The chubby girl wearing leggings with brown hair in a bun, who was our bartender and supposedly the bar manager, was rude and unprofessional.

She looked like she was getting tipsy and was smoking her vape right in front of us. CT's Deli needs to do a better job of hiring and choosing staff wisely. My wife and I will be taking our money elsewhere and won't have to put up with immature behavior.

She determined, incorrectly that I had "had enough", and very much put a damper on the enjoyment of returning. Probably my last visit, as a result of that attitude. Got the ultimate Italian sandwich and the meats were awful. They put one whole romaine leaf on for the lettuce and the bun tasted like it was off the Walmart clearance rack. Threw away the sandwich after a few bites. The guy working the deli counter forgot to call my order and when I went up and asked if my order was ready he seamed bothered and short with me. Won't be back. Major 17$ disappointment.

First of all it is a little confusing as how to order in the dining area. Self-service items like prepared sandwiches and soup readily available. Not seeing a menu anywhere, I asked the cashier if they had a tuna melt. She replied yes and ordered it for me. Instructing me to listen for my name to be called over the PA and to pick-up in the bar area. I ate my soup in the unkept dining area and waited for 20 minutes without being called. Finally, I walked into the bar to the food service counter and found my sandwich ready. The sandwich was "smooshed" into a foil wrap. I was dining in, I expected to be served on a plate. 20 minutes would be a long time to wait if I was taking out food. The tailgater soup was very good and the sandwich was delectable. But, for $14+ for a cup of soup and sandwich, I think is an unreasonable amount. For that I would at least expect a pickle and maybe some chips. The long wait, the food presentation, and the unkept dining area further detracted from my experience. The place wasn't terribly busy.

We had CT Deli as our wedding caterer and they had the most amazing food! They came exactly the time we needed them and were ready for us to eat promptly after they set up. Our guests all commented on how good the food was too! Even if you don't use them as a caterer, I highly recommend just going to the resturant and getting their food because the food has been so tasty every time!

Our group used the Community Room for a small gathering in late afternoon. Our experience was beyond expectations. Rhonda was amazing from start to finish. The room itself was lovely and spacious. We ordered a snack type buffet which filled a whole table, including fruit and veggie trays, dips, cheese and crackers and sliced wraps. All was so fresh. Water was set on all tables. The service was wonderful. No charge for the room and surprisingly low tab for all the food, which we got to bring home with complimentary containers. We would highly recommended CT’s for this type of gathering.

CTs, what are you doing? You make Irish and Ulster-Scot ancestors everywhere cry. You're Irish Stew was not Irish!
I first off want to say, I like the paninis here. This review is against one dish, not the establishment. My mother is an immigrant from Northern Ireland, and I've eaten Irish Stew on my many visits to that country, both in restaurants there and made by my own grandmother. The recipe for this wonderful, hearty dish has been passed down through the women in my family, and I make this dish with frequency.
So, of course, on St. Patrick's day, when I saw it on CTs lunch menu, I had to try it. I didn't expect a whole lot, but CTs Irish Stew failed even my minimum expectations.
A good Irish stew has beef or mutton, carrots, rutabagas or turnips (optional), a whole onion, beef bullion, and PLENTY of potatoes as the base. Remember this was created as a dish for poor people originally.
What I got at CTs was almost all meat (the meat was very tender and flavorful btw). Hardly any carrot, I saw one little piece of potato, some celery(?), and they added PEARL BARLEY. This is the recipe for beef barley soup; this was NOT and never will be Irish Stew. My Northern Irish grandmother couldn't believe it when I told her.
They also served "soda bread" with the meal. It didn't taste like any soda bread I've ever eaten. No strong soda taste, no caraway seed, and they added cranberries (why?). It was more like drop biscuits or a poorly made fruit cake.
CTs, whatever cooks you have that think this was Irish food, go to Ireland and learn how to make it properly. Such a desecration. And on that note, you'll never find corned beef and cabbage in Ireland. They think we're nuts for eating that; I know, I've asked them😂

We just received a dinner that we won in a raffle basket. Let me start by saying the food was very good. It comes with more then enough food to feed a family. I am a big fan of beef jerky, but I honestly never thought to try it from CT's Deli. I figured why not give it a shot today, and I will definitely be coming back for more. Had a HORRIBLE experience today. My granddaughter wanted to have her rehearsal lunch there. We had the American buffet (for 30 people and luckily we had only 20 people attend), the chicken was dry and burnt, the burgers were grillled but wet, not juicy, maybe kept warm in water??? The potato salad was bland. Staff never came to check on diners. This is chef prepared food?!!! When the buffet was set up, the server put everything out and walked out of the room. We had to go find someone and ask if we were able to start eating. For $500+ tip, I expected a MUCH better experience.

We’ve been here more than enough times (locals) and the food quality and portions has just gone downhill. The sandwiches used to be bigger and now they’re significantly smaller, and cost upwards of 18$ with a fountain drink. The sandwich we had, had hardly any flavor. We used to get the Italian beef; that sandwich got way smaller and had less inside it. Always a nice atmosphere but my gosh the quality of food and the price you pay just isn’t worth it anymore. I’d say the quality is about even with a subway sandwich.

This deli....just amazing in so many ways!! We were greeted and given information on how to place our order. We settled in at the bar. My husband had the Trifecta sandwich and said it was SPOT ON! The pork was tender and juicy. The brat was good and seasoned well. The ciabatta bun was done perfectly. My caprese panini was excellent! Went there for salad bar. First time being there. There was no cheese in container. Tomatoes were junk. Lettuce was warm and wilted. Asked for French dressing. Was given two small containers with each having a couple tablespoons in them. Half of that was oil floating on top. Looked for a table. There were 2 open. Both were dirty. Best lunch spot around! Two restaurants in one. Sit down bar/restaurant is great, but the deli area is even better. Lunch time features made to order deli sandwiches, make your own salad bar, but the real star of the show is the poke bowls!!! While venturing to Northern Wisconsin to see the fall colors with my elderly mother, we arranged a lunch visit with her old friends and classmates. The old bar feel of the 1900's was good. We had a panni sandwich which has excellent flavor, but very little chicken. Also the Italian beef was excellent. The only thing, is the no sides on the menu, it is described as a deli. Way over priced for 2 sandwiches and 2 cokes came to $34.91. Based on the owners response below they over charged me and the bar menu didn't say anything about sides. Nobody on the other tables had sides. The person taking the orders didn't mention it to go to the other side and get these when asked. Geesh!
For those prices a side should be included. All the sides she listed are expensive ad-ons. Also it's hard to have a full expensive when we have to wait in a long line to order at the counter. No napkins or condiments on tables. The service was flat.
