No sauce on the crepe. Full of ham with little asparagus and zero sauce. The waitresses stand talking and not waiting on people.

The crepes were disappointing, the crepes themselves were bland and the fruits were frozen rather than fresh, it felt poorly cultivated, not made with love. My friend and I also got a Reuben sandwich and the mills delight, we looked at each other a little disappointed. Our server was attentive though! We also liked the soups. And their iced tea is pretty good.

Cream & Crepe Cafe is one of many pittoresque and charming places in Cedarburg, WI. It is definitely worth visiting. However, not all choices of crepes are equally good. Country Crosroads and Creeks Specialty were much better options than Homesteader. My general recommendation would be to double crepes on every entree; their taste is completely hidden by the filing. Stuffed crepes are much better when there is balance between them and the filling.
As for desert, the Fruit Basket (see picture with fork) is way too sour and definitely not with a "dollop of whipped cream." It looked more like the last few droplets in the jar. On the other hand, the daily special (Mackinac Island fudge crepe, the other picture) was absolutely delicious.
Service was superb. With the new experience of what to order next time, we will revisit.

The food was wonderful! The service was phenomenal. The waiters were wonderful & went above and beyond. I think it's the best service I have had at a restaurant in years. The crepes, soup, salad, coffee & dessert crepe were great. I am looking forward to going back and trying more things! The atmosphere was really cute too. I highly recommend going here!

New to Cedarburg and decided to get a pickup order. There's no way to place an order online and I have called three days in a row several times each day no one ever answers the phone. Don't offer pick up as an option if it's not available.

The space is very cute and charming. Unfortunately, the fruit basket desert crepe was very cold and the berries were not fresh and tasted like frozen mixed berries. The berry mixture was very cold. The Parisian crepe was warm, but had a very rubbery texture. The crepes do not taste fresh. Also, not very friendly service. Very disappointing.

Food was a mixed bag. The soups, turkey crepe and veggie crepe were good. Shrimp tasted rubbery - clearly a choice to use cooked low cost shrimp was made here. Berry crepe should be removed from the menu. Run away from it. Run far away. Not sure if the berries were previously frozen, but tasted literally like nothing at all - I mean imagine something that has zero taste, and zero reaction from your taste buds. That's what these berries were like. I got the double crepe, which really was two small crepes the same total size as my wife's single crepe, but just cost twice as much. My daughter's lemonade was may be 70% ice, with no refills allowed. Service was mysterious. Food was brought in a strange order that made no sense to us but no doubt was based on some unwritten and uncommunicated rules. Debated between three and four stars, would give it 3.5 if I could for half the food items that did taste good.

Drove almost 45 minutes because we really wanted to try this place. Sounded so promising. Got there only to find no accessable access and to have some jerk unable to make it into 2 parking spots hit my scooter on the rack. No brunch and no desire to return to Cedarburg.

The cafe is quaint and has a great ambience. The quilts on the walls are beautiful and the antique furniture gives the cafe a comfortable warmth. My broccoli and cheese soup and my spinach salad was delicious; however, my sister's ham and Swiss cheese sandwich was plain without condiments. Most disappointing was the berry crepe. I felt for sure, since it was summer, it would be filled with fresh berries, but it was served with frozen berries. I will return to the restaurant but I will be careful with what I order.

My sister and I always go here for lunch when we visit Cedarburg. The crepes are great; there are plenty of sweet and savory options. I also get sandwiches sometimes and those are good as well. The decor is cute, feels homey. Usually not too busy when we go and we are always seated right away.

Cute little crepery tucked away in the cedarmill building. Fast friendly service. They offer sweet and savory crepes and have coffee as well. They don't open until 11am, so more of a brunch/lunch spot.

Simple. Delicious. Admittedly never knew about savory style crepes before this place. Now I tell my girlfriend relentlessly how much I want to go back for their ham and cheese crepe. Practically licked the plate clean the cheese sauce was so good! Everything tastes homemade. Good variety of savory and sweet crepes which I've seen no other place even attempt in my time in Wisconsin. I think each crepe was around $6. Not bad. The place was tricky to find, though.

This place has been a staple of Cedarburg since the early 1990s. My dad took us here for lunch when we were kids, and not much has changed about it. For that, I'm grateful because it's simply a great little spot to grab a bite to eat while enjoying downtown Cedarburg. The Woolen Mill building, where this restaurant sits, adds an atmosphere of warmth and nostalgia that simply can't be recreated. Creeky floors, open floor joists in the ceilings, antique decor, and even vintage silverware and china is a nice touch. The food here is simple but delicious and hearty. They specialize in crepes but have great sandwiches and some of the best cream of broccoli soup I've enjoyed anywhere. I like the Ham and Swiss and the Reuben sandwiches, and the ham and cheddar crepe is my favorite. Try and get a seat by the window so you can gaze out a Cedar Creek and the waterfall of the dam through original antique glass window panes from when the place was still a woolen mill. This place is especially awesome on cold rainy days. I hope Cream and Crepe is around forever!

The food here is delicious. We arrived just before they opened at 11 am on a Sunday. We picked a seat by a window with a river view. It felt like we were in Europe. The crepes are delicious. One savory crepe for lunch and split a sweet one for dessert for a perfect meal. Staff was attentive. After lunch stroll to the bridge to view the river.

We have been loyal customers of Cream & Crepe Cafe for more than two decades, and we are consistently delighted with their delicious offerings. Despite their menu remaining unchanged for over 40 years, it caters to a wide range of preferences, featuring not only mouthwatering crepes but also sandwiches and homemade soups (don't miss out on their delightful cream of broccoli!). The crepes, in particular, are the highlight of the experience. However, it's worth noting that wait times can be lengthy during peak hours due to their limited seating area. Large parties may face difficulty finding accommodation as the cafe's charming atmosphere is complemented by older wooden tables and chairs, creating a cozy, homey ambiance.

This place has such promise. The menu is creative and the crepes are delicious. Unfortunately, the sauces are reconstituted package sauce, not made with real ingredients. The meat seems to be shaved delicious meat. What a disappointment. It wasn't terrible, but way less than it could be.

Crème & Crepe was so adorable, inexpensive, and the environment was enjoyable. The staff was friendly and attentive. I loved that the restaurant was within the Cedar Creek Settlement and that there was so much to do in the area even after lunch here. I would say this is one of the perfect places to eat in Cedarburg, and is a cute date destination. The dessert crepe and the broccoli cheddar soup was my favorite. The drinks were also great…including the coffee and apple cider we tried. The Rueben sandwich and Rueben crepe were the only reason I didn’t give this place 5 stars. Frankly, those two dishes where not very good, and I ended up getting really sick later after eating here. I’m unsure if I was sick due to this specific restaurant, but I am concerned about the meat quality, and it didn’t taste like other Rueben’s I’ve had. Just given the quality of those two dishes, I am giving the place a 4/5, but still recommend others come here for the soup, dessert, and hope others find the other dishes are better than my experience. I’ll happily come here again to try again!

Hard to find in complex. Up and down stairs, through other shops. But excellent service enjoyable food. Had lentil soup, tasty not overly salty. Had spinach, bacon, ? Crepe was still warm after I ate my soup. Lots of spinach. Almost enough room for dessert crepe but we didn't splurge. Would visit again.

The food was very good and the staff did a great job getting our orders and delivering in good time! We had a table of 14, three families. I was rather disappointed that they would not take orders separate for each family. Instead we had to figure out how much each owed and then figure out tax and tip accordingly. It would have been so much easier if the staff split at the start. But that being said, we still enjoyed the meal, we will just be more prepared next time.
