We have given this location way too many chances. There is absolutely no quality control. Food is constantly forgotten, over cooked and completely wrong. They are skimpy on the custard servings and toppings compared to other locations and have no sense of urgency to get customers their food. Multiple times I have gone inside and had to wait for employees to finish goofing off or having conversations with their coworkers to be served. It was cool to have a Culver’s closer to home but at this point I’d rather just make the drive to Mukwonago.

Burgers usually turn out good. Fish was horrible breading was thick not light and crispy. The staff seems to need more training. Always something either missing, coming out wrong, or made wrong. Custard is good but for whatever reason always on the warm side and is melting even when ordered and eat right in restaurant. I see other reviews of “warm/soupy” mixers and it’s so true!!! Such a shame as this is the local Culver’s in east Troy!

Very nice place. The temperature was comfortable and the dining area was very clean. I ordered a mushroom and Swiss double burger and was very delicious and at the right temperature. The frys were hot and I was offered ranch if I wanted it. Very friendly staff. We will return for sure.

I LOVE this location. Manager Luke is the backbone of this Culver’s, as I am always most satisfied when he is working. The staff, especially Luke, are outstanding and pleasant to engage with. No other concrete mixers have been as wonderful as the ones I receive from East Troy. This Culver’s is superior to all others, and I believe this is due to Luke’s employment. This is my favorite restaurant, 10/10, would definitely recommend. Anyone who says otherwise is wrong, and my Culver’s expertise exceeds theirs. I would say visiting the East Troy Culver’s should be in everyone’s bucket list. I have visited many Culver’s locations throughout Wisconsin and can say with confidence that this is the best one. It was opened less than a year ago, and it has been amazing since day one. I believe that it will continue to be great (as long as Luke is working), and I am excited to watch it grow. Nothing brings me greater joy than visiting this Culver’s, and I hope others decide to welcome the blessing of the East Troy Culver’s into their lives as well. Thank you, East Troy (Luke especially), for bringing meaning to my life.

I ordered online for my order to be picked up at 5pm. I went to Chuch which is nearby at 4pm Apparently when you get close they make your order, even though I scheduled pick up at 5. I "Checked in" like you're supposed to at 5 when i arrived. Our food sat there for over a half hour!

Honestly very dissatisfied. Spent 70 dollars on the order and got literally nothing that wasn't mediocre at best. The highlights of the dinner we had was the fish dinners. By highlights I mean I'd like to highlight how gross and bad it was. The fish was extremely doughy and soggy I will be posting pictures words don't do it justice. Got Chilli cheese frys with almost no Chilli on them. Got an 8 piece buffalo tenders they were soggy as well. The 2 spicy chicken sandwiches we got were crispy but almost too crispy they were dark and dry. I feel like the whole meal was slapped together and rushed. We come to culvers expecting quality and don't mind waiting for it. Do better please.

Worst Fast Food Experience of the Year. I can't believe this places has been open a month. It felt like their first dry run. They forgot our order and never brought it out to our car. We live in east troy and we were happy that they were opening a Culver's here, we love Culver's and is one of our favorite fast food places for year's and we came on the first day evening and yes it was packed, but they brought us the order all wrong, second time, same, third time my son went to get some ice cream they made him wait like 10 minutes holding one of the ice creams dripping all over him he had to go and let them know he was waiting for the rest of the order all he gets is I'm sorry and a blue chip, he said that even some of the kids working there were like smiling like if it was funny☹️yes I understand is a New place and they are young kids, but if they cannot do the job right then they should not be working there, we will continue to go to Mukwonago Culver's Even if is a little far of until they changed their ways..

Went through the drive thru to get a small concrete mixer and a scoop of the flavor of the day. Halfway through ordering the girl taking the order went quiet and about 2 minutes later said "sorry, I forgot what you said, could you repeat?"
