Good but high calorie food. Never had any issues with food quality or presentation but it can be annoying seeing just a large number of employee's standing behind the counter doing nothing. I tend to have drive through anxiety but these Culver’s workers were so patient the guy taking our orders patiently waited through my slow ordering and answered my questions the girl taking payments (who has colored eyelashes) was so patient and kind as me and my sister paid with multiple gift cards and the woman handing out orders (a adult woman with short brown hair) came out and politely handed everyone their orders thank you Culver’s workers for you customer service

This has to be the worst Culver's location in the state of Wisconsin. Ordered a double bacon deluxe and got so much mayonnaise on the burger that there was a gob of mayo hanging on the side of the sandwich. Open the bun up and wiped off the equivalent of 4 ounces of mayo off and there was still too much. It was so gross that I didn't eat most of it. Unacceptable. When I called to complain the manager was rude to me when I told her I had a picture to prove it. She also stated that she thinks she knows who did it. Promised to send me a free meal coupon. Never got it. Called and asked to talk to the GM who wasn't there. The female manager I spoke with rudely told me the coupon was probably already in the mail. Still have not gotten it. Went to this location again today and had to ask for my straw and was not given any napkins or cutlery for my chili cheese fries. Do better. I chose to eat at Culver's because they have higher standards than other fast food restaurants. This isn't up to the Culver's standards.

The food at culvers is great, just don't expect to get what you ordered. In 10 visits to this location, we have gotten our order correct 1 time. Either by addition or omission, there is always something (and occasionally everything) wrong with the order, despite the order slips being accurate.

It is a Tuesday night at 8:00pm. They are so busy. The cars are lined up compound the building through the drive through. We went inside. My butter burger was so salty I almost gagged. You can’t complain these young kids are doing the best they can. Where is the manager tonight. I don’t think I have ever seen the restaurant so out of control. People are waiting 20 min for there food inside the restaurant. So Much for fast food.

I’m a regular customer, but I’ve consistently seen poor management and teamwork at this place. Today, during a rush, I came inside the restaurant and saw the same young employee working nonstop while others stood around and dismissed him. I heard a girl even say, “do it yourself,” to the boy when he clearly needed support.
This isn’t a one-time issue. I’ve seen this happen multiple times recently. It’s unfair, unprofessional, and it reflects poorly on whoever is in charge.
Management seriously needs to step in and correct this behavior. It makes the whole place look disorganized and it makes you wonder what else is being ignored behind the scenes. Get your act together.

The food here is far worse compared to other locations.
How can a $5 burger look worse than a $2 cheeseburger from McDonald’s? It came in cheap paper wrapping, the bun was completely smashed, and the edges of the patty were burnt to a crisp — it honestly looked like trash.
The chicken tenders were shockingly thin, even thinner than the nuggets sold elsewhere — they felt like paper. They even forgot to include the sauce.
Overall, one of the most disappointing fast food experiences I’ve had.

I ordered through Uber Eats. Upon timely and pleasant delivery, my driver explains the employee who provided the order to be delivered said the "drink was in the bag". I check in front of her and there is genuine sorrow in her face having no other explanation. She offered to fix it and I told her that wasn't necessary as it wasn't her fault if the bag was sealed.

I called culvers on Costco Way immediately upon going back inside and taking a moment to ask myself how important a 4$ soda is,. Regardless, I wanted to make mention that an employee dropped the ball and either misheard what was asked of them or misinformed the UberEats driver intentionally to save time. I spoke with someone of managerial status and explained the case, they immediately declined Any responsibility stating the drink wouldnt have been in the bag in any instance, which didn't show respect to the driver doing their job by leaving the blame to them and felt like a total copout to me. She explained if I wanted to Drive to the store [the one I ordered from, being disabled...] theyd give me the soda no charge. I explained it wasn't about the soda, and that I just wanted to inform her of the error her store had made. She said she appreciated being told about the matter and have a good day. I said the same, she threw back a slanted "yeah sure".
These people are rude and unkind to deal with. As a food service worker, a former delivery driver, server and cook for a variety of restaurants,. It pains me to have to say anything about a food service employee or the way their holding business but this was blatant customer disregard and a complete forfeit of taking any responsibility for the drink they were responsible, not ending up with the UberEats driver. Who I tipped double.

