We were there on Sunday eve and it was so busy I couldn't believe it. They had lots of employees working hard and getting the job done. We had to wait to order and wait quite awhile to get our food but watching how the employees handled it was amazing. They were efficient and friendly. Other places could take a lesson from this place and other Culver's we've been to. Food is consistently great and employees are friendly and helpful.

I went on August 19 at around 9:40 pm and purchased a spicy chicken sandwich and fries and a drink. I ate it in my hotel room at the Days inn across the lot. It's my first time at Culver's and I'm just passing through. I was excited. ALL my food was cold. Both fries and the chicken. I can't even call it lukewarm. I can only imagine the levels of protocols that were purposely skipped, and the sleepwalking management on shift, to allow this to happen. If a store is open untill 10, it should have hot food until 10. Check your records and check the tapes. The woman at the POS was exceptional.

Obviously, you can not order salads at this restaurant. After a miserable salad on 2025-05-21, which seemed to be lacking most of the lettuce (which I was comped for by the restaurant), again this location was in my travel path. This salad the lettuce looked like it was 5 days past the expiration date.

We are Culvers fans and stopped here for an early supper break during our travels. The service here is above and beyond great. There was a young man Luke who bussed our table and asked if there was anything else we'd like! As we left he was cheerfully on trash duty and wished us a good day. I don't know if the owner trained his workers to a higher level of service or this kid was naturally gregarious but it left a sweet taste in my mouth... as sweet as the custard.

We ordered food to go. After waiting about 15 minutes, we asked about our order. We were told we had a big order so it was going to take a while - there were 4 of us with a hamburger, chicken sandwich, chicken strips, ice cream and a Reuben melt order. After waiting another 15 minutes, we asked for the order to be cancelled and for a refund to be issued. The manager was very rude and stated that the order was being worked on and we should be patient. We told her we had already waited 30 minutes! She walked away and spoke to the lady putting orders together and reiterated that it was being worked on. After waiting another 5 minutes and 4 more orders leaving that weren't ours, we asked them to issue the refund. Again the manager rudely told us that our order was going to be packed shortly and walked away from us. After a 40 minute wait, we got the order and had to ask for the missing ice cream, napkins and cutlery. WORST CULVER'S EXPERIENCE EVER!

Had an outstanding experience at this Culver's location thanks to Luke's exceptional customer service! From the moment I walked in, Luke was professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. In the middle of the lunch rush, he took the time to answer my questions about the menu, made thoughtful recommendations, and ensured my order was perfect.

What really impressed me was Luke's attention to detail and positive attitude throughout the entire interaction. He clearly takes pride in his work and goes above and beyond to make sure customers have a great experience. The food was delicious as always, but Luke's professionalism and customer service skills really made this visit memorable.

It's rare to encounter such dedicated service these days, and Luke is definitely an asset to this team. I'll absolutely be returning to this location when I travel through Wisconsin, and I hope management recognizes what a valuable employee they have in Luke.

Ordered only 4 concrete mixers at the drive through and first, they mixed up our order once we got up to the window. Then we were asked to move up. We did. 20 minutes later and 8 cars after us got their stuff (they had food and mixers, we watched). I have stopped at many different Culver's across the country, the Black River Falls Culver's ranks near the top. The restaurant is always clean, the service is impeccable, and the food is excellent. The burgers and fries are so hot and fresh, every single time I stop. The custard is superb. The location is immediately adjacent to I - 94 at the Hwy 54 exit. If you haven't checked out this Culver's location, stop and check it out. You'll be handsomely rewarded with excellent service and great food! 👍

Not my favorite Culver’s. All the ketchup was out, sprayed myself trying to get it out, no napkins in bags and had to go in with dirty hands to get napkins. Great Food & Service, But Skip the Fake Personalization

This Culver’s is a local favorite, always busy, and consistently gets orders right (though they could step up their napkin game). The staff is friendly and efficient, so no complaints there. However, their new thing of asking for your name—only to never use it again—feels pointless and honestly a little annoying. If you’re going to pretend to personalize the experience, at least follow through. Otherwise, it’s still a solid Culver’s!

I was wowed by the quality of the burger i just ate at this place.
It was so soft and juicy, it threw me into memory lanes of the burger joint in my childhood. I tried the butter burger double and it was perfect. Just 👌

My wife also ordered fried shrimps with fries and it was fresh and delicious as well.

It was my first time at culvers and i am already a fan.

The staff was very kind and welcoming and they prepared the order fast even though there was a big line in drive thru section.
