Went through the drive through tonight.Ordered dinner for myself and my daughter. When I told them the screen wasn't right I did not order a Spicy chicken sandwich he told me the screens were on the fritz and not working properly and would not be a spicy Chicken Sandwich it would be the regular chicken sandwich. Pull up to the window pay for my food, he goes to hand me my drink the lid popped off before I grabbed it. He put the lid back on. I asked him if it was secure this time and he told me it was when it wasn't that drink ended up in my lap and all over my car. I pulled forward 2 spaces to give enough room for other cars behind me to move around. Opened my door to clean myself off. And get all the ice out of my lap. Another worker came out and told me. I was blocking cars behind me and I needed to move. As you can clearly see, I am soaking wet. And cleaning up all the soda and ice that was all over me and my car. I get home and guess what that chicken sandwich was most definitely spicy. Worst experience ever. Now the hole driver side and center counsel of my car is going to be sticky.

The night crew frequently forgets to add special requests like "add bacon" or "add onions" "extra pickle"...add a **side of cheese sauce**stuff like that. Always happens around 10:30 pm-ish. Before 10:30 p.m. I never have this issue. But I do love love love Culvers.

Whomever is working the drive-thru tonight is a major drama queen and definitely needs to focus his negativity on being professional, kind, respectful, and empathetic when issues arise. The place is good. The staff are always nice but the burger didn't quite taste right in terms of seasoning. Plus the lemon ice cooler i got didn't have a spoon but was too thick to drink with a straw. So I had to ask.

Went through the drive thru and ordered a cod value basket with an orange soda and mentioned I had a coupon for a free medium curds. When the girl said $ 12.75 I was baffled and went up to the window and asked again on the price . I payed the $12.75 and waited in line , as I got home I found I only got a cod sandwich, med. curds and my drink . Where’s the fry’s ? I went back and said that a cod sandwich, curds and drink Should not add up to $12.75 cod $$7.69 + $2.90 drink and fry’s add to $10.59. What a Rip off ! Also the kid delivering food outside throws all the window # ,s on the ground by the door . Amazing to watch him littering like that . Diane W

I had the fish sandwich basket. The fish itself was, as usual, excellent. My French fries were just a little dry which was surprising since I was there at peak hours for supper. The service was excellent. I didn't go inside, so atmosphere would be a moot point. Does anybody have better cod than Culver's? Not really.

The chicken in my cashew salad was like rubber. Unable to chew it or tear it apart with my fingers. I showed the front line and they offered to make me another. But I didn’t to risk that again. Too bad, I eat two salads a week from Culver’s in Roscoe, IL that are delicious and diet friendly.

There is someone on the night crew who is always yelling. It's really hard to have conversation when I can hear him all the way in the lobby. When he walked into the lobby, we recognized his voice from the yelling. His name is AJ. My child is autistic and the yelling made him upset. So we left. I saw who owns the Culver's and I know for a fact he wouldn't be yelling if the owner was in the store. Really unprofessional. I'm really disappointed in the lack of professionalism! We were there at around 7pm on 08/27

UPDATE: we came in yesterday 12/21/24. There was no yelling, however I do believe it was because the owner was there, Michael. As soon as Michael left the yelling started. We are so fed up with the lack of professionalism by mangers. He knows not to yell if he doesn’t do it in front of the owner. So if the owner sees this, please take some action. Not only does it bother your customers, I can tell it bothers your employees

This is your basic Culver's. The thing is, on multiple, recent occasions there have been errors or omission ls in my order. The result was that my wait, each time, was doubled, at minimum. I had to telephone the restaurant from the waiting line in order to get my order corrected. They need to get their process ironed out at this location. Otherwise, good food, as usual.