My son and I went through the drive thru, ordered our custard, paid, took our number and pulled ahead. Waited 5min...10min...15min...everyone else in line getting their orders but we still had not yet recieved ours. While in line I called and explained the situation...person on the phone apologized and ensured me my order would be coming right out. Another 15min go by and just as I was getting ready to go in to discuss the issue with the shift manager my order was brought to me...finally. Employee apologized, gave me my order and two coupons. Reason for the poor service was placed on inexperienced staff. My order was half melted when handed to me...after all of the waiting it was the that part which sent me over the edge and prompted me to write this review. You knew I was waiting 30+min (time frame was referenced by the associate)...and then instead of getting something that looked fresh I received a melted custard mess. For future reference, if this debacle in customer service happens again, take an extra minute and make sure the order looks presentable before engaging the customer.

Went today and had the displeasure of being helped by a kid named Elijah. Was complaining to us about his long shift and mocked our voices at one point.. It was very weird. He did not ask what we would like or even say hello he just stared at first. Even after taking our order he stared at me and my 12 year old sister the entire time we were there. He was making noises at other customers too and it was uncomfortable to watch. He came outside where my group and others were dining and started yelling to his friend who was in a car. Very disruptive.

I believe in equal opportunity employment for everyone but you don't have the least capable working the front counter during a lunch hour rush. We waited around 10 minutes to receive our (dine in) order and finally had to go up to the counter and get it. The food was not hot. We've experienced better hamburgers. Missing condiments on one of the burgers. Buns tasted old and where very dry and smashed. Cashier did not know how to enter "no seasoning" on our burgers. Just not a good experience for $26.00!

Ordered a SINGLE SCOOP of the flavor of the day in the store. I waited 30 minutes, and did not receive it. The shift manager was standing around doing nothing, one employee was flirting with a customer, and two other employees were fooling around. I would be more understanding if everyone was swamped, but there were at least 4 people doing nothing. I finally asked the shift manager for my money back, and he handed it to me without saying a word, no apology, nothing.
I’ve worked in management, and I would be ashamed if this were my store.

1. Got my spouse a bacon deluxe and it came with no bacon, which isn’t a huge deal but it’s a whole dollar difference.
2. It looks like someone literally took their fist and punched the life out of my burger
3. The food was so greasy it literally tore the boxes the burgers were in and tore the bag apart.

My family and I were visiting from out of state and were told to visit a Culver’s while in WI. We decided to try this location out and were pleased to see how clean it was inside and out.
The staff even helped answer our questions after we told them we’ve never been to a Culver’s .
As for the food we ordered a burger and a Swiss melt .
The burger seemed burnt and the Swiss melt had maybe a half slice of cheese on it(it was cut in half and only one half had cheese on it).
What I did like though was the cheese sauce and fries!
Overall a decent visit. I’d probably come back to try something else on menu.

Ordered online for curbside pick up, did exactly what we were supposed to waited over 30 minutes and they forgot about us. Went through the drive through all of the food was waiting, it was cold and soggy, and ice cream was completely melted. They also forgot part of our order, so we had to go back through and wait again to get the right stuff. Spent over $60 on dinner for my family and it was trash. Within the last few weeks this is our second drive-thru disaster! My husband placed our order, paid at the window, given a number, pulled forward as instructed. We literally sat in our vehicle for a half an hour to find out the number they gave us does not match our food! I went for culvers, I got worse than mcdonalds. This is what extra onions, add bacon + only ketchup & mustard on a burger looks like.
It's soggy from the amount of mayo I never asked for that was put on, no bacon, lettuce was put on.
Did Culvers pick up some bs DEI policy or do the managers just not know what they're doing, because the employees clearly don't - this has been my experience at all 3 locations in the area literally every time I go here.
Used to love Culvers, pretty sure im done going to them now. To the owner, as a restaurant manager + business owner myself, you need to start firing people & hire management that care.

I wanted to take a moment to spotlight this particular Culver’s location. It was our first time ordering a curbside pick up or dining at this location at all. And I have to admit that so far it is our favorite. The timing of service is absolutely incredible. Our food was ready, and as soon as we checked in, it was promptly brought out. The customer service is phenomenal. Mr. Elijah was very friendly and professional. He guaranteed that he took the time and care to check our order three times just to make sure that everything was present and accounted for. This was so sweet and thoughtful. That it was necessary to leave a review and let the manager of this particular location know how much we appreciate such wonderful and accountable service. We will absolutely be frequenting this location moving forward. Again, thankthank you, Mr. Elijah! You are the best.

The family and i were in to this Culvers a few weeks ago. The wait for food was about 40 mins. When our order came out, it wasn't correct, and we were shorted food. Mentioned this to the food runner and she said she would take care of it. She came back and it was still wrong. We decided to go in to get this taken care of. There were plenty of people in there, but it was chaos. We waited an extra 15 minutes.
I decided our experience was so bad and our food was now cold that I would call into the store to talk to the manager. The manager on that day was rude, argumentative, and copped an attitude. She didn't want to make anything right or listen. This is the worst service I have had in a very long time. We spent $42 dollars of hard earned money for cold food and to get treated poorly. We will not be back to this branch.

