Every time I have stopped here while heading south was a mistake. The food is never good. It is a running fact in my family that this is the worst culvers any of us have been to. Like other people have said, the service can be very slow.

Not worth the wait for the food that is going to just feel like a weight in your stomach.

Always enjoy the food. Today tried the Crispy Chicken and the new Cinnamon toast crunch concrete mixer. Sandwich was awesome and would get again the Mixer was not my favorite so far the Lucky Charms one is the best. Still need to try the Coco Puffs one soon!

A traveler I was, wearied from the road, when I came upon this hall of Culver’s in Dodgeville. Like a hearth-fire in the dark, it welcomed me with warmth and good cheer.

The maiden at the counter greeted me not as a stranger, but as though I were kin returning home. Her smile was bright, her manner patient, and she bore herself with the quiet grace of one well-versed in the art of kindness. My order was taken swiftly, yet never with haste unbecoming.

And what feast awaited! The butterburger, golden and glistening, was a champion among meals—its bread soft as fresh-baked loaves, its meat seasoned true. The cheese melted as if laid upon by sunlight itself. The crinkle-cut fries, crisp and fair, sang their simple song with each bite. And lo, the custard! Smooth as the still waters of a hidden glen, sweet as memory, it crowned the meal as a minstrel crowns a tale.

The hall was clean, the tables well-kept, and though many souls gathered within, the place felt neither rushed nor burdened, but rather steady, like a chapel bell tolling in time.

If I must needs wander this road again, I shall surely stop once more at this Culver’s of Dodgeville, where food and fellowship shine brighter than the common fare of the land.

My husband had the fish sandwich and it was very happy with that. It was definitely better than McDonald's and much bigger. I had a cheeseburger single. Was actually rather flavorless. The fries were okay but they were not crispy.

This is the 2nd time I bought the new crispy chicken sandwich. The first one was thick batter and an unedible chicken. The 2nd sandwich was rock hard batter with ok thinner chicken. Please bring the old sandwich back so I don't lose a tooth !

The restaurant was very busy and the food took 31 minutes to come out to our table from the time we placed the order. We could have gone to a sit down waited restaurant and been in and out faster than that! For a well known and loved chain, this is terrible. We even went up to the counter to ask about our order as others who came in after us were being served first, the staff did not say much and just said “our order was in the queue”. Very frustrating and disappointing experience. Rethink twice before stopping here for a quick and tasty bite. It’s definitely NOT quick!

Wonderful team and great atmosphere they really do the best for their " guests" one of the best culvers in the area. They have a large dining room and outdoor seating. I've meet the general manager! I live in town and I should have known better than to return and expect anything better!?!? Once again, food was cold! It is so frustrating because in this small town, there are very few options. I actually complained about the same issue a few weeks ago, shame on me for thinking it would be better.

It’s so funny with the consistency, the tomatoes were warmer than anything else on my sandwich.

I would avoid this location and drive a few miles for a better option!

Me and my wife came in after our dogs funeral. The server was the one who buried him. The funeral was not a fun experience at all, would rate 1 star. My dogs attended though. The staff treated us as princes of Monaco, kings of Mali, and lords of the broken. Would try again after my other dog dies

The food tasted great! The man at the counter was very friendly and remembered my name when I went back up to get ice cream for the kids. The gal that brought the ice cream was super nice! The customers were really unfriendly with no smiles. It made it uncomfortable to eat there. The food however seemed small for the price. I may go back again but not to dine in.

Well... for a Culvers... this one does a great job of getting everyone through the drive through fast and generally doesnt mess anything up. Noon is crazy busy. Price for a super grease (and lube?) Sucks for a fastfood place... but youll have that I guess in todays world. Still superior to any McDonalds anyday!

Solid Culver's, food tastes exactly like every other Culver's, as it should be. Very nice staff, we had a large group come in about an hour before closing, and they were just as quick and efficient as if we came during dinner time. We also didn't feel rushed to leave as the clock inched towards 10.

Love this place. I have really nothing bad to say about this place. It's just good things and great vibes. It's been upgraded inside very well-kept, great parking friendly people. The Atlantic cod sandwich is the best out there. Very juciey the bun is softer and buttery than most, and the flavor is one of a kind. Love there custards, very thick like the old days, and you don't have to worry about the machine being down, lol. You know what I mean. If you're looking for some of the best garment burgers, fries, and custards, you won't be disappointed at all.

1st time at this location and it was amazing. The butterburger double was just tender juicy and melted in your mouth the pretzel bites with the cheese sauce was amazing not to salty not to much bread very fresh and soft. Cheese sauce was amazing as well. The one thing that made this meal GREAT was the "ROOTBEER", as the cashier stated and I quote, " I believe our root beer is was better than A&W", I had to try it and BOY O'BOY.... the rootbeer was so on point and and tasted AMAZING. Stopped @ 4 pm on a Thursday afternoon. Drive thru was very busy, 2 tables inside with customers. Waited a ridiculous amount of time, to get a cold sandwich and sides.
