Went through the drive thru 5 days ago to get ice cream, they had us pull over to a spot. We waited for over 15 minutes, while at least 10 people behind us got their orders taken care of. We had to park the car and go inside to ask what was going on. Apparently a new worker took our order out but couldn’t find us, so they brought our mixers back inside. Mind you we were just two spots ahead of the drive thru window. They gave us the melted concrete mixers that had been sitting for at least 10 minutes instead of making us new ones. Never going back to this Culver’s again.

Our order was an absolute mess. We ordered a large shake, got a small. Ordered a cheese curd upgrade for one of the meals, didn’t get anything! Ordered a sandwich with only tomato and ketchup and it came with only mayo instead. Got to the window and had to ask for a drink carrier several times. Workers were rude and also did not hand back a receipt either. Fries are cold and stale. Our family enjoys Culver’s frequently and this visit was extremely disappointing. Not only did it take a long time, we paid for things we did not get and were completely wrong. It’s a loss of money on our end and extremely frustrating at the lack of care and attention.

I usually love the food here but I only ordered 4 ice cream. We have been sitting in the waiting line for over 15 min and people with hit meals got there food way before us when we were first in line. The 5th car has gotten there order that was behind us. Im really dissapointed. I'd understand the waite if I got hot food. But this is ice-cream/custard. Should take 15-20 min for us to get 4 ice-creams. Sorry but they apparently lost our ticket order! Like almost 45min to an hour of a waite! The ticket was purchased 930pm and it's now 10:12pm and they just now nowticed we didn't get out order! 🥺😭 still waiting

Went to get dinner after work. I know I went at 10:30 pm but that's beside the point. I went to the drive thru and wanted 2 double hamburger baskets. Plain nothing on them. Got home to find they had cheese on them. Called the store and all they wanted was to send me coupons.

I've been going to Culver's only for the past few years since I didn't grow up in the Midwest. I fell in love with their butter burger and have made a point to go every time we visit. My husband's family is from the Midwest and have grown up with Culver's. They agree that lately the quality has gone downhill a little. I haven't enjoyed the burgers as much since the bread doesn't seem the same as before. My husband's chicken sandwich was dry. They also forgot our fried cheese curds but still charged us for them. Their concretes are still delicious, though. And they brought the lemon coolers back for the summer. I had a watermelon cooler that was wonderful. It makes me sad the food is not the same because everyone loves Culver's including myself. I would love to have the same experience I had when I first tried them. I'm giving 4 stars because I still believe in them and remember how happy I was trying my first butter burger.

Culvers needs to train their employees. not to re serve food that was given to the wrong customer. I ordered food on line for curbside pick-up. 8/23/24. I get to the restaurant there is myself and one other person sitting waiting for curbside pickup. It's busy because it's a Friday night. So it's understandable it will take a little longer. I watch the employee give my order to a vehicle that was waiting for a drive thru order. I'm waiting everyone that had arrived and parked after me continues to get their orders. Ten minutes later the employee gets my order back from the person he gave it to because they finally noticed it wasn't actually their order. Comes to my vehicle and tells me he gave my order to the wrong person. But all the food is in the bag. I said I'm pretty sure you are not suppose to re serve the food after it's been in someone else vehicle. He said oh it's fine all the food items are here as he's looking in the bag. so do you want it? I will have to go and get you a new drink. Because they had been drinking it.

Was there today ordered too waffle cones one with flavor of the day second one with a scoop of chocolate and flavor of the day. The girl who brought it out to our car had it melting down the cone. It was running down the side of my car. I asked for napkins and she stated “I can go and get you some.” She comes back tosses them at me and said hope you have a good day. Well I never had chocolate in my come it was vanilla. I have never been treated so bad from a young person.

Poor customer service. I spent 40 minutes waiting for my "curdside" order, during which time another vehicle arrived and received their order along with others from the drive-through ( with bags of food, not just custard). Several had ordered AFTER I arrived.

Order confirmation said ready at 3:21. I arrived at 3:25 & "checked in" . I finally left at 4:06 and called to alert them as I was on my way home from work and had a dog to let out. No apologies, but they agreed to refunded me. Received a voicemail from a manager stating that they had refunded and to call if I wanted to discuss further.

NO APOLOGY

The refund email from the store stated "Unsatisfied customer: Guest waited longer than anticipated due to high volume". I understand being busy and running behind. I do NOT understand waiting longer than others for a single order. Just how long should one assume the wait will be when ordering ahead?? Maybe have one of the kids handing out food, in pairs, alert customers that there's a longer than usual wait?

I thought Culver's strived for better customer service. I don't appreciate the total lack of understanding and apology. At least my bank account (and waistline)will appreciate no longer stopping there @ once a week; they lost a regular customer.

Went through the drive through. Sat for 10 mins trying to order. Yelled to try and get someone’s attention over the speaker and still got nothing. Went in and asked what happened and they told us “the truck was too big” and we told them we were yelling, but they didn’t know what we were talking about. Than proceeded to order inside the flavor of the day and cheesecurds and sat another 20 mins inside before deciding to leave with no food. Overall, sat there for about 35 mins and walked away with no food

Came into Culvers and ordered a takeout at 2:41pm. Other folks ahead of me received food promptly. At 3 pm, I asked about a status of my order, and requested a refund if the order was not completed. Then they found my order, the burger was cold and the fries luke warm. Spent $15..81 for a 21 minutes wait and cold food. Never going back to this Culvers again.

The people behind the counter were litterally arguing over who was going to have to take our order. The food is pretty good. Each time I go, it can be a hit and miss regarding the quality of food. When We order online sometimes and it always seems my order gets messed up some how.
This last time, there were some really loud annoying kids in there, which made it quite unpleasant.
I will continue to eat here, just wish they were a little more courteous and quicker to help take orders. There's always people just standing behind the counter when there are people waiting to order.

Yes it has changed. It caters to coke drinkers now even tho they were very successful with Pepsi products. Don't understand why they changed what worked for them. I always had diet Mountain Dew. Now its mellow yellow but they dont carry it in diet. Infact they only have diet coke diet rootbeer. So i no longer get baskets. Cuz why should pepsi drinkers pay for a soda they dont like! I don't know why i take there switching to coke so personal but i do. Food chains should carry both national brands. Kwik trip has 2 fountain soda dispensers one is Pepsi brand the other is coke brand. They know how to make every customer happy. So why dont food chains do the same. As for culvers Beaverdam i don't dine in. I go thru the drive thru. And its very clean and nice. Customer service is also wonderful. And as always the foods always fresh and tasty. Although the cod sometimes comes out chewy and its not edible when that happens. So i haven't ordered any fish since i got fish like that twice now. Overall its a great place to eat.