Stopped in today for carryout. Ordered the beef pot roast dinner, something I have had from Culvers legitimately 40+ times across probably 15 or so different locations. It was previously served to me EVERY time with Beef Gravy, because Beef Gravy goes with pot roast, no? Not at this Culvers. My order today had no beef gravy at all, on either my potatoes or the meat itself. I was irritated but understood that the pot roast dinner is not actually advertised on menu and is something you need to ask for and likely not seen often by the workers. I called to follow up not wanting anything from Culver's at all other than to let them know that it did not come with said gravy. I spoke to a male manager that unfortunately had a bit of a stammer or impediment and was harder to understand, who gave excuses such as newer workers and blaming me for the above mentioned fact that it is not on the visible menu, only online ordering and the POS system that they use (which again I knew all of this before calling which was why my goal was just to let them know/correct it for me or others in the future) and the “manager” I chatted to actually began to argue with me sputtering to me that they have never had gravy with the pot roast. Unsure of who is “correct” but regardless didn’t seem like a very professional chat and I am amazed that somehow the previous, say, 43 times I have had this exact meal it did not come as dry lumps of meat on a dry piece of bread with dry mashed potatoes. Won’t be going back to this one and will take my chances with the places that whether right or wrong put gravy in some capacity on a dang pot roast. Comfort meal for me on a sick day and order ends up wrong and they chose to follow that up by telling me I was just plain wrong. Update— A simple dive onto google after posting tells me I was in fact right and multiple images exist of the pot roast dinner being served with gravy on both the meat and the potatoes. What a joke

Ordered a concrete mixer and it took 15 mins to even get it. Everyone behind me got their food and ice cream way before mine. Was disappointed that I didn’t get a free ice cream slip because of how long I waited. Worker wasn’t sorry and I not be going to this location again.

Had the salted caramel concrete mixer. So delicious! Couldn't believe how creamy it was. They got the sweetness just right! Great flavor that wasn't overly sweet. Will be going back to try other flavors. I love that their website shows you exact calories for tge extra add one instead of a range like some other restaurants. Very friendly cashier.

Update from my first review - I was sent in the mail a coupon for a coleslaw and a coupon for a small fry . This was nothing but an insult and probably cost more money to mail it to me, then give me a free coleslaw and a french fry for all of the problems and screw ups that they’ve done in the past five months to me and my family. we’ve spent several hundreds of dollars , and every single time something has been wrong!
This Culver’s location is horrible. I cannot believe you thought that was going to make things better or make it right when in fact, it just made things worse. !
I will never go to another Culver’s, and I will never bring my family to another Culver ever ! 🛑🛑🛑

I went to culvers after WWE Raw. Awesome experience there brw definitely recommend. We decided to quench our hunger at this Culvers. River the shift lead made us feel very welcomed. He was really hard working as well. If I could talk to the main manager or owner I would tell them to give him a promotion.

I went through the drive-thru and ordered. They asked for my name, which I gave them. I ordered three double bacon burgers: one with cheese curds and the other two with fries.
I went to the payment and they said "thank you Josh!" Not sure who Josh is, kinda weird. I paid and waited in line. Got my bags of food and went home.
When I got home, the burgers had no bacon on them and everyone was kinda ticked off.
Not sure if I'll go there again.
My son was with me and repeated the order to the voice box we talked into. Not a great experience. :-(

Went thru drive thru around 930 pm got my kid some meals ,when i get home the kids meals not in the bags spent 53 dollars .
Called place the manager said he has kids he sorry he will give me a refund for the items they did not give . The next day a lady call being rude telling im not getting my money back .so basically they stole my money from my kids . My kids paid with the money they worked for . They place of business is should not be able steal money from the community our kids .

I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich plain with nothing on the sandwich, I received a grilled chicken sandwich with everything on it. Not what i ordered. To top it off it looked like a 5 year old made it, it was a complete mess, nearly impossible to eat. This store also is on the dirty side, not very clean. The table i sat at looks like it wasn't vacuumed under for a very long time and the windows were very dirty where i sat.

We ordered from Culver’s getting four ice creams. They came out with completely different ice creams but we didn’t notice until we got home. The receipt was right, but the order was wrong. For example, one thing we ordered was the flavor of the day, and we got vanilla with Andes mints which wasn’t even close to the flavor. We were very disappointed.
