We used crossroads catering for our wedding, and had such a wonderful experience!
The entire time everything was fully transparent and communication with Jason was amazing!
We had a taco bar, and we had so many raving reviews of how great the food was!!
I cannot recommend Jason and crossroads enough!
Everything was reasonably priced, and the amazing guidance Jason was able to give during our consultations was great too!!
We also had a lot of dietary restrictions (dairy free, gluten free and allergies), and they took the time and care to make sure we could cater to everyone’s needs!
Although we don’t live in the area, if we’re visiting, we’ll definitely stop by to get a quick snack from the deli !

My wife and I stopped and picked up a few things and this is a great grocery store. Very nice check out people and everything we needed. The next morning we came back for donuts and they were terrible. I'm not sure if the oil wasn't hot enough or what, but most of the donuts were soaked in oil and in edible. I'm guessing it was a rare mistake considering the store.

This hometown grocery store has everything you are looking for & even some things you might not be. If they don't have it, they will order it for you. The staff is friendly & remember your name when shopping there. The deli has amazing offerings & their cakes are top notch 👌. Specialty meat market & in house smokers offer a variety of flavors & cuts. If you haven't shopped here you are missing out.

We come here more and more lately as Hy-!$$$! is now here and phasing out any brand names and reducing the store to an ALDI. Heartbreaking.
While a lot is not going well, I will leave that for another day, literally the BEST tiramisu ever. We have been to Italy many times, NY, LAS, NY we always get the tiramisu this is on par with any 5 star restaurant in any of those locations. bueno!

They only had one so we also purchased a frozen cake, it is so bad we can not eat it. For fun my husband said, we should take this back to them tomorrow and ask the manager to take a bite and not spit it out.

Extremely disappointed! This is the Third sale that I made a special trip to Crossroads Market for sale items and the shelf is empty. I seen a checker and bagger just standing at the register doing nothing and asked them if they had any more product in the back. They just stood there and said I don’t know. Heaven forbid they actually have to do something besides just standing there and go look for me. Its the second day of the sale and they don’t have sale items in stock. The last time I wanted sale items, I tried calling ahead to ask if they had the items in stock and was told they couldn’t go check. Terrible customer service! In my opinion, the only good thing about Crossroads Market is their Bakery items are delicious.

Very clean store with many fresh products. I came in late but the extremely kind man in the deli was outgoing and helped me with the corned beef. The cashier was friendly and polite. Nice location. I was so impressed with the awesome decorating of the cakes. They were featured on facebook so I looked for them in the store. I would suggest displaying them near the front entrance to catch the eye of the customers as they arrive.

Don't even deserve 1 star! If you want rotted produce that is way over priced, this is your place! The food in the deli is absolutely disgusting and im amazed they even get buisness. Crossroads takes advantage of their customers especially the elderly who may be stuck shopping here as there is nothing else in town. You talk to management, they totally dont care about what you are finding. And to the owner being a small owned buisness is not a excuse as Websters is also a small buisness and things there are great! You as a customer will be treated with respect and also find fresh food with most of the time cheaper prices. If you are going to charge crazy prices then bring it like Westers does. Thank you!!

I gave this store a 4 star only because I feel like they're slightly overpriced. But with that being said, its my favorite store to come to for meat. Their meat is affordable and of good quality. The meat is always fresh, stocked, and available. I love when they have sales going on in the store, as well. Service is usually friendly. I don't mind shopping here.

This past weekend we had 3 family events as part of our wedding weekend. On Friday we had a bbq rehearsal dinner for 50; on Saturday the wedding reception for 125; and on Sunday a continental breakfast for 30. Crossroads Market Catering provided all the food along with set up, take down, and food replenishment. Kimberly from Crossroads was fantastic to work with, from the initial planning stages, to execution, and the food was excellent! Most produce is rotten within a day, especially the fruit. Deli want to sell you the old gross food that has been sitting out all day, they make faces and give you a hard time if you ask them to make something fresh. This has been a consistent theme for the whole of 2022. The fat guy and the skinny one with a beard are the worst employees in the store. Good Luck getting management to even listen to you. they dont care. They know they are the only store around Green Lake, so why care, most people are lazy and will just come back for more insults in just a few days anyway. Ill drive the 7 miles up the road to Ripon and go to a real grocery store that actually cares about the customers.

I really struggle with this marketplace and their pricing model. They know they’re the only thing close to Green Lake so they price themselves like a convenience store. A simple drive a few miles up the road to Webster’s finds discounts as much to a dollar to two dollars on each of the items that CrossRoads takes from us. Their pricing policy at the gas pumps is taking advantage of us at a time where we’re trying to support The fight for freedom and democracy in Ukraine… This family chooses to use inflation as a cover to steal from us. And I’m really bummed out… Webster is a family owned business that treats you fairly and their pricing reflects it. If you’re going to do Madison a quick stop at the Shell station in Randolph finds their gas pricing $.40 lower than Crossroads. Crossroads is using us to make money when we’re in a time coming off the pandemic and a fight for democracy in and against Russia. Shame on you cross roads

Nice small town grocer in Green Lake. They have a deli and a very nice selection of all different cuts of steak, beef, burgers, pork and poultry for all your dinner or grilling needs. This is a small market in a small town. Considering this, it is remarkably well stocked and staffed. You may not find some of the items or brands common to a larger store, but, surprisingly, they have things that you would be hard pressed to find elsewhere.
When I have made selections from the deli, I have never been disappointed. And the staff is professional, courteous, and quick to assist you.
Granted, they are slightly higher priced than their competitors, but they are local. Proximity is everything in this case.

I will preface this review by saying that I have been very pleased with Crossroads' product and have spent a lot of money supporting this local business. Ultimately, this review comes down to one issue only--the unwillingness of Crossroads management to take the CDC recommended action of having employees wear cloth face masks.

This is verbatim off the CDC website:

"The virus is thought to spread mainly from person-to-person:
--Between people who are in close contact with one another (within about 6 feet)
--Through respiratory droplets produced when an infected person coughs, sneezes, or talks."

Webster's (in Ripon) and Menard's (in Fond du Lac) require employee facemasks, and I appreciate their efforts to protect all.

Convenient location, beyond friendly staff and it's just the right size grocery store where you don't have to walk a mile from one section to another. They offer a drive thru, curbside pick and even delivery. Complimentary basic coffee while you shop and a cafe for specialty drink are also available for purchase. Great bakery and meat sections. They also have a selection of local products. Right next to a BP gas station, car was & convenience store.
