The wait time is so long every single time we stopped by here to get food.
Most of the workers have a very strong accent that you can hardly understand through the ordering station and at the point of pay.

Couldn't get the orders right, one was flavor of the day add hot fudge and they brought vanilla with the saddest squirt of fudge. The employees were not friendly and were behind the counter smelling their fingers. It wasn't very clean and probably one of the worst I've been to.

I asked my sister to get me a burger with a gluten free bun with condiments on the side. While she was ordering multiple employees were giggling at her. Only for my bun, toppings, and meat to arrive in different boxes. No condiments. I went up to explain to the employees what a condiment is only for them to attempt to tell me I was wrong. At that point I just asked for ketchup and mustard to be done with it.

I order a STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE concrete mixer and when the lady comes to put it on my table she look so annoyed all time, since the moment she took my order to the time she gave the food, i call her two time to ask her something and she just ignored me, i went to the cashier and she told me to PAY in addition to get more, THIS BARELY HAVE THE PORTION, and this only taste like the base of the mix not the flavor!

I asked for a large I told her like 20 times to do a large didn’t put it in until the last second. The first shake I got I got a vanilla custard with chocolate syrup mixed up. Why can I get my chocolate custard I don’t want vanilla that’s not what I said. Then the second time it’s just mixed up custard I can’t even drink it. Might as well eat it with my straw I can’t even drink it. Am I supposed to tell the worker to put milk in my drink. Is it my job? Do I have to specify what I want isn’t that their job? Worst experience ever!

The little girl at the register couldn't understand English, and we were brought one dinner but given TWO cups. They said it was OUR fault.
