During lunch, they turned the music up to headache level. Food took 45 minutes to make simple orders and they messed it up horrifically. All food was cold. Didn't know how to make a panini at all. Prices are about 4x what they should be. This was supposed to be a fun birthday lunch but this place is disgusting and I'm telling everyone who ever asks to avoid it.

Cream City Social Eatery is amazing! I was very impressed with the menu and the overall cleanliness of the restaurant. That is, Cream City Social is a very crisp and fresh product, and they have excellent customer service! The menu is really impressive, especially for dinner, and the amount of talent it takes to create amazing dishes is awe-inspiring. Moreover, the presentation of each dish is breathtaking, and the flavors will keep you coming back for more! The ppl that works there are so fun and nice. They are a while vibe and will make sure that you have fun. The drinks were good, strong but good. It feels so jomey and comfortable. When we walked into the place it an ok vibe. We were greeted and we had to find our own seat which was fine . The seating is tight and not kid friendly . The music was way too loud so you would have to talk over it . We went in there wanting to support black businesses in Milwaukee however we waited almost an hour for our food and it was cold and warm ..I ordered a chicken breast panini and it was extremely overcooked… friends were cold. My daughter ordered the shrimp fries and they cut the shrimp up into pies and she said it was flavorless. My other daughter ordered the burger the onion rings were good but the burger did not melt in your mouth ….the blue cheese dressing was not of quality…. I really hoped for better results …. They also enter a gratuity on your tab so pay attention to double tipping as I also payed a tip of %18 percent plus money …. If it was worth it fine but I was NOT SATISFIED 😪

I was treated out to this place for my early birthday present. This place is undescribable beautiful clean detailed unique stylish artistic once you enter inside. Place was nice clean no one there but me and my homegirl. Food was a waste of money. My daughter and I wanted to try a new restaurant and we found this in our search-it was close to our drinks destination and do not regret choosing this eatery to start our evening!

The staff is friendly and attentive, the food was delicious (we got the wings, panini, and the fries in the side were cooked perfectly and had like a Parmesan salt on them-yum), and we got two lemon drops-which tasted great as well!

Go check them out if you’re in the area-we saw they also had hookah in the back if that’s your thing!

I’m glad to see black owners owning more businesses and bringing a community vibe to the neighborhood; however this is my review for this establishment. The food was great! 3 thumbs up!the staff was somewhat friendly, but very inattentive. We didn’t get utensils or water before the food came, was unaware that they were only serving select menu items at a certain time of the day, also waited on my promised drink for half an hour and waited for table to be cleaned off, as we were still sitting after eating and wanted more drinks and a clean table. I hope this business thrive, but they need to step their game up a couple notches more🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

Two different occasions. One with a Pineapple/Strawberry Mimosa & Grits with cheese and bacon. I had a plate of shrimp and grits before that. The grits are so creamy and smooth. The mimosa was delicious.

Other visit was chicken wings with mac and cheese. Mac wasn’t my fave but the chicken was delicious.

Recently had the steak and it was cooked to perfection and seasoned well.

I love the atmosphere and people that work here! Great staff. Prices are fair. Food is really good.

My Second time here with my husband and it was a horrible experience the second time around. On my 1st visit I had complaints but nothing bad enough to stop me from returning but this time my food was cold they offered to heat it up and the second time it was cold as well, Like how’s that. The waitress was slow and the cook was beyond slow and the place was pretty empty but still somehow the service was bad and Slow
Like over an hour also the drinks took forever to come, I had my drink then my husband drink came 20 minutes after mine like how. They seem nice but seriously the worst service I’ve had in years. They add the tip and still ask for a tip. Like No!!!! I ordered the exact meal from the last time and it tasted completely different. This place was a complete let down. It’s so beautiful and clean so I hope they get better.

I was visiting for the weekend and was excited to eat here after seeing them on ig. Unfortunately it was not a good experience. The restaurant itself looks nice and the staff is kind, but a bit inattentive. Two parties ended up walking out because they were not greeted upon arrival and we’re just standing there unsure if they would be seated or even waited on.

We waited over an hour for our food. We were never told that there was going to be such a delay. The restaurant was not busy at all. When the food finally came it was cold and sub par. We ordered biscuits and gravy & chicken and waffles. The chicken was good, but the waffles were really chewy and not hot. I LOVE supporting black owned businesses but we most do better. If a business is short staffed at the very minimum inform the customer, before they order, that they will have to wait over an hour for their food

This place uses mandatory tipping of 18%. The customer is not provided a bill, but instead only given a dollar amount owed (that includes a 4% convenience fee) with large buttons asking for a tip: 18%. 20% 25%. I picked 20% meaning that my effective tip was 44%. I was scammed.

The people were really nice but the service was not that great. I think the server we had needed more training. Everything took forever and many things we had to ask for many times. I was forced to pay and take a dish home that was made incorrectly and I no longer wanted it. Oh by the way.... the paninis are grilled like normal and so are the wraps which is weird. I think they should let people know it's a hot wrap that is panini pressed not a cold wrap.

I went for the first time this week on a referral. I will definitely pay it forward and referral this eatery to someone else. This place is amazing. First, it is beautifully designed and decorated. The wood glossed benches and tables are such a nice touch. The service is amazing! Our waitress was so attentive and sweet. The owner is customer focused and accommodating. This will definitely be a spot to have a work social gathering. The food is delicious! We had the signature fried, bbq and garlic Parmesan chicken wings. We also had the salmon panini. The food was made to perfection. Oh and the fries had sprinkles of Parmesan which made them taste soooo good. I will certainly go back and make sure that I take a friend! Some friends and I came in last Saturday afternoon. This is my first time there and was visiting from North Carolina.

I ordered the garlic parmesean wings with fries. When the wings came I wasn't expecting the garlic parmesean wings to be wet. Normally it's a dry rub. I'm glad it was wet. This was the tastiest garlic parm sauce I've ever had. One friend order chicken waffles. She mentioned that dish was good. The other friends had chicken salad which was also good. We were very happy with our food and service. It's a good thing to see a new restaurant open up in Milwaukee. Most new restaurants open in the areas outside of Mikwaukee. I used to live here, I will be back. I wish I had photos. Maybe next time.

I'm glad that something finally opened in that spot. Good location. The renovation was done nicely. The staff was friendly. Food was ok. Not a very exciting menu but I was glad that they had a variety of veggie sides. Pricey for the portion sizes. Atmosphere was way too brightly lit. I'd suggest dimming it a bit for more ambiance since it's a nice looking spot. Was very loud for a dinner crowd. With that said I'd visit again to support neighborhood business. One last thing to note is that they charge a 15% gratuity off the top. on the cc receipt it asks for a tip on top of that. I would have tipped more but don't appreciate a tip being included w/o notice on the menu, unless I missed a sign somewhere. That's a serious pet peeve of mine. I can understand if there's a large party, many places do that but I was solo and I prefer to tip in cash..
