Average Culver's experience on a good day. Maybe avoid coming here while busy, Ive unfortunately had to turn around from missing items for this location more times than I'd like to publicly admit.

Burgers are, burgers ya know? Shakes and cold products are good, for the available alternatives nearby after 6pm and Adrian's closes. Fries are good. (when they don't forget them) 6/10 on a good day.

Ordered a value basket, didn’t get my fries. Fries are on the receipt but weren’t in the bag and therefore, are not inside me now. Drive through also takes forever every… single… time. Now I, unfortunately, have to be the guy that digs through his order in the drive though, therefore making the line take even longer. I hate that guy, we ALL hate that guy. What you’ve done here is not to be understated, you’ve opened pandoras ButterBurger.

I just read the recent reviews and I have to say the food experience at our Burlington Culver's doesn't line up with the "Culver's Family" tradition. I keep giving this Culver's second chances and make my visits quarterly. Each time the food i recieved matched the pictures that other reviewers have posted. I use the drive thru and usually order the value baskets and each time the buns look like a truck ran over them, if we ordered a Wisconsin swiss the bread is over grilled and black. The fries are also a hot mess, broken up into pieces that look like they were in the deep fry too long. It's sad that this continues. As all drive thru customers know, you are going thru a drive thru for a reason and you don't have time to look into your bag and check everything out. This last visit yesterday I had 2 coupons thinking I'll give them one more try, hmmm, big mistake. Culver's Burlington you need to do better, live up to the Culver's name and legacy. Hire people and train them to cook and serve Culver's food in a way that honors a Wisconsin legacy!

This place should be ashamed of themselves. Every night I go there and every night my order is wrong. Asked to talk to a manager to inform them as customer service should be #1. I get this red head girl who has an attitude from hell totally disregarded my point and then walks away and starts complaining about me. Facial expressions shown from her were very disrespectful as I can still see her through the window. After being handed my drink I ask for a straw then and told they have no straws. What in the actual hell. You are a business. Go to the dollar store and buy some. I spend over $100 a week there but they lost a customer for life now. Culver’s do better and hold your managers to a better standard.

I was looking forward to a fish fry at Culvers.its always been good. However the last one i had was way overcooked. Dark brown on the outside and dried out on the inside.

A Wisconsin tradition. Great burgers (Mushroom Swiss is my favorite), good custard and you have to get the fried cheese curds. The lemon Italian Ice w/raspberries cooler is a great summer treat. The new remodel is done - very clean.

I must say... I have been coming to this Culver's for a few years now... I didn't have the best to say about there service in my last review... Food is always phenomenal though. BUT NOW....
I gotta give credit where credit is due...
I have absolutely no complaints about there service anymore... They are doing a great job. They are friendly.. And there customer service is awesome! The Culver's team here in Burlington work hard. I'm impressed.

I’d say this Culver’s is the worst I’ve ever been too.

Update!! Went through the drive thru and asked for a turtle Sunday Got up to the window and the had a flavor of the day turtle. I told the gentleman that’s not what I ordered, I would like a Sunday, not the flavor dish. He ABSOLUTELY could not understand what a Sunday was, not sure if it was his 1st day or what. After several minutes of waiting for him to try and figure this out and speaking to other staff. He asked for payment for a Sunday and he asked if I’d like the flavor of the day to make up with the mistake and he wasn’t going to charge me. I agreed and waited a little longer. After a couple a minutes he gave be back my card for purchasing the Sunday . I asked him about my Sunday, he said “ oh you still want that”. My wife and I couldn’t wait any longer so we reluctantly left. Next day I looked at my bank statement and I was charged for something I didn’t want!! I’ve made a bad review on this Burlington Culver’s and I didn’t listen to myself about going here. That was my last time here!! Good luck if visiting this one!

The food was very good and the service was good. However, the restaurant was very dirty. It was dirty the last time we visited, too. It was a sunny day, but the floor was filthy. It looked like many people walked through with dirty boots. Fortunately, I had antiseptic wipes in my purse because the table was dirty also. Not sure what has changed there, but the last three times we’ve been there the place has been filthy, Tthe food has been mediocre, and the service has been extremely slow. Overall 3 stars. Waited forever to receive food. Now typically that's normal at a Culver's, however, this one had 3 cars (including ours) so I feel a 30 minute wait for mine and my husband's food was a tad much. Half of my food was fresh, half of it wasn't. The fries were old and soggy. But the burger was ok. Service was less than par and it wasn't a very welcoming environment that one is typically accustomed to coming to Culver's. Was tragically disappointed.

Wow! What has happened to this place???!! New owners? No owners? For what seemed like a large group of employees working behind the counter, not a lot was going on.

Multitudes of people waiting inside and lines of cars outside. A very long wait for cold warm food (sandwich) and warm cold food (ice cream) and a half full bag of gummy cold french fries. Save your time and $$ and go home and make a peanut butter and jelly sandwich.

