** update- we went back for custard tonight for the first time in probably 6 months. I got flavor of the day which was crazy for cookie dough, I got 1 pc of cookie dough in my custard. My daughter had snickers and Reese’s and half way thru the mixer was only vanilla This is unacceptable culvers do better!
Food is usually good but custard is not worth it. Very skimpy when it comes to toppings and mix ins. I got the toffee expressi flavor of the day in a concrete mixer and had maybe 6 pcs of the cake, no Carmel swirl and 3 pcs of heath. It was mainly an expresso milkshake. I was so dissatisfied. It’s happened a lot lately. Will go else where for ice cream next time

I wish I could do less than one star. This location need a lot help. I ordered online. Told me 4:41 pick up time I got there at 4:48. I did curbside pick up. Said I was there. Waited and waited and waited for my food. Finally, I went inside to ask about my food. I talked to a manager Susan she said that it was a lack of communication. Nobody said I was there. This is not the first time that this has happened at this location. I think I need to start going out of my way and go to a different one because the service heater is really not good. All they want to do is give you a vulture. I order online and you can’t use a vulture for that. She also said she couldn’t refund my money because I did it online only way she made it up to me was give me four free pints of ice cream acceptable but not acceptable cover on Calumet apple to Wisconsin do better.

Nothing like getting a huge thumb print jammed into the bun. All my condiments I asked for were not there. All I asked for was as lettuce, tomato, pickle and onion. Instead I got a giant thumb print and what appears to be spit. Talk about passive aggression and food poisoning.

It’s Memorial Day and it is busy. Went for 2 concrete mixers at 5 pm. The line was not crazy but still busy. We order our concrete mixers. Turtle and Mint Oreo chocolate chip. We are give our number(103) was given no receipt to show what I purchased after I paid, and pull into a delivery slot. After the 2 people in front of us and the 4 after us receive their orders I stop the runner(Elliot) and tell him we are 103 and you just delivered 107. Someone in all blue comes out hands us our order(which was wrong-mint chocolate chip) and says nothing but “here’s ur order with no receipt. Had waited too long already to deal with getting out and waiting another 10 minutes to correct. Very disappointed in how everything was handled. Will go out of my way to go to Westhill Blvd first….

We had the pork tenderloins. They used to be thin and very good. I believe now they must be using a pork loin not tenderloin. It was think about 1/2 inch in some parts less in others. The bun was dry and hard and I don't think they have changed the fryer oil in over a week. Our ff and onion rings were cold. I guess I am not going back there. I was really disappointed as it used to be very good.

It seems that every time we go through the drive through and order anything involving their custard options, it's always wrong! Wrong size, wrong item and wrong scoops! We also request a spoon and never get one. Price is also screwed up by charging for the wrong size item....medium price for a small.

My wife and myself went here for the walleye sandwiches , my wife’s had a whole fillet and my sandwich had a piece of fish on one side of the bun and another piece of fish sticking out the other side of the bun the only thing In between was lettuce and tartar sauce !!! We stopped at the Darboy location for a mid-day meal on a Saturday. There was adequate seating and a minimal wait. Ordered fried shrimp, a kids tenders meal and a few scoops of caramel cashew custard. Culver's rarely disappoints: the shrimp were fried to perfection as were the chicken tenders. Fries were crisp and tender and to top it off the caramel cashew dishes were loaded with seemingly extra cashews. It was a great day to have a craving for this Wisconsin staple. The Darboy location is not exactly in an idyllic spot due to traffic at the nearby intersection, but the staff are kind and courteous with quality food to boot. Don't hesitate to stop here if you are in the area.

Culver's is a fast food restaurant so my star ratings are in comparison with other fast food places. Culver's is a cut above. Their food is better and I think especially their service/personnel is much better. The drive through seems a little slower than, say McDonald's but I think it's because they don't stamp out their food like mass produced McDonald's.

Meat for my pattie melt was about half the size of the bread, which is small anyway. Also, the floor was filthy, and about 1/4 of the tables and booths were really dirty. I've been here many times and have never seen it even close to this dirty. Took me telling an employee for them to clean. Pretty disappointing

Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich plain with nothing on it so i could put my own choice of condiments on it from the condiments bar. I ended up getting a grilled chicken sandwich with the works on it instead. Lettuce, tomato, pickles and what appeared to be ranch dressing instead of the normal mayo. I've never seen a grilled chicken sandwich made this way at this restaurant even when i have ordered it with everything on it. Train your people.

I had a very good experience at this Culver's location. The staff was extremely friendly and the food was excellent! I stopped in on my lunch break and had a butter burger.
