My wife and I normally love coming here to eat. Didn’t have a very good experience tonight. Five people $100.00. The rice they put in our food was like gravel. I Talk to them about it. They said they would make a new one. They didn’t. They just added chicken to my order. I would say come earlier in the day. It was 7:30 PM.

I’ve usually had great food and service here but the twins working were somber, quiet, border line rude. Bad avocado was added - to my salad, it was brown and gross. The tomatoes were bad too. But the service was the worst part.

Salad was great, but be careful what you ask for. I am used to being asked options even although I requested a Cobb. They certainly don't have patience or ask what a normal Cobb Salad would be. Just there formula. Never had I been rushed and felt rude to.

They were out of the pineapple ginger drink. I asked the cashier if they could refill it. She didn’t have a clue. I went up later to ask about it and asked for the manager, but they were too busy. The cashier came out when we are finished with our meal and said they couldn’t refill it. We tasted the other others, they tasted like mildly flavored water. At four dollars a pop I would expect a little more. we had a wrap, they were just OK. I’ve had much better.

I stopped in to pick up some food about 45 min before close, 20 minutes later it’s ready and when I ask for a bag since it’s a to go order the woman working rolled her eyes and raised her voice to an unreasonable level for someone being just across the counter. Ridiculous.

I am vegan and thought Crisp and Greens would be a good option for me; however, I found it to be no better, no different than any other restaurant. Yep you can take off or just order the greens. I ordered a Chicken Caesar salad. It wasn’t like any other Caesar salad I’ve had and it was basically falsified advertising. Besides that, it tasted awful - weird flavoring in the chicken and some kind of bizarre crunching burned thing on top. Strange ingredients for a Caesar Salad. Overpriced to boot. Recommendation is to avoid.

I ate about 20% by picking through it and the rest went in the trash. What the hell?!

I wish the staff cared more about what they are doing. A lot of times they forget ingredients or serve old crusty ingredients. I get that the job probably doesn’t pay super well but I’m paying way too much for a salad there when I treat myself and it’s super disappointing when it isn’t what I paid for. I have had more issues at the Hudson location but rarely have had any problems at the Woodbury location. I hate to be a Karen but I got to let y’all know to step up your game so you can be better:)

Very pleasant experience, a great healthy fast option. The salad was delicious and filling but not leaving you weighed down and sluggish. Will definitely be back again. We've come here a few times since they've opened, and did take out once. Their food is absolutely delicious, but I've noticed a difference in dine in versus take out - meaning you don't necessarily get the entirety of the meal on the takeout route (meaning the chips side was not given). We love that you can customize what you want. You can also add to your wrap/salad/etc. Some day we will try to acai bowls too - those are the only things we haven't tried as of yet.

I did an online order for pick up at 545pm. It was not ready at 6:15pm. When I asked the worker how much longer, as I had plans at 6pm and was now late. She said, I don't know and rolled her eyes" I had no choice but leave for my plans. I asked the worker to refund my order. They said, we don't know how to do that. When I asked for a phone number to call for one, they told me they didn't have one. When I requested a refund online due to horrible experience, they never answered. So, I never got dinner and lost $40.

Stopped in at 6:00pm on a Wednesday. It wasn’t busy, there were two people ahead of me, but I waited for more than 20 minutes to be served. Service was extremely slow. When it was my turn, the employees left to do something else. No one acknowledged me for just standing there. At least let people know you see them and you’ll be with them in a moment. Once I ordered my salad and were making it, they proceeded to tell me they were out of roast chicken. They offered to substitute the protein, but I declined. The salads are delicious but the service needs serious work. I was in the establishment for 25 minutes to get a salad to go that wasn’t even what I wanted. This was my second time here and the first experience was better and I’ll likely give them another try but the speed and quality of service must improve to keep me coming back.

I got the Cobb salad. It was good but I was disappointed when I got home and there was no bacon. I liked the kale and spinach. I also go the date night smoothie. I liked that it wasn't too sweet, but it tasted like they used a very unripe banana, which overpowered the rest of the ingredients.

It gives off the (good) feeling of eating in the crisper drawer in the fridge because of the contrast between the vibrant green of the ingredients and the almost clinical white lighting, but the food was exceptionally good... and who knows, maybe that was an intentional atmospheric choice to boost the fresh-feelingness of the food?
The staff was friendly, and price-wise getting a bowl and a drink is approximately comprable to getting a large combo at any fast food chain in the area, so it's reasonably competitive and definitely more nutritious.

I have ordered both online and in store and it has been so inconsistent on wait time. Ordered a Protein Power Play today and I was the only customer in the building for a good 10 minutes, and it took 30 minutes for them to make this and then it was wrong when I received it. Love the food but really hope the service will improve.

I REALLY wanted to have faith in this place. But 4 out of 4 visits they've been out of some staple products that they don't seem to be able to replace quickly, or at all. (Who runs out of roasted chicken at noon?) The staff, however is always very friendly and as helpful as they can be. It's clear that it's not their fault and it's just been mis-managed. 4 out of 4 visits I have not been able to order what I came to order, so I just don't see the point anymore. I will also mention that it's quite overpriced for what you get. Broccoli and cauliflower tastes like it's soaked in butter, and while that's totally delicious, I'm hesitant to call any of it healthy at that point.

Good food but very expensive for what you get. I got a No Prob Cobb salad and a tropic time bowl. The salad was just okay and the bowl was stellar. I’d recommend it with all mango sorbet. For both those and a drink it was $30! I will definitely be back for dessert as I like the bowl options for something healthier when I’m craving ice cream or something like that. But the salads just aren’t worth the cost in my opinion; I’ve had way better out of a bag. Side note: I did find a hair in my salad. It was not mine. I get it, it happens, but if I’m spending $15 on a salad I prefer it hairless.
