I know this is unhealthy but I eat here regularly and every time this manager is on duty my order is never right I had to return to the restaurant after making it home… My order was wrong and I was questioned as if I had ordered incorrectly. Furthermore like I said I’m here all the time and I’ve seen “other patrons’ compensated for incorrect orders… whereas I wasn’t even offered anything…. I wonder why…..It’s blatantly obvious to why some get better service in this establishment

This was the worst Culver’s I have ever been to! The girl that was managing the drive-thru was so rude and aweful I was in disbelief when I left the drive thru!! She refused my Culver’s VIP card and I have never ever had that before. Even discussing how I had gotten it and for what reasons, she still refused that. Than was extremely rude when I was given a simple regular order of fries in the order. I have never been to a Culver’s with such disrespect before !! You should not have your franchise with people like that representing the Culver’s name !!

I’m giving you guys 2 stars because everyone else was nice but tonight there is a woman working with short braids and glasses that is rude. I was standing in front of the to go stand which is also in front of refrigerator and she did t say excuse me or anything when she walked up on me to get behind me. I moved because it was uncomfortable but she acted like I was supposed to know to move. The polite thing to say is excuse me, but okay, whatever. So I move out the way, there’s another person picking up their order. They were talking to her and again, rude, never said thank you or you are welcome. I know it’s not me who she was rude to in the second occurrence, but I watched it and it made me feel uncomfortable experiencing it myself then watch it happen to another person as I watched. These workers need to understand that what you do affects everyone in the restaurant, even other diners. I worked in the restaurant industry for 20 years. We were always taught that the front of the house is a stage and you are always being watched. I guess this new generation aren’t either taught the same or don’t care and that’s sad.

The staff is amazing: immediately responsive serving guests, keeping the dining area perfectly clean and orderly, and the counter is spic and span with a smart beautiful display of sizes, flavors, etc.

Took our 94 yr young client for late lunch and was so pleased. PLENTY of room to maneuver her modern walker.

Suggestion: Culvers set the cheese curd bar. Would ♡ to see seasonal varieties offered: dill, garlic, jack, gouda, etc.

Two wonderful people working, young lady & a gentleman. I purchased a footlong meatball sub $10.49 & the meal of the day 6" sweet onion chicken teriyaki/ chips /smalls drink🍸 $6.49. Great prices, pay attention for great deals! Employee's were outstanding, food was hot & great! Seriously very smooth, visited a bit. What's NOT to like????? Give these 2 Employee's a raise!!!! I have asked them to not sir it /bend it in told me there machine has changed. I do not mind Drive up the street for a Quality, original famous lemon ice. I will not be going back to this location. The last 4 or 5 times I have went with my family. All they do is talk about needing to get surveys. The last time I thought I just went we were asked to do the survey when we ordered our food. We sat down not even five minutes later another employee came up and told us don’t forget to do the survey and then ask for my 12-year-old daughter cell phone and told her that she will do the survey herself just to hand her her phone The time before that she asked for my other daughter’s cell phone and she’s 9. I am not going to take my family out to dinner and get badger and be uncomfortable the whole time we are eating dinner? My kids were so uncomfortable with this. They even said we can find somewhere else to eat next time. I spoke with the manager Explain the situation to her she said the owner said that they have to push surveys otherwise they’re gonna get the Them and they would lose their jobs. And then told me 99% of customers don’t mind that they ask for their cell phones to do their survey themselves and then continue to sit there and try to justify it and make it right of what they’re doing. I understand they want to get surveys but to sit there and badger and make families, uncomfortable and asking kids for their cell phones so they can do it themselves as far far from OK. But like I said, I will not be back at this location. I will drive to Brookfield or Sussex or another location to eat. But I will not be back at this one so for the rest of the families that They go to dinner to have family time and enjoy your meal. I would not go here I can promise you.

The food was good. The line was quite long and we had to wait much too long on the side while they got our order ready. Unfortunately, one grilled cheese basket and two kids meals seemed to be a little challenging for them. There were several cars asked to wait on the side with us that came after us and left before us. I understand being busy, but the Culver’s in Mequon has long lines as well. Even so, the orders are always first come, first served. If they can get their flow together so the wait time isn’t so bad, this can easily turn into five stars.

But for now, the long line to place our order and the equally long wait time to receive the order drops this restaurant down from fast food to slow food.

It is a great community supporting place to go grab food. The food was excellent, everything was warm that should’ve been warm, and cold which should have been cold. All with friendly staff. Sam, one of the evening managers was wonderful to work with who made sure food came out with accuracy. All the employees seem like they took extra effort to ensure all the food and service was given out. I highly recommend this location.

Nothing like paying Culver’s prices and getting charged extra for one barbecue sauce to go with my dry mushroom Swiss. Something that has never happened. This will be my last visit here. This is by far the tackiest culvers I have ever been too and I eat culvers multiple times a week all over southeast Wisconsin.
