Online the menu is large. But when you get in the restaurant the menu is maybe 10 items on a paper, the don't have very much. The waitress had said, " Well yeah there's more stuff but I can't promise we have it, our delivery is jacked." This was after I had asked about the online menu. A very weird place, very run down and the staff didn't seem to know anything.

OMG the best malts I've had in a long time !!! Can't not express enough love that I have for their malts and Shakes on top of that, their burgers!!!! Their burgers they know how to make a good burgers!! You can't go wrong with this place. I wish it was in my neighborhood, unfortunately. I will miss this place I hope I'll be back there soon. They waitress was awesome and so welcoming as well as the cook in the back. Just great people, good food, good malts and shakes, good people. Extremely disappointed in this place. I saw the place once and stopped in to get a burger for my husband and I had a snickerdoodle shake. It was amazing and we fell in love with the place. Now I have been trying to get an order in almost every day for 2 months. They are always closed after 2pm and the 2 times I was able to get ahold of some one, they were all out of the items I wanted. I don't know how they even stay in business when they are never open and don't have the items that people want to order.

Slow service despite the place being empty (though server said their "system is down" so I'll give the benefit of the doubt). Shakes were good but came out 15 minutes apart because server forgot one. Waited another 30 minutes for food. OK burger and fries, nothing special. Buffalo chicken nachos showed up cold and without chicken. Server asked no questions when we just asked for the bill and left. Would be a 1-star review if not for the shakes. Won't be going back.

What a joke. Ordered to go and was called to be informed that they don’t have the stuff to make the burger I ordered, fine. Extra $5 charged for that. Not only did we receive our food FIFTY, YES 50, minutes later than we were told, we received our order incorrectly too, including things we paid extra for, leading to me not being able to eat my burger because of allergies. I’m thoroughly disappointed.

Thin flavorless patty, i think the bun was the tastiest part, order has not even been started before I arrived the time I said I would be there.. It was 30 minutes advance order. So I waited, begin the disappointment. When I arrived there were only 2 people seated and only one person for another pick up order. So I'd say it wasn't because they were swamped with orders. I'm all for the independently owned places, but this one let me down. I'd have been happier with a lamp heated burger at speedway across the street.

It was my first time here and it wasn't as I thought it would be. The service was good, but the burger I had was very thin and didn't taste very good. I had tater tots with it and those weren't bad, but tasted like they were fried in old dirty oil. The restroom was not very clean either. I had my baby with me and there was no good place to change her. I ended up changing her on the chair next to me at the table.

The burger itself was average it was cooked how i asked but as far as taste went it was average. I had bacon and an egg on it and nothing seemed all that great but my main concern was the ketchup. The bottle at my table tasted funny like it had been out a lot longer then it was suppose to be (weeks) but when I tried ketchup from another table it was even worse. This stuff was disgusting and I have never tasted anything like it ever at any other restaurant. I also had a malt the malt hasn’t almost no malt flavor or texture to it so whoever made it messed it up. I live near by and the bar on the corner has better burgers at the sameness price.

It sucks to add another bad review, but I am just being honest.

Someone else in my party ordered the chicken sandwich and when he was finished eating half of the sandwich, he noticed the chicken was not fully cooked.
The meat was PINK.
It completely ruined his appetite.
I would highly recommend the chef using a THERMOMETER when cooking chicken. What if he got sick???? That is extremely dangerous.

Other then that, I ordered the burger with the egg on it with tator tots and it was good and cooked right.

The food was good! Their fries were pretty addicting. Service wise... Ehhh. Came in and saw a sign that said please wait to be seated. So we waited. Eventually someone who told us it wasn't her job to seat us, brought us to a table. After that she vanished and we had a different person serve us.

So yes, it wasn't her job to seat us. But do you really have to moan about it to your customers? And then while paying the girl from earlier reappeared and asked the cashier for something when the cashier was done "dealing with them (us)." Really?

I would give zero stars if I could.
We live across the city, but I was willing to drive because I read that they have the Impossible Burger. I called to make sure how long they were open last night (Sat, the 23rd), and that they were indeed serving the Impossible Burger. The young woman who answered said 8:00 p.m. and Yes to the burger. I was willing to travel, because not many places offer the IB. We arrived about 6:30 and the doors were locked. I looked in the window and two women were at the counter. I knocked and they said they were closed!!!!! How unprofessional! (Unless there was an emergency, there is no excuse.) You blew it and I will take my business to Northpoint at the Airport!

I was on my lunch break from work and stopped in. There was 5 other people in the restaurant. 1 table of 3, and another 2 next to myself. I waited 10 minutes to simply get a drink. Not a good start. Then i waited another 12 minutes to order. While waiting, the group of 3 received their food. Immediately 1 of them sent back their food and said take this off the bill. It isnt what he ordered and apparently didnt feel like waiting another 20 minutes for a sandwich and fries. After 37 minutes of being there, i finally received my food. I ordered the po boy with cajun fries. The food was quite tasty, seasoned properly, and cooked well. The remoulade was a tad salty but still good. Unfortunatly the service was so awful that i wont go back.

Your site says you are open Monday, your front door says you are open Monday, the neon light in front window was on that says "open". My wife, myself, and two children were at airport, looked for a good local spot for lunch. You looked promising!! Until we arrived, sat down with many other customers all ready at their tables (waiting, like we would be) only to have the "dish washer" (as she told us she wasn't the normal waitress) tell us your not normally open Monday, but you do take walk ins. So we thought, okay, we are good, kind of weird to advertise EVERYWHERE that you are open, but as we are walk ins we would order. 40 wasted minutes later, you had not even started our food. You had four other customers come in after us, the "waitress" told them the same story. DO YOUR CUSTOMERS A FAVOR, DO WHAT YOUR SITE SAYS OR CHANGE THE SITE AND YOUR SIGNS. I think you probably have good food, but don't be too busy to communicate with the public. It's a loss for you as well as for the customer.

Stopped in around noon on a Wednesday. Met the owner who was very kind and conversational.
A simple menu, but they did everything well.
Excellent strawberry malts. The burger was made with fresh ingredients. The fries were crispy and not too greasy.
