Crispy chicken sandwiches full of gristle, thin meat and not cooked. This is dangerous and Cooks need to be trained better. Also quality of meat sent to this location MUST be the same as others. Meat looked like paper and anyone could see it was NOT DONE. when these first started out, they were ok so there is no need to change now. Get it right it or take off me menu. Cook the food before someone gets really sick.

I was on a morning walk and decided to stop at this culver’s. I sat outside to wait because they had just opened when the owner came out and aggressively questioned me for simply sitting.
I had every intention of coming in and ordering once they opened but that encounter left a bad taste in my mouth and I was no longer interested in spending my money with them.
Maybe don’t have open outdoor seating if you’re going to be suspicious about people taking a seat. This location is far from the best so no need to act like it’s some exclusive establishment. Very disappointing.

They made my husbands order wrong, twice… he asked for half and half vanilla and chocolate custard with marshmallow fluff and cookie dough… they don’t seem to comprehend a simple concrete order. Drive through order and the person but down 7 orders of fries and not sprite. My burgers were just smushed into one bag which caused them to leak all the liquid they had out of their wrapping. I noticed how these workers who brought food to people were slow and sluggish as if they didn’t want to be at work. I don’t understand why people like that even have a job and go to work. Very unprofessional to be acting that way in a place where you have to serve people.

But somehow they manage to take your order and keep the line moving better than any other fast food restaurant around! This location has the most unprofessional, rude and non customer service workers. Twice in one week and, terrible service both times. First time the male employee got a attitude as soon as I started ordering at the drive thru. My child was able to notice the quick change in his tone before I could even say anything. I was rushed and, due to him not listening to my order it still was incorrect. There was only one car in front of me that received their order and pulled off. I was then told to pull up which is standard but, not the long wait time. I waited extremely to long for a kids meals and chicken strips I didn't ask for! I then revisited just for some ice cream. Now a lady is taking my order who told me pull around for my total which I hate. I then pull up and she takes my card but doesn't tell me a total. When I asked for my total that I never received she then asked me what did I order!? (It wasn't multiple cars waiting to forget) She then quickly remembered (no one else was waiting to order) and started to ring it up as if she never put the order in and close the window. I then decided enough is enough and blew for my card back. All she had left to say was WHAT YOU DON'T WANT IT! I have worked in customer service as well as fast foods for years and it is really disheartening to know how much people don't care about themselves, others, and the lack of workmanship. Don't come to work if you don't want to do your job for a fraction of your time. Management please screen for better candidates to represent your company.

I waited 15 minutes in my car AFTER I placed my order in the drive-through line. What is the point? The guy offered me a cup of custard and I said I can’t win any longer! He said I should call the number on the receipt. I called them on my way home and was first hung up on. Called back and the manager said don’t direct my anger towards her when all I had said was I don’t appreciate waiting 15minutes and then being hung up on. She said all she could offer was an apology. Chicken tasted overcooked and they didn’t give me a tomato for the sandwich. This place is terrible.

On August 28, I was charged for two two-scoop sundaes and received two one-scoop sundaes (at the Brown Deer Culver's). When I left feedback the manager called me to make things right and took my contact info. to mail me Culver's vouchers. As of November 5, no vouchers.

She repeatedly opened and closed the containers of our food and then again walked away to bag more orders. I ordered 4 items. The girl that took my order seemed like she was annoyed by me asking her how their fish sandwich was. Yes, I've had a fish sandwich before and I've had Culver's before but I've never had a Culver's fish sandwich. I also ordered a strawberry shake. It didn't take long to get my food which is probably the only good thing about my experience. The fish sandwich was put together very sloppy and did not taste good at all and the shake is flat out disgusting. The Root beer was good and the cheese curds were cheese curds. Overall this was a great meal after being on the road all day... Not really. The manager needs to step it up.

I am writing this review out of sheer frustration and disappointment with the Brown Deer Culver’s location. Over the past seven years in Wisconsin, I have been a loyal fan of Culver’s, enjoying their delicious food and excellent service at various locations. However, my experience at the Brown Deer Culver’s has been consistently horrible.
This is the third time I’ve visited this location, and once again, my order was completely messed up and missing items. It’s incredibly frustrating to leave a drive-thru only to find out that my meal is incomplete or wrong. It seems that every time I give this location another chance, they fail to meet even basic expectations.
The staff at this Culver’s location clearly don’t care about their customers. The service is always slow and inattentive, and the employees seem uninterested in providing a positive dining experience. It shows in the quality of the food as well, which is often cold and poorly prepared. It’s evident that there is a lack of attention to detail and customer satisfaction.
This is the only Culver’s location that I will never return to again. It’s a shame because I have always loved Culver’s, but the Brown Deer location has completely ruined my experience. If you’re looking for good food and service, I recommend avoiding this place at all costs. The employees are rude, and the food is far below the standard I’ve come to expect from Culver’s.
I hope that management takes these issues seriously and makes the necessary changes to improve the quality of service and food at this location. Until then, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

I like Culver in general but not this location. After repeating myself multiple times, the order was still messed up. They didn't include an item I said multiple times. When I went to ask where the item was, I was told I didn't pay for it. That is correct but the person taking the order didn't read the order back and neglected to add the item (onion rings). I elected not to get a receipt as I charged the order. Instead of giving me the item and making me happy, they ignored me. They lost a customer forever. Very RUDE Staff!!

I ordered two Double Deluxe Burgers and requested that both burgers have only lettuce and tomatoes on them. While waiting in the drive thru, I received my order and checked it in front of the person who delivered it and saw that it had cheese on it. He indicated that I needed to go inside to explain that the order was wrong and have it redone. When I went in to explain, a young man told me that "there was a better way to make my request." When I asked him to share with me the better way to make my request, he stated,"You're old enough, you figure it out" and stormed to the kitchen area. I then decided that I didn't want the order remade, I just wanted my money back. I asked to know who the owner was with no reply from multiple staff at the front counter. Then I asked if there was a manager available, and to my surprise, there were two standing right in front of me during this entire ordeal. I shared what the young man said to me, and none of the 4-5 people standing there, including the managers. claimed to have heard it. Instead, they just said it was a miscommunication and gave me a reluctant "sorry". It was the worst customer service, and I felt very disrespected by the young man and entire staff standing there. The managers were useless and did nothing to address the young man's attitude. I will not be making any purchases at this location again.

It was my first time in Wisconsin. I asked the cashier what she was having. She isn't eating here. My burger was good. A nice man delivered it. The cheese could've been melted a little bit more. I think I would skip the fries. And get the cheese curds. They were talking about them over the music.
The music was eclectic.
The restaurant was clean.

Tables weren't cleaned, and the service was mediocre, but it was close to not good. No one smiled when waiting on you...and once our order & money was taken, the order was not completed by the cashier. Cahsoer said she would bring the order to us, but we waited over 30 mins, wondering why our order was raking so long. We only ordered a shake & 2 custards. Once I asked about the order, they started making it but didn't offer anything for their mistake or apologize. While making the order, they only discussed the mistake among other workers with attitude and eye-rolls.
