The food is fine, but they always cheap out on the custard. For nearly 5 dollars for a “two scoop” dish, you would think the dish would be at least half full. But nearly every time, I get a dish with barely any custard. It’s a waste of money for such a small amount.

The new spicy chicken burger I ordered has very little chicken in it... Good flavor though.

I ordered 2 butterburgers DBL/TPL with ketchup mustard and onions.

I had a blast at this place. I was super tired and just wanted food. While I was in the Drive-Thru I refer to my girlfriend as "the woman." I don't know who the guy was taking my order but I made him laugh really hard and he had a hard time taking my order because he's laughing so hard. This kid made my day and definitely should be given a $3 an hour raise. Not many people appreciate my humor but this guy definitely did. Ask him about it I swear he will never forget it!

This is one of the best Culver’s in Wisconsin! Excellent food every time, hot and fresh and delivered quickly and with a smile. Drive through moved quickly and I enjoy the outdoor patio seating. Employees are helpful when ordering and the two times in 5 years I’ve had a mistake in my order, it was corrected quickly and apologetically. So fast I was apologizing for receiving the wrong item haha!

Never thought I’d write a review for a Culver’s but I do truly believe if you’re choosing where to stop—this is one of the best! The team here is on their game and looks like they have fun working together.

Time and time again I would go out of my way to stop at this culvers in deforest. After many failed and bad experiences at sun prairie culvers. I figured things would be better. Now as go through the drive through and ask for my usual order bacon double butter burger with cheese. I pay and wait in line and my order comes out fairly quick. I noticed right away my burger was in a wrapper and not a box. So I open it to see a single patty and the cheese not melted. It is 4:30 PM on a Wednesday. I walked in side and asked for a refund stating I am not satisfied and will not be returning. After the lady who said she was the manager (Tracy I belive she said her name was) started to do my refund and gave absolutely minimal effort to make me want to return. Or ask questions about what she could do to make it right. Very short and not friendly. I someone who was worked in the customer service industry through various jobs have to say Tracy gave no effort and acted like she didn't care. I will be reaching out to Keith Trojanowski to hope he can make culvers right with me. Otherwise good riddance.

This review is for my visit last Friday at approximately 9:30 pm. I stop here often and this is the second time I have ordered a grilled cheese sandwich that has not been toasted, just wet soggy bread.
If you can’t make this the right way, take it off your menu. Terrible.

Waited 15+ minutes for just custard to the point I had to call the store to ask what was going on (online curbside pickup order) and if I didn’t, I wouldn’t have waited even longer for my order. I made sure to click here to the email, the app, and the text. When I called, I wasn’t even offered a coupon; the last time this happened because this unfortunately isn’t the first time this had happened, I was at least given a coupon to compensate, but instead, I was offered nothing this time. Pretty disappointing.

I was at the DeForest Culver in DeForest, WI, for a meet & greet date. The front end of the store where you ordered food was clean & orderly. Employees all had proper uniforms & were clean. The order taker was friendly & greeted us with a pleasant smile. Our food was ordered w/o incident. The soda fountain was clean, & all soda dispensers’ were in working order & clean. Ample lids & condiments were in their designation. Once again, clean & orderly. When the server was bringing our order out, it turned out to have the incorrect order number on it. After walking around trying to find our table, the server asked what we ordered? It was our food. The food was still hot & we enjoyed the meal. Four stars were given due to the mix up of the order number & delay of receiving our order.

The sitting area had several tables that were yet to be cleaned. As I was sitting down at a table, I noticed a special needs individual. He came out & started to clean off the table & sweep the floor. He was also talking to himself loudly.The individual would come up on our table with the broom where we would have to lift our feet due to the broom being taken under our feet. He was also talking to himself; of which, we didn’t care until it was vocalized quite loud right beside us. This, would interfere in our conversation(s). He made it a point to stay & clean right next to us. Very distracting. This is why I gave the “Atmosphere,”three stars.

To sum up our visit, the meals came out suitable, even with the incorrect order number; of course, fresh.The distraction of the employee in the seating area was a bit hindering. I wouldn’t expect it any other way from Culver’s. All-in-all, the meet & great, the food turned out good & a clean Culver’s made an excellent evening. I would highly recommend the DeForest Culver’s. Enjoy your meal(s) :)

First time at a Culver's and I would highly recommend! The food quality, atmosphere, and customer service are comparable to Chick-fil-A. The Harvest Veggie Burger lives up to the hype and is the best fast food veggie burger I've had. They have a huge parking lot with plenty of spaces and the dining area inside is pretty clean too.

Ordered a pub burger and the girl working the register asked me what I wanted on it. I literally pointed at the picture of the pub burger on the menu and said, whatever comes with it.

Once the food was delivered it took me a few seconds to realize I was given a regular burger. I was hungry and tired from driving all day so I decided just to eat it.

The burger was bland and the cheese was unmelted. It's likely the most unremarkable hamburger I've ever had. I also ordered a side of cheese curds. Half of them were the size of jelly beans and the breading was salty.

En route back to Milwaukee after a sun-up sun-down day trip to the Dells, I opted to avoid foottraffic notorious with tourist eatery hotspots in favor of an off-the-highway (DeForest location) stalwart. Steven kindly accommodated our order. The restaurant was clean, service friendly, and food delicious. Oblivious to our party, our food apparently came out what another employee deemed as "delayed," and apologized with a free value basket voucher. Holding a standard of excellence this high shows that training protoccols not only exist, but are maintained which reflects the current 4.5 Google Reviews rating at this location. We historically take an annual trip to the Dells and the positive impression left at this locale will not be forgotten.