Waited at the drive through window for five minutes before anyone came to take my money. When the young lady finally came over she said “hopefully these are your drinks”. I asked her to make sure. She handed me my drink and it was 2” below the top. I asked her to fill it and was given attitude. I ordered my burger with everything on it and it came plain. When I go to the Culver’s in Elkhorn, I see a lot of pride because the owner is there working with the employees…I would suggest the same for the owner in Burlington. The dinner staff in Burlington is lacking responsibility and pride.

Young people working there are so slow and lackadaisical. They are unfriendly and rude. It takes forever for your food to get to you. We sat in the drive-through after paying for two concrete mixers for 45 minutes. In that time we had the wrong order come to the car twice I asked for our money back. The kid just stood there with his mouth open, and did nothing, as I instructed him to go get a manager another 10 minutes goes by. Comes out with nothing asks what is wrong. This is the trash Culver’s in Burlington WI serves customers, the amount of permasan cheese it over powered everything about the salad I cannot even taste cranberries, it is just bitter old clumpy powdered cheese this is not supposed to be served to humans it is for pigs. Salad should be healthy but this made me feel disgusted with lack of simple skill to know how much of ingredients you add in this salad especially if it’s going to be powered that I cannot take it out it is just clumps of an old permasan cheese. I really despise people who cannot pay attention to details, bacon has salt, dressing has salt &now a half cup of Parmesan cheese, why just tell me why and I cannot drive back to return it I’m far from that place already.

Culver’s Burlington WI- Cranberry bacon salad it is just rubbish it supposed to be fed to pig the amount of Parmesan cheese in a salad it is too much, even have lot of clumps that’s unbreakable like an old powder cheese and it made the whole salad bitter. It is trash because I cannot drive back to take it back just to throw it in a trash but nearly forgot to save it for review. This is the trash that’s been served by Americans to American, salad should be healthy but not this trashy Parmesan lumpy salad I received. I really despise the people who can’t take their job serious or pay no attention to simple portion of Parmesan they added into this salad. It is powder I cannot take it out.

3 out of the 4 last times i go they alway forget something just went today order cheddar bacon burger.. no bacon. Usually they forget the cheese sauce side or something. These employees need to read tickets. Its not a hard thing to do. They need better management or training staff.

I was left waiting for food I ordered from the drivethrough for a very long time. I called there number to ask if there was a problem and that I was waiting outside. The person said that she was going to check on the order and never came back to the phone.

Then a worker that was outside stopped by and said he was going to check on my order because he saw that I was waiting for a long time. He never came back.

Then I went inside. They said there was a problem with the icecream machine and that they made the food portion again. I had to wait again inside. I was gone for about an hour and 20 minutes to get this order.

The painful thing to say is that this is the second time where I had to call there office and let them know that I was waiting for an order. The first time was several months ago and I figured it was just a mishap of some kind.

I have been visiting Culvers in other states for years and I have never had this happen before.

For fast food, it's my favorite. The shrimp is wonderful. I keep going back for more. Their malts and Sundaes are great! I am looking forward to trying their salads.
A big flaw is that half the time, they get my malt wrong. If I ask for a chocolate malt, 9 x out of 10, I get a "double chocolate malt"...which is way too rich.
So I have to explain it every time." I want a chocolate malt, made with vanilla ice cream." 5 x out of 10 , they give me a vanilla malt! It's not what I asked for. I even spell it out. Recite the recipe...A CHOCOLATE MALT, MADE WITH VANILLA ICE CREAM, A COUPLE SQUIRTS OF CHOCOLATE SAUCE AND MALT POWDER.
I rarely get what I order.
Please teach your workers.

A chocolate malt made with chocolate icecream is a DOUBLE CHOCOLATE MALT.
A CHOCOLATE MALT is made with vanilla ice cream.

We love Culver's but this one has been trending down. The service is extremely slow even when it is not relatively busy. Dine in and drive through.

In the three times I visited ,I waited a long time for the food (up to 22 minutes), received cold food, and didn’t get everything. I contacted the headquarters was told that the store manager would contact me which never happened and when I contacted the company again they just blew me off. PS. It took forever to get in touch with the company and their customer support is really sad.

P.S. If you look at their response to this review you can see in what they wrote that they didn’t even read what I wrote. It makes hard to believe anything that they say or do. Back to the other guys for me. (Wendy’s,Burger King, etc., etc)

The service here is unacceptable and we will not be returning. We placed an order through the drive-thru and were charged for the wrong order. We then waited 25 minutes for our food and went in to discover they never placed our food order. After being promised our food would be made ASAP they forgot our order again and we finally had to go in an hour after first ordering to get a refund. No additional compensation or apologies were offered at that time. Please go to any other Culvers for better service.

Definitely trending the wrong way. For years service was good. The visit tonight was very bad. Only had a small order, but it took way too long to get, and it was wrong. Many other orders were being delivered wrong tonight too. It seemed like there was plenty of staff, but for whatever reason everyone was confused and making errors. Sad to see, as it was a go to place. Most Culver’s responses ask for input on their Website. Really? Why put the customer out by requiring more of their time? Use the input you already have and make a difference.
