Got a bit ripped off at the drive thru. Ordered pepper jack cheese and was not told they didn’t have any:( was expecting it and didn’t get it. Ordered a cherry malt and got a vanilla malt; top it all off we are on a road trip and did not get any napkins. Called to talk to someone only to get that when they knew we had a complaint they all of a sudden could hear us and hung up!

Awesome angus burgers made your way, the best deep fried cheese curds and onion rings, a variety of flavorful shakes and malts with a number of available add-ons, tasty custard with a new flavor every day, and the Atlantic Cod dinners rival the best Friday night fish frys I've had in my life.

The best part is with the cost of going to Burger King and the increased prices at McDonald's, Culver's is the only choice considering the premium beef on their butterburgers and the other menu items mentioned above.

Very hit or miss for the customer service you'll receive. Some days you'll have someone who clearly hates their job and won't speak unless spoken to, other days you'll have someone who seems like they truly care about your experience. I've never had any issues with food quality and truly exceptional service times, which is impressive since I usually come at peak rush periods.

This is a typical Culvers so most of you know what you are getting into before you even stop into the place.

It was fairly clean. Most of the staff was helpful. It was dead in there at 7 pm when we stopped yet the person at the counter did seem over whelmed by the two customers including myself that was there. Could have been that they were just ready for the night to be over but either way seemed like they were struggling a bit. The person who brought our food out was extremely nice and made sure we had everything we needed.

Overall this is decent food for a fast food chain. They have blended good food with the fast food concept. This location was like many of the others so expect the normal when stopping here.

I will never eat here again.. Me an my husband go out to eat every weekend.. My husband was craving Culver’s.. I ordered the chicken sandwich.. he ordered a burger.. I couldn’t believe my chicken on my sandwich was raw! My husband didn’t believe me.. till he took a bite! He was shocked! A said yea that’s raw chicken!! Do not eat it.. so we were so grossed out we threw everything away! $40 worth of food.. that night I even got sick.. Culver’s people don’t know how to take care of their food.. the 3 culver by me each one had over 11 to 15 violations of food safety!! Look it up guys! Do not eat at this restaurant!

Me and my family went through the drive through at 9:00 pm. 3 cars ahead of us all received their meals and left. 40 minutes later we are still waiting after the whole restaurant has been emptied. Well sitting and waiting they ended up messing up another order right next to us. At least at McDonald's you expect everything messed up but to have multiple vehicles messed up and orders not made is ridiculous. Finally had someone come to the vehicle 45 minutes later to tell us it still wasn't started. After 50 minutes we Finally received the order. What a waste of time.

It's always great tasting food here. Sometimes, it takes a bit, but I don't mind waiting for fresh food. The only time I had a problem was when I was visiting my father in rehnlander and the 2 fish fries were cold. I know what your standards are. Pretzel bites are awesome!! I don't like it though when I go through the drive thru just to find out when I get home with my food that I didn't get what I ordered. I ordered a 3 piece cod dinner and paid for a 3 piece cod dinner and only received 2 pieces of fish. I do not go here often enough to have my name added to a list for the next time, and I am not coming back so the rest of my food can get cold.

My family always enjoys going to Culver's. Whether it's for a whole meal or just to grab a cheese curd. Sometimes they will go just for a soda. Friendly customer service, always seem to know what they are doing. Both dine in and drive through are highly recommended. Easy to find.
