I just sat in the drive through with probably 15 other cars for almost 35 minutes for two burgers and a side of fries. Might as well go to a sit down restaurant at that point. Will be firing a report about the manager, "Ollie". These idiot teenagers were being extremely rude and loud and when we yelled at them to quiet down, one told the manager who then told us to leave because it was a family friendly environment. I wanted to share feedback regarding my visit yesterday (Sunday) through your drive-thru. I had ordered two custards one flavor of the day (2 scoops) and one concrete mixer.

The ordering process started off bumpy, as the staff seemed unsure how to use the POS system. After paying, we were asked to park by the grass. Unfortunately, we ended up waiting 30 minutes for our order. During that time, we saw many cars come and go. After 20 minutes, we flagged down two runners to check on the order, but ultimately I had to go inside to retrieve it myself.

Inside, the restaurant was very chaotic. It appeared to be staffed only by teenagers who seemed overwhelmed and without clear direction. While I don’t fault them personally, I do feel management should ensure stronger oversight and support especially on a busy Sunday.

At the end of the day, it was just custard for me, but for you, it’s about the experience and your staff. The team members deserve better leadership, and customers should feel confident their orders will be handled smoothly.

I was excited to eat at Culver's our first night in town as we don't have Culver's at home. We've been to numerous Culver's in our travels before but this was the first time to the DePere location. The service was awful. Our cashier seemed a little out of it and none of the workers seemed happy to be there. It took 30 minutes to receive our food. Culver's has always been speedy service at any location we've been to. 30 minutes was ridiculous! I had the pot roast sandwich and told the cashier I wanted bbq sauce and horseradish (both were listed on the receipt). I received neither. After 30 minutes of waiting I just ate it plain. We won't be back to this location while we're in town!

Edit: I went back a year later, and it took 30 MINUTES for us to get two scoops of the flavor of the day. I went in after 20 (we were in the drive thru) and they had to reprint the ticket, and it still took 10 minutes after that. We will not be going back to this location. As I said a year ago, just go to Little Chute.

Honestly, just go to the Little Chute Culvers. The time it takes to drive there is less than you'll be waiting at this one, and you'll get better service and food.

As a frequent visitor of local Culver's, we had the worst experience at this location. We came in on a Saturday around 7:45pm with a group of around 12. The service at the counter was really inconsiderate and the burgers were really cold and dry. I'm not sure what happened, we've been to this one before. It was really surprising. Very disappointed in this Culver's, had a Mushroom Swiss, cheese curds and an Expresso mixer the mixer was great, only 3 mushroom slices on the burger, the cheese was cold not melting and the curds were so salty I couldn't eat them. After having dinner with my family at a Culver's restaurant and spending $85, I was underwhelmed by the experience. The restrooms were not clean, the staff appeared to be idling, there was only one cashier available, the french fry portions were insufficient, and it took almost 40 minutes for our order to be delivered. When my children requested their complimentary ice cream scoops, they were given only half the usual amount. This was quite disappointing, as we have consistently had positive experiences at Culver's in the past. This was the only occasion when the service and overall experience were completely unsatisfactory. I wouldn't recommend this Culver's for a quick stop on a travel day because it took over an hour.

Not Worth the Visit

I recently visited this Culver's location and, unfortunately, my experience was far from what I would expect from a reputable establishment. There were several significant issues that collectively contributed to an unsatisfactory dining experience.

Firstly, the wait time for food was unacceptably long. Despite the restaurant being relatively busy, the delay in receiving our order was excessive. It took far longer than anticipated, and for a fast-casual restaurant, this was highly disappointing.

Once the food finally arrived, the quality and portion sizes left much to be desired. The meal appeared hastily prepared, and the portions were noticeably smaller than what I've experienced at other Culver's locations. The lack of attention to detail in the preparation was apparent, making the overall dining experience feel subpar and unworthy of the price point.

Another significant inconvenience was the lack of ketchup dispensers. Instead of the usual self-serve station, customers were forced to request ketchup packets. This wouldn't have been a major issue had it not been for the additional 5-minute wait in line just to receive them. Such a simple amenity being unavailable speaks to poor management of the dining area and customer needs.

Moreover, the restaurant was overcrowded, contributing to an uncomfortable and chaotic atmosphere. The space felt cramped, and the high volume of people made it difficult to enjoy the meal in peace. A better approach to managing customer flow and seating is urgently needed at this location.

In conclusion, the combination of long wait times, poor food quality, lack of basic condiments, and overcrowding makes this Culver’s location one I cannot recommend. I would advise potential customers to consider alternative dining options, as this experience fell well below the standard one would expect.

I get food from here 2-3 times a week and I get a messed up order at least 75% of the time. I ask for a side of pickles, the sandwich doesn’t come with pickles when it supposed to. I order extra ones because half the time there’s only one on there. I never get napkins even when I ask. I’ve gotten soda without ice when it’s 85 degrees out. A few times I've gone here in the last month the double cheeseburgers had ONE piece of cheese and the meat was smashed/thin with crispy edges. If I wanted my burgers brutalized like that, I'd go to Freddy's. I'm used to the gooey cheese and overall decent sizes of the burgers so whoever is working the late shift is screwing them up.
