My husband and I went to clintonville culvers drive thru with a buy one get one free double deluxe coupon. To the say the least I am thoroughly disappointed and angry would be an understatement. We ordered two double deluxes one without a bun and added a patty on the side. When getting to the window the employee said that the coupon isn't valid because it's not two doubles but a triple and a double. When explaining that the additional patty I would pay for and it can be on the side that it would have the made the coupon valid. Instead the employee had to get two other employees which happened to be mangers involved using being new as an excuse. They than changed the order to make it two double deluxes and an additional single burger without a bun instead of ringing us up for an additional patty which made us pay almost $5 more. But what makes this even worse is that we didn't even get the additional patty so that's $5 the clintonville culvers stole from us.

Culver's is our go to for fast food. Their buildings are always clean and you get what you pay for.
They offer work to people with disabilities (which is really cool), so we have had our orders messed up, but they are very easy to work with and they always fix it.
And of course, their frozen custard is second to none and amazing year-round:)

My son, his hockey teammate, and I stopped to cool off from the ride in our hot Dodge Caravan and try the Flavor of the Day™️. Our car’s heater is stuck on full blast, and a temperate environment was a welcome change for my boys on our way to a hockey tournament.

The bathroom was a welcome change as well, and the urinal cakes appeared to have been freshly hand placed in a location to optimally mitigate splashing and made for a fun target, according to my son. He keeps asking me to get urinal cakes for the house…maybe for his next birthday. Now that would be a birthday cake!

Victor greeted us with a warm Culver’s smile and offered a personal recommendation, which I appreciated, although Dave was disappointed in the curds. It wasn’t the curds specific to this location, it’s the new breading that all the franchises in central Wisconsin have been using for the last three years which no longer include the fish flavor. Too bad.

The seating and lighting were comforting, and reminded me of Hemingway’s “Clean Well Lighted Place.” My only complaint was the clearly Artificial Intelligence-generated photograph of Wisconsin Sports heroes inside the entrance. I was pleased to see Bart Starr and Jordan Love, but was disappointed in the exclusion of Don Majikowski, Malik Willis, and this township’s favorite son, Bill Clinton. Giannis’s hands were also depicted as much too small.

Well, my Dodge Caravan’s internal temperature has dropped to a much more comfortable 23 degrees.

I have lived in the area for 6 years and have gone to this place about 20 times. Today was the 3rd time they haven’t put everything in my bag and we didn’t catch until we got home. They try to make it up by giving you some shit custard.. the have no actual sympathy that just wasted your time or gas.. this company has no care anymore about customer experience.. it’s all about the 40 ridiculous dollars it cost for chicken tenders and two burger meals… unreal how this iconic Wisconsin company has gone down hill so fast

My family of 6 stopped in, and we all ordered concrete mixers to go. After ordering, I noticed one of the mixers (my son's) were entered incorrectly, so I went to point it out to the girl that took our order. She pretty much argued with me and told me no, that's what was ordered. My son told me to just let it go, that it was fine...even though it wasn't. We then waited 15 minutes for our concrete mixers, mind you it wasn't busy at the time and they had more than enough people there (I counted at least a dozen); but even though they were heavily staffed, it looked like at least half of them were just standing around. When we finally got our order, 2 of the 6 cups were not even full, and another 2 were made wrong. One was missing a mix-in, and the other was made with vanilla custard instead of chocolate. I thought about having them remake them, but at that point, I was fed up. We had already waited long enough for subpar service...

I'm tired of waiting and still getting old crispy chicken sandwich. I pay for Pickles and get a dime size and a nickel size Pickles. I pay for tomatoes and get a 50 cent piece sized tomatoe. If I have to always wait at least sandwich could be hot and have more then change size condiments on it. I've tired 6 or 7 times since moving to town. No more!!!

Was contacted by management asking for my address in order to send me some coupons. I was happy to see they are taking reviews seriously. That being said I haven't received any coupons. I'll keep you posted.

Careful when ordering a burger in drive through, always charge for a double even when I order a single. I paid $9.00 for a plain single cheeseburger, receipt charged for a double after I even corrected her. With a small fries it was $12.89 I just double check now. I love Culver's. However, the service at this location is questionably slow, and our order comes out wrong quite often. We once added a slice of cheese to a chicken sandwich for $0.60, just for them to not give us the add-in we paid money for. Really strange stuff.

We don't have much of a choice but to stick with it, seeing as it's the closest one in over 20 minutes, but I did want to voice my concern.

Was debating whether to go here or kwik trip and called ahead to see if they accept Apple Pay. They do and the young woman on the phone was so pleasant, I decided to go here. I’m glad I did. This Culvers is clean and has great service. They have excellent butter burgers which are of the smashed burger variety. Accordingly, they have that trademark hard sear. If you get a triple, or at least a double, it compensates nicely for not getting a thicker, medium rare, patty like you might prepare yourself. The onion rings are great, and I tried the buttery pretzel bites again and liked them even more than last time. Plus, they have sizable cups for ketchup. One was plenty for my meal, but I saw a dude with three of them on his table. Holy jeepers...

Always get good fresh cooked food here. I had a shrimp basket which was 6 large breaded pieces and fries. The shrimp and fries were perfectly cooked. Everyone was cheerful and helpful. My husband and I stopped in at this Culver's on our way home from Eagle River. We stopped for lunch and were greeted by Connor. He was very friendly and professional and took our order. Connor also delivered the order to our table and asked if there was anything else he could get us. He took the orders and delivered the orders including to waiting cars outside on a not so nice day. We both commented on what a great employee he was. Any employer would be lucky to have him. He's the perfect picture of great customer service and you could tell he enjoyed what he was doing.
