went inside. I waited some more at the counter and I could see my order sitting there. I finally got to speak to the girl and she gave me my order. I got all the way home and realized I didn't have the chips I ordered.

I know it's the day before Xmas Eve and they were busy and there were only 3 people working, but I thought it was ridiculous to wait that long. I'm wishing I hadn't left the 10% tip.

Please wear a hat or hairnet, Lucas and manager-guy. Don’t run your hand through your hair and then do another task without washing your hands first. Masks are ideal, too (all of you), any time there is exhalation anywhere near the production line. It’s also good to cheerfully acknowledge customers when they walk in, even if you’re up to your eyeballs in orders. It goes a long way in making up for wait times.

Worst Cousins ever! Every time I order from here my delivery order is short a sub. I ordered 2 subs and one never seems to show. Seems kind of odd that keeps happening. Fries are the worst. I was disappointed in the hygiene practices I witnessed while waiting for my order. Multiple employees were touching their masks and/or their clothes then touching food and food preparation surfaces without washing hands or changing gloves. Took payment from another customer then touched my food (Got cheese curds from fryer) without washing hands. EVERYONE (3 employees I saw) but the young man who was working behind the register was wearing masks with their noses exposed. I did give my feedback in the store as well, which they accepted somewhat politely. Please train your employees about basic hygiene for food!

You can feel the attention to detail at this location. Brittani at the register is always so friendly. She asks about your order and makes recommendations. I love that they "get it right".
