Had one of the worst fast food experiences of my life at this Culver's. It took 45 minutes to receive an incorrect take-out order! I typically don't like to bother employees doing their jobs, so it took my 20 minutes of waiting for our order to go up to the counter and inquire if it was still on it's way. The guy working the counter went back to where they assemble the orders, had a brief discussion with other employees and returned and told me that they were working on it. Thinking I had resolved the situation, I returned to waiting. After another 20 minutes, I was losing my patience so I went back up to the counter. This time I talked with a different employee who discussed with a manager and informed me that my order had gotten lost and they would start making it. The manager did not apologize or offer any refund. At this point, I asked for my money back. I was pretty surprised that I even had to ask after a 40 minute wait but I was given a refund. We finally received our food 45 minutes after placing our order. But, when we got to our car and opened the bag 2 of the items were incorrect so I had to go back into the store to get the order corrected. This was both my first and my last visit to the world's largest (and world's worst) culver's location.

After waiting 30 minutes for a simple order (a single cup of chili), I was forced to go inside as no one informed me of the delay. Upon inquiry, there was significant internal confusion, and I was then informed that the item was out of stock.
When I requested a refund for my payment, the cashier displayed highly unprofessional behavior, including accusing me of trying to scam them despite me holding the receipt and plastic order number that was placed on my car. It required five minutes of arguing before a manager was finally called to process the refund.
While I eventually received my money back, no compensation was offered for the 30-minute time investment or the staff's egregious behavior. This experience, particularly the false accusation, is completely unacceptable and warrants immediate management attention.

Absolutely horrible experience. We waited for our drive up order for no less than 15 minutes while seeing at least 10 cars behind us receive their orders. Spoke to multiple associates, all of whom seemed completely unbothered by the fact that we had paid for our order and hadn't received it. Finally got the manager involved at which point it was made clear they had completely forgotten to even make our food AFTER TAKING OUR MONEY and after more than 30 minutes we finally left with only our original order. No apologies, no free meal coupons, nothing. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT.

75% of the time I visit this Culver’s they forget a part of my food. Usually I go through the drive-thru which has a long line so I end up going inside to get what they forgot. If you go through the drive through, expect to wait a long time, because the employees don't want to walk out there just to deliver one order, they wait until a bunch of orders are ready before they come out to give you your food. We didnt know what to expect, just a culvers in the middle of Wisconsin, just a stop from our trip to Chicago headed back to Minnesota. Slow and expensive. This was a 40 minute stop, way too long for roadside fast food. You can go to Outback in the time you will take here.

The place was not that busy, yet it took nearly 15 minutes to order and 15 minutes after that for food to come out.

$12.86 for a burger with no side, and a drink, and nearly half an hour to get your food is unacceptable for roadside fast food.

Culver's is always a hit with our family. Love the concrete mixers, cheese curds, and butter burgers (in that order!). This trip happened to be to the self-professed "World's Largest Culver's" in Wisconsin (Culver's home state) and although it was indeed larger than any other I've been in, it was not so large as to stand out in any real obvious way--maybe twice the size of most? Still a great experience though and would recommend.

I was in there yesterday 7/17/25 and not sure if I'll return. Cashier, i believe the name tag said Crystal, was still trying to be as efficient as she could and staying friendly. While the young manager, i believe the name tag said Sav, came out and wasn't very professional with her in front of us patrons. Trust me, I'm NOT the only one who noticed and was saying something about it. I have been in the industry for 20+ years and thats definitely not how you should approach an employee. You take them in the back and do it privately. Maybe management needs more training.

Incredible!!! So happy I got to experience the world’s largest Culver’s. The veggie patty was yummy and fresh. Fries were crispy and so nostalgic with their crinkle cut. Culver's is a Wisconsin based quasi fast food restaurant. The food is not made till you order it. I have had everything from Reuben baskets to pot roast dinners there and have never had a bad meal. It is casual dining at its best. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The deserts can be ordered with the meal or afterwards.
