Waited in the drive thru for 45 minutes for a kids meal. People were parked in the drive thru spots, as well as the online parking other drivers going in the exit. Absolutely horrible. Not Culvers fault but should figure out a more efficient system. Onion rings were not cooked thoroughly, shake was melted. The staff was awesome though

This is the second time I’ve gotten all the way home and my food was either completely wrong food or this time chunks of grease and gristle to the point you can’t even taste the sandwich you just taste burnt. Ridiculous, everyone is rushing around trying to get orders out but the food preparation is poor. Getting the food out the door heart and in a timely manner, I understand but the rushing the food, I mean it’s a grilled Reuben and sometimes the bread is toasted perfectly and sometimes it’s just soggy and barley even toasted! Get someone on that grill that knows what he’s doing!

We go to Culver's quite a bit, the food is always very good, we've never had a problem with that and the service is always excellent everybody over there is always very friendly, very helpful the only reason I gave it two stars is because the last three times I've gone there to order burgers I will always say can I please get a single and then whatever burger but every single time they ring me up as a double and if I don't catch it then I wind up with a double there's absolutely no reasoning for this I understand if you don't request and they just automatically ring you up as a double but when you're specifically asking for a single and you still get rang up for a double it just gets very irritating especially when I'm ordering for my father he's 80 years old and to him that's just way too much food and it upsets him because he feels that now he's wasted money because he can't finish it all and if I don't catch it it just gets him upset for no reasoning. I understand why you guys try to ring up everybody as doubles but it's just not right.

Friendliest staff on earth. Charming people. Even the woman coming in to work as we were leaving thanked us for stopping there to eat. 77 year old Sally at the front counter has worked there 27 years and is still warm and gracious. All the workers but one who helped us were older or handicapped. I'd go here every chance I got if I lived in the area...

The new chicken is a miss most of the time. I got one tonight and it was hard and stringy. I called to speak to the manager and they hung up on me! I called back and asked again and they wouldn’t give me the manager!! I told them what was wrong and they said they would replace the sandwich next time I’m in. Stopped for lunch on the way from Chicago to Minneapolis. First time at a Culivers, everyone liked it. Food was fresh made and of good quality for a fast food restaurant. Update 6/28: I stopped at the Beloit store again. Among other things, I ordered a three-piece cod dinner and a three-scoop Turtle Sundae. There was no tarter sauce or coleslaw in my meal, and again my turtle sundae had strawberries in it. This is not a cheap place to eat. My total bill was $40 and the servers just can't be bothered to do it correctly.

As always, the food was very good. Unfortunately, I ordered a large turtle sundae with my meal and got a banana split. I'm not a big fan of banana splits...

I ordered a single scoop of the flavor of the day. Chocolate covered strawberry. There was LITERALLY 2!!!!! Yes 2 strawberries in my chocolate covered strawberry ice cream! I also do not recommend the hard shell chocolate for this either. It does not go well. I would do hot fudge or chocolate syrup. Completely disappointed. There should definitely be a lot more strawberries. Will not order again!

I absolutely love Culver’s, I always have. However, this experience was so disappointing. First I will say that I ordered through door dash and I have never had any issues before with Culver’s. When I got my food I was missing 2 items, a concrete mixer and a cooler. I called Culver’s to see if they remembered sending it out or not and the lady that was on the phone with me didn’t really seemed to care about my experience. I could tell it was busy in by the noise, so she probably didn’t care to talk to me. She just said it doesn’t matter and that no matter what I have to contact door dash.

And yes I know if I want a refund door dash is responsible and I wasn’t insinuating anything else. I just wanted to see if maybe they it was left behind or forgotten about OR if the door dasher simply forgot to give it to me. If it was forgotten there I would have just went and got it so I wouldn’t have to give the door dasher a bad review. I’m just irritated because me calling was such an inconvenience to the Culver’s staff. I don’t appreciate being felt like my experience didn’t matter. The lady on the phone just didn’t offer any compassion and it sounded like she just wanted to laugh. I don’t remember her name but she worked Saturday night on 5/17 and I had spoken to her at 8:48pm.

I honestly think they forgot these items due to it being busy and that’s fine , I get it. Mistakes happen , but even a simple acknowledgement would’ve gone a long way.

Don't ask for a root beer on a hot day. They never put ice in it, and if you ask for ice, they'll charge you for it, but won't put ice in it. Also, don't ask for any extra sides (tartar sauce, chesse sauce, etc.). Again, they'll charge you for it, but won't actually put it in your bag. All of the above has happened to me 3 out of the 5 times that I've visited this location in Beloit.

Since leaving this review, the service has greatly increased. Still not as good as the Culver's on Milton Ave in Janesville, but tollerable nonetheless. There will be an odd occurence of some sides missing here or there, but that's maybe 1/10 trips. Ultimately, they seem to have a good team nowadays.

This location seems to be experimenting with a new drive-thru technique that's ultimately taking a toll on the service they can provide. As opposed to pulling up to the speaker, they have 2 people working outside. While ordering is quicker, the wait time has ultimately increased. Said increase is even worse when the carhops repeatedly forget customers' drinks due to the confusion of customers bypassing the drive-thru window (where the drinks are usually given) due to the new ordering system. Also, the food has been significantly colder, for some reason, than their traditional ordering system

We tried the pub burger since we had one a few years ago. It was good, but not as good as the one from a few years ago. I think they change the specific recipe each year. But a tasty burger. I was going to get walleye, but it wasn't up on the menu. Once I got to my table I saw a little sign for it. They should include it on the main menu with the seafood. I like butter on my mashed potatoes and not gravy. Husband asked for more butter and got two tiny squares! For the high prices, wasn't impressed. The food, for the most part is good, but the roll served with it tastes awful. Can't you serve a better roll that will compliment the food and be "delicious" as advertised? I always give it away. Can you try to improve on this? It doesn't match the food quality and with all the business you get, seniors should get at least a 10% discount not 5%. I hope you consider this, Mr. Culver. Ordinary people are struggling to make ends meet.

Don’t order a concrete mixer, you’ll get a watery shake every time. I have complained to management numerous times and they have done absolutely nothing. Same as the sundaes, they must use custard that is already melted, so you get a soggy mess every time. I am editing this review once again because the manager called me himself in an attempt to make it right. That kind of customer service is lost in most companies and it was greatly appreciated! He also went above and beyond and refunded the entire meal without asking. It was definitely not necessary as we did consume the food, but greatly appreciated.

This establishment used to be incredibly quick, friendly, and never messed up any food orders. Tonight was the second time I did a curbside order. The order was to be done at 5:29 p.m. It is now 5:50 p.m. and I just received my food. Unfortunately I had to go back inside because they forgot my sauce. Up until 4 months ago everyone was always very efficient. But now when you go, there's always 15 to 20 employees, however at least six or seven are just standing on the side of the counter chit chatting.
So let's get into the food. Waiting 20 minutes past the time the order was to be ready.. Well, my salad was warm, my veggie burger, onion rings and fries we're all cold. My guess is it was ready at the time promised, but then sat there waiting for someone to stop talking to bring it out to me. For the price of the food, I should get better than McDonald's service. Very disappointed.

It doesn't seem to matter how many cars are lined up the parking lot, or how many people are crammed into the restaurant. This place is fast, and the food is always hot and fresh!

I have never had such a great experience at a fast food restaurant. The employees are all smiling and pleasant; one came around the dining room checking on our food and asking if he could take our garbage.
