I came into this Culver's for ice cream. The man who helped me was named Ryan. He has dark brown hair. I watched Ryan bust his butt off working order after order non stop, I don't know what he gets paid, but i know he deserves a raise, remaining very kind and patient to every customer. I saw how busy it was and waited patiently, however, i waited over 15 minutes for one strawberry cooler. I asked Kourtney with pink hair if it was on the way and she was very disrespectful to me and dismissed my question. I do not appreciate Kourtney, however, Ryan deserves way more than this culvers.

In my opinion, the quality and flavor of the food is slowly going downhill. I used to really enjoy eating here, but now it's just fast food. It's probably more the care taken in cooking and preparing the food than the food itself. And the pandemic is long over, yet all Culvers are still charging to add tomato to a burger. Even if I overlook that, if I'm paying extra, you could at least give me a tomato that comes close to being tasted in every bite.

I love Culver's..my 4 year old grandson frequent Culver's! Love the food and treats.. service is superb for a fast food restaurant! We love listening and bopping to the music. Before you read this. I want you to know this is the first time this has happened at any Culver's. I get there. Order my food. The kid gets my name wrong and repeats it back to me in a condescending tone. Food came out quick. Left. Not only did I have to go back because I noticed they forgot the fries, but after I got home. I noticed something very odd about my burger... No Top bun. The kids working there tonight were not paying attention to anything. Culver's please look into this... Thanks. Very disappointing. Go here. Extremely organized group of individuals that work here. Everyone knows their job. They are friendly, greet you and usually ask you how your day is going, even when they are slammed with customers.

I've never had an issue with the order being wrong or packaged incorrectly.

I went up to use a Scoopie Token and the gentleman asked what flavor I wanted. I said I’d pay the extra to have half strawberry and half hot fudge and asked if they could put each on one side so they didn’t mix cause my boyfriend doesn’t like hot fudge. Instead he said he would get us one of both. I told him he didn’t need to, but he replied saying that he knew they didn’t need to, that they wanted to. So we were given one of each. Moments like these make a restaurant shine and it made our day 😊

Renee was very rude to me and seemed to have something against me despite never having met her and not having a negative attitude towards her at all. She threw my gift card onto the counter after I had paid with it and she basically threw my tray onto the table when she brought that out to me and didn’t say anything when dropping it off which is fine, but what makes it even stranger is that she then spent atleast 5 minutes talking with a child and the child’s family about the survey on the receipt as well as discussing where everyone at the table goes/went to school, when they all graduated, etc. She then proceeded to spend another few minutes talking with two highschool boys about where they go to school and other things that are seemingly out of place for someone in her position. This all made her shortness of temper towards me even more confusing as I do not feel I did anything to warrant that sort of reaction from her.

the forcing customers to do their survey is very uncomfortable though. and then stand next to you the entire time to make sure you put their name down as the person who “went above and beyond”

I like to stop at Culver’s on my road trips! I’m from New York and we don’t have them there. The cheese curds are always a good add as well as the custard mix in. My husband’s double deluxe cheese butter burger was just what he needed to refuel during our 20-hour drive. We were greeted by a friendly associate who was patient with me asking lots of questions (because I don’t come here often!). Our food came out quickly and as we ordered it. The facility was clean, including the bathrooms. There was also ample parking in the lot. Overall, a nice experience.

I have to say hands-down this Culver’s on bracket Avenue has a manager named Tyler! I watched him interact with a lady who had an order and man. Did he take care of it perfect not only did he answer the phone and take care of everything I needed, but also Very personable. Culvers is without a doubt the best fast food chain in the country. I can't ever remember being disappointed, this time was no different! Only burger place that you don't need k & m to kill the taste! I go for the Culver's deluxe and my grandson always orders a Culver melt. Their fries are the best, but I'm sometimes not in the mood. The food is always exceptional, as is the service. The atmosphere isn't anything I like. It always feels cold, and the seats are uncomfortable. I don't like the ketchup packets. Makes it unnecessarily annoying. Do I squeeze it all out? Do I squirt it on each fry? Either way, it's not convenient. I know it seems petty, boo hoo, the ketchup is hard. But it is how I feel.

Would give more than 5 stars if I could. I was working on a job site today and my wife offered to bring me lunch. She loaded the kids up and stopped at Culver's to get us all food. After going through the drive thru and placing her order she discovered at the window she had left her purse at home. She explained to the person at the window she was very sorry and that we lived close by and she could go home, get her purse and come back if they would just hold her order. The lady could tell she was sincere and rather than making her make the extra trip they gave her the food she ordered, even gave our dog a pup cup, said have a nice day and sent her on her way with no bill!! We stop at this Culver's to either dine in or get take out on average 2-3 times a week and the service and food is always great but this just goes above and beyond! Thank you to the amazing manager and staff that helped her out today! We will definitely continue to be regular customers!

Guy working the drive thru window was rude. Then after waiting for a long time for a malt and a root beer float the malt wasn’t even mixed. All the chocolate was at the bottom and the top was just vanilla ice cream. I am hoping that they also messed up and gave me a medium instead of the large I ordered because for 6$ and some change this is the smallest large I’ve ever seen. Ordered a single scoop cone favor of day and a plain cup. The cone had melted down to the time of the cone over the one napkin around the cone the dish was flavir of the day instead of plain vanilla. The cone was basically liquid . Impossible to eat because of the mess. Not what i expect from culvers, but seems to be the norm at this location. Wasted ne money, they are to send me a gift certificate, we shall see. Ill stick to their food over the custard from now on.

Hands dot the best burger you can get from a chain. I mean flame broiled has its own category but a better brand of beef makes a butter burger better! The other selections like the fish and their Reuben are too tier as well. They make the Reuben a bit better than they have the meats. The bread for one. Excellent all around and I've never been disappointed. I save the disappointment for inflation which makes it seem like you're paying at a fine dining restaurant. That's another bonus they do bring your food to your table. What a concept if you have a dining room?!

I come to this location often and I have had good experiences but I must say tonights experience (06/06) was amazing. I went through the drive thru and the lady working tonight at 7pm provided the best customer service Ive received here. She was attentive, asked detailed questions about how I wanted my food, and she was super sweet too. I wish I remembered her name to give her a shout out. I think the other employees should learn some tips on quality customer service from her. 10/10!

We brought out 2 littles in here for lunch. I was so happy to see the restaurant was busy with families and high school kids. Tables were being cleaned right after people left. And we got a clean table instantly. We had a table/booth and had plenty of room for our 2 and 4 year old to have wiggle room. Food was brought out fast, it was hot and very good. It's an OK place. We arrived and it was very busy, surprising for a Monday. Mouthwatering bacon dbl cheeseburger! 🤤 Fries were a little dry but not enough to complain or ruin the meal.....

Ice machine was empty, but when addressed, it was quickly n happily refilled. ✨️

And as I was leaving, I inadvertently kicked an unseen ice cube across the floor. I instinctively went to pick it up, but out of the corner of my eye, saw Cole immediately lean into the same reaction!

¹He was attentive to his surroundings, & ²he was ready & willing to spring into action. MIGHT not seem like much, but it could have prevented ANYone from slipping n falling... & potentially breaking something!
