Store looks brand new and clean but I went there 15 minutes before close ordered a butter burger basket and a pumpkin shake and i got old Patty's and unmelted cheese the patty was warm but dry like it had be reheated and my pumpkin shake had maybe 1/5 of a scoop of pumpkin its literally white and taste of no pumpkin

So many teenagers standing around at the front counter talking to each other and not paying attention to customers. All you hear while eating dinner is them screaming at each other saying Bruh. Management needs to put these kids to work or cut them if they have nothing to do.

Where do I start. We have been here 2 times both times to get just 2 concrete mixers while they were not busy. Both times took 45+ minutes and this past time we went inside thinking it would be faster. Boy were we wrong. 4 workers were at the counter taking orders watching everybody else and fought/complained who should take our order and do there jobs. While waiting for our food after we ordered they continued to stand there and complain about there jobs and tell other angry customers how they were sorry for how long there food is taking. 3 people ran around working while 4 watched and complained of there jobs. It took another customer coming in who had waited over an hour for 2 ice cream cones and yelling at the kids to stop standing and apologizing, and to actually do something. For them to do their jobs. On top of that our mixers had barely any mixings. Disappointed.

I usually enjoy Culver’s, but my recent visit was very frustrating. When I pulled up to the drive-thru, I let them know right away that I had two separate orders. After that, I was asked to hold on and ended up waiting at least five minutes before being able to order. Once I started ordering, it seemed like the employee was confused by what I was asking for: two chicken tender kids’ meals (one with a cheese curd upgrade) and two short ice cream orders.

After finally getting the order in, it took about 10-15 minutes to receive our food. When I got home, I realized multiple mistakes had been made. I paid for the cheese curd upgrade but received fries instead, I was given BBQ sauce instead of ranch, and my drink had ice even though I asked for no ice. On top of that, my concrete mixer (chocolate custard with Reese’s peanut butter cups) didn’t have any Reese’s in it at all. I went back the next day and told them the situation and they said they needed a receipt or they couldn’t do anything for me. I threw my receipt away with the bag because it’s stapled to it and I didn’t think of it. So I ordered what I originally wanted and then they made it wrong again.

Overall, this visit was very disappointing with long waits, confusion at ordering, and several mistakes in what I received. I hope this location can work on accuracy and communication because the quality of the food is usually worth the trip when the order is done correctly; not this time.

Looks like the new restaurant and good location. Food is good as usually. Service is good . Normal Wisconsin Culver’s . I only had one question- how they do the famous burger with melted cheese or not melted cheese . Unfortunately that course a bit of confusion in the store . They were not sure . So at the end nobody asked me how I like it !!! Costumer service mean to serve to your needs . But fast food is same for everyone… wish people have bigger standards for food …
