Based on previous visits, I prefer the location on Paradise Drive.
They are clean, professional, and always greet me when I come in.

Very disappointed... ordered a sub and asked for NO onions. Get home and there's so much onions on this sub it's out of control.... was for my pregnant fiance and she hates onions. Now I wanted all that money on a sub that's not going to be eaten... and they closed after I left and got home. So I'm stuck with a sub that's not going to be touched. I don't know if I will ever go back to this location.

The cashier was prejudiced. She greeted everyone in line and as soon as me and my sister was up next she stood there as if no one was in front of her. I can not think of any other reason she would treat me that way considering we were the only colored people. On a positive note, the food was great!

I tasted the new cheese fries but they had cheese curds mixed in? I am assuming someone's not watching what they are serving or if they are dropped in same baskets? I do not like cheese curds. Fries were cold, some were not even done, soggy. Hardly no cheese on a large. Curds were stuck really hard onto the fries. That's a fail.Disappointed. .

I was so excited for the cheese fries because Cousins fries are the best, better then Mcds fries! BUT I am disappointed. Cheese fries can be hit or miss due to how soggy they become, the type of cheeses flavor. Cousins sogginess was half, half which was disappointing, was hoping no soggy, also the cheese is a big disappointment. It has no taste. You want a good taste cheese flavor. But I saw a post online it was gehl cheese being used, that's good cheese with a good taste so idk but many of as at work did not like, we all love love cheese fries, love Cousins fries.

Normally we love Cousins, and this is not our usual location, but we do visit often. Tonight, I ordered delivery for the second time in maybe 3 years. As with the first try, they just leave the food on the porch for the squirrels and stray dogs. Don't even ring the doorbell. Don't knock on the door. Leave my fries out there in 20 degrees. At least it wasn't snowing.

I have ordered from this location a number of times. Interior is up to date and very clean. Employees are pretty good overall. Sandwiches usually are done well, but every once in awhile a mistake happened. Cheese curds are on point. We've sampled most of the sides, and can't recall a time sides were cold or wrong. Overall a great Cousins.

Don't waste your money with this place if you know people that says this place is good they don't have taste buds or they're not used to eating anything past Ramen cups. Super salty flavorless food yeah they give you a big sandwich but afterwards when you eat it you're like why did I eat that Subway is better when you hate Subway go to Firehouse Subs I guarantee you your money is well spent there.

Today I tried to order food for my mom who lives in West Bend through Door Dash unfortunately if you live all the way near Dallas, Texas, the Food Service Apps don't work for ya that way. I decided to call to see if the store could take my order for me so I could surprise my mother whom has been going through hell with chemo treatments to have some lunch delivered to her. I wanted to give Zach (I hope I spelled your name correctly) a special shot out. He took my order and said he could have it delivered to my mother across the street (kinda). Zach I give you absolutely 100 STARS for helping me making my mother feel special and loved today. The amount of side affects and exertion she has experienced the last several months alone have been unbearablefor her to do things..this made her month she said. To make things even more amazing Zach had this lunch delivered in around 15 minutes from time of taking my order. God Bless you young man. My mom always goes into this place when she feeling good. Every time we come in we get the same cashier. She doesn’t wear a name tag but she wears clear glasses and has a nose piercing. She never greets us or even says hi. This time we walked in and I deliberated didn’t say anything and she just stared at us. I waited an awkward amount of time not saying anything assuming she’d have to finally say hi or something and she didn’t. Somebody teach your employee what a proper fretting is when guests come into the restaurant. Not good.

You offer free delivery on weekends and pass the 1 hour plus wait on door dash. You off the delv. They are your responsibility.
2nd you did not seal the bag and put the receipt in the bag. Which means delivery person is putting there hand in the bag !!
3rd the receipt got put into the wrong bag, and the wrong order was delivered.
4th when we call you act like you're not sure what to do, and try to figure out what happened.
5 I don't care what happened, ask to redo order or refund.

1hour 20 min. Later I have refund and am going elsewhere for dinner.

I love Cousin's. But this is hands down the best location ever. Their food is fresher, their bread is softer, the ingredients are of the highest quality. Locally franchised by a truly compassionate, caring member of our community. Besides this food being delicious and the staff being outstanding, the owner does wonderful things for our community in gives back to so many charities, and does positive things for healthcare workers etc. I just don't know this place is so much better than all the rest. And I know it begins with the food and the next step is a staff, and his staff is amazing. The manager Pam is nothing short of amazing. She will assure that your order is correct, hot, fresh. You will be asked if you need utensils if you need napkins, if you want your receipt. They will talk to you about reward points. And they will leave you with a smile on your face. Currently now they are featuring a Muenster Mash sandwich that is absolutely delicious. You can get steak or chicken, I chose steak, Muenster cheese, bacon and optional pepper Mash jam. If you're not drooling by now you should be. It doesn't get much better than this.

I used to come to this location all the time. Today walked in with my mask on, only to find out that none of the workers we're wearing their's to protect customers. I went to the other location to buy my meal, they wear a mask to protect customers. I have 3 autoimmune disorders plus I have young grandchildren that I'm trying to keep safe plus elder parents. Very disappointed in the young men who were working tonight. I am visiting my boyfriend from the other side of the state and we don't have a Cousin's Sub in our area, so I was excited to come to town and stop in. Granted, it was later at night, but the boys working tonight (in the 8:00 hour) were not professional at all. The one who was in charge asked my boyfriend who was questioning the total because we were overcharged after presenting a couple coupons if he could just give him a free sub "to just get this over with." Very unprofessional. After it was resolved, we still didn't have all of our items we paid for. (Missed a fry).
