The cashier did not greet me and just kept looking out the window- I said hello and she did not respond. She has no interest in basic common courtesy or in basic customer service. Most employees there do have common courtesy but management clearly does on effective training on this so it's hit or muss- sometimes employees are nice and sometimes they treat you without even basic common courtesy.

Just a heads up if you're grandpa taking a grandkid to this particular Culver's. My grandson received cold broken up onion rings. He of course had some before he complained and then I in turn tried them. I brought them up to the general manager for an exchange for fresh ones. He told me that my grandkid ate too many of the onion rings and was not entitled to any fresh ones !!! He did this in front of his two other staff members that were standing behind him giggling about the situation and also in front of other customers. He then proceeded to pick up two onion rings that dropped on the floor and asked me what he wanted me to do with the onion rings that he picked up. When I told him I didn't appreciate his two staff members standing behind him giggling about his performance, he told me I could leave. It was a very very odd experience. I guess the 5 cents worth of onions were more important to Culver's than a loyal customer. I wonder if this is an across the board policy of Culver's now or just this particular franchise.

Went through the drive thru during Friday night rush hours, seriously impressed how efficiently this location handled the insane volume of orders. It was like watching a well oiled machine.

It’s Culver’s — you know what you’re getting. Burgers are always solid, cheese curds hot, custard done right. This Elm Grove location runs tight. Orders are accurate, food comes out quick, and the place is clean every time. Staff is friendly without being over the top. You don’t sit around waiting like some other fast food spots. Good option when you want something reliable that isn’t slapped together. No complaints.

You know I’ve never had a fish or other sides besides burger and fries so I tried that here in Wisconsin even though my top grounds are in Florida. Well, after visiting this place, I might have to move to Wisconsin because this is beyond the fast food joint. I felt like I was in Cracker Barrel because I was eating basically a home-cooked meal with all the fixings for 14 bucks at a Culver’s . This location staff also honestly a quality above a majority of the Culver’s I’ve visited and those Culver’s are awesome so I’m definitely coming back on next trip.

I am a regular customer at Culvers of Elm Grove Wisconsin. I really love the food at any Culvers. I really like the excellent employees who are courteous, friendly, and efficient. I cannot give the same compliment to the manager of this Culvers. We were looking forward to a great fish fry which I picked up around 5 P.M. on a cold and wintery Friday night. When I arrived back home, I was disappointed to find that my order was wrong. I had paid for a 3 piece fish dinner and only received a 2 piece. I paid for an order of onion rings which were not provided. Since a return trip to the restaurant would have been out of the question due to bad weather and distance, we settled for the 2 piece dinner. When I returned to the store 2 days later to let the manager know that I had not received the correct order, he dismissed my concern in a very unfriendly and unconcerned tone pretty much saying "don't bother me, were not going to worry about an order from two days ago". I have never had such bad service from an Culvers I have visited. I would urge customers to check your order before leaving. You could be disappointed.

This is the only Culver's I have ever been to that will make us not return. We arrived around 8pm and quickly ordered in the drive thru with 3 cars in front of us. 30 mins later our food gets delivered and there are 12 cars waiting. Spent my entire lunch break in line waiting for my food while cars that parked 15 minutes after me received their food before me. Somehow this culvers manages to mess up mine and my boyfriend's order every time we visit. We went again tonight, and yet again our order was messed up and I was given the wrong concrete mixer. This is ridiculous. This location has a reputation of poor customer service and lack of reasonable resolution to order inaccuracies. Members of my family and I have all experienced issues at this location. We try to go out of our way to frequent other Culver's locations under different ownership. Years after I wrote the original review, this continues to be the worst Culver's I've ever been to. Other Culver's have far better customer service and management.

More generally, the food quality and value of Culver's is good. I like the burgers, cod filet sandwich, and chicken tenders. However, their salad selection is poor, and there is much better custard and cheesecurds available in southeastern Wisconsin.

For the third time in a week we had to go in the store to get our order. Each time we have asked to speak to a manager. We were told they couldn’t tell us his schedule or his name!
All they tell us is we can take a pint of free custard. I even told the drive through person that we had been forgotten two previous visits and don’t forget us. After 10 minutes my wife went in and was told they put it in the cooler again.
