My nephew and I went to Culver's for fish fry and then had plans to go to Lakeside Park and eat by the lake. First, I had to repeat my order 3times to the woman on the drive thru speaker. She seemed very disorganized. I told her specifically "Extra Ketchup IN THE BAG! 8 packets, please!" We were parked, got our food and left for the park. We didn't check order because parking lot was busy and I figured it would be accurate. NOPE! We got to the picnic table with our food and opened the bag to find ZERO napkins and ZERO ketchup packets. I know it may not seem like a big deal, but it actually is. My nephew has autism and loves ketchup, because it was not provided as requested, he became very upset. The fish was so greasy, it was placed on top of the fries and the fries were wet with grease. The meal was disgusting and of course very messy and did I mention we had ZERO napkins to use. What a damn mess! My nephew was in town visiting us and I really wanted a special time with him, before he went back to the group home. It was not a nice time. It was stressful and disappointing, to say the least. The meal cost $36 and was a total waste of money. I should have turned Right and went to Arby's. I did call and talked to some snotty female "manager" and she absolutely did not care. She kept repeating, "I'm not sure what you want me to do" I told her "Check the bag for accurate contents before giving to customer and SAY SORRY!" She scoffed at me and said, "Ohhhhhhh OK" That was it, I asked for her supervisor. Of course, he was too busy to come to the phone and in the end I am being sent a free scoop of ice cream coupon. What an absolute joke. People do not care about a damn thing anymore. I have read other reviews and expect the same damn canned text response. Don't worry, I will be contacting Culvers.com.

Well I dont know ware to start first we got are food 5 five minutes late and we eat in are car they handed us are food we took the bags then we got are drinks we ordered fore drink but we got five and the they could not all fit in the thing so they put the last one in the middle wen they handed us the drinks they gave us it and the one in the middle fell on the passenger seat and got everywhere we cleaned it for 2 hours after we got back and we it spilled the worker was so dumb he just stood there and was like umm im sorry in a sarcastic tone and we spent so much time cleaning it that wen we got are food out it's was cold

Food is fairly decent for the most part, but the last 5 times, I have specifically requested that the fries be extra crispy and they have never delivered. Maybe 3 or 4 fries actually crispy. This time I decided to ask “extra extra crispy” to see if that would change anything, and they served me fries just barely golden brown. Since when did “extra crispy” become just barely golden brown. Extremely disappointing

Great place . Very clean very well organized. No issues at all . But when you order ice cream - we have a problem !!! I order 3 orders of the flavor of the day . One that come with the kids meal and two from the menu.Most Culver’s in USA when we order that way we got one one scoop and two definitely bigger then the free one . I have missunderanding and wish to be more clear how much is going to be and how big of ice cream you got . I was going to leave one star review but only because the manager came to talk to me I will be nicer . But definitely taking the order at the counter is the BIGGERST problem at Culver’s !!!!!!!!

I love Culver's. I live how the employees are always helpful. Today I visited store in fond du lac with. #93. I ordered double butter burger. The order was wrong but the cashier made it right. My issue is the second made burger was cool but the grease on it made me feel like it was on purpose. I understand it's fast food but I ain't know the box was the grease trap for the burger. I'm not mad just disappointed. I'll comeback if don't pass out from high cholesterol

The food is really great most of the time. Sometimes, it's soggy and disgusting. The building itself is clean. But the problem that they need to fix is their ability to get orders right because I've been here hundreds and hundreds of times, and over half the time we got ice creams, we didn't order. They were out of something. They didn't give is a silverware. Sometimes, it didn't give us our chocolate milks. And sometimes they don't put the right toppings on our ice cream. Sometimes, they give us our burgers without the toppings we said we wanted. Overall, good. But you guys ought to get it together.

I go to this culvers religiously (almost everyday) I always use the online app to order, I usually park where the drive through stalls are (the online order stalls are across the parking lot, a decent walk) with it being winter, I figured it would be easier for the employees to not have to walk as far (NEVER HAD A PROBLEM) until today ... The lady that brought out my food had an attitude and told me that , THAT parking is for customers only (as if I didnt just spend almost 60$ on food that she was bringing to me and spend almost 40$ nearly everyday there on food) .. then told me that they wouldn't know what car to look for even though the app asks what your make/model/color of vehicle is, and she seemed to find me just fine. Just rubbed me the wrong way... I wont be going here anytime soon, thought I was being nice/thoughtful

They don't explain to out of town-ers really anything. We went through the drive thru and ordered food, a sticker was put on our window and then the person closed the door. Had to figure out what to do myself. Went back a few more times as their food was really good. Ordered what we thought were sundaes. Turns out they don't have them and have to build your own. wasn't explained that. Management fixed the problem after we explained we were asking for a sundae with multiple toppings.

I specifically asked for extra horseradish at the window once, then reminded the spokesman again at the end of my order. After I got my food, parking lot was hectic, so I didn’t check my order and trusted that it was in there.. considering it said all over the bag, and the gentleman that dropped the food off read me my order stating that it was indeed in there.. I get home.. NO HORSERADISH. What a joke. That’s the only reason why I got the pot roast. Well, 18 bucks wasted. Honestly would have been better off just going to a different location.

Very disappointed with my last visit had a gift card with some credit left on it (11.01 according to the website) but the manager on duty couldn't run the card and said it was to bad and it wasn't able to be used. I guess I will never buy gift cards for my friends and family at any Culver's again. That's to bad because we did frequent this location and several others. We purchased 320 dollars worth of gift cards this date 10/19/24 at noon for the Junior Fondy football team and handed them out today after the game for all the players to enjoys some Culver’s. We got a call from the players that the Culver’s cards were not activated. Of course we called the store that we purchased them from and their answer was sorry we will activate them Monday. Not wanting to help or solve the problem. No one communicated to us they could not be activated until Monday leaving all these players not being able to use them until then. We spoke to the owner on the phone and he was not willing to do anything about it and stated over and over again there was nothing he could do. Very disappointing and I suggest not to purchase any gift cards from the store as they do not know what they are doing. We will not be returning to this Culver’s.

The food is great for the price. This would be considered a higher end fast food restaurant as their choices of foods taste so much better than most. Cheese curds are a must. The pot roast beef sandwich is very tasty as well. When you add their custard, they become one fantastic restaurant. The peach cobbler flavor of the day was the best we have ever tasted.

Our chocolate & strawberry malts were not good. We didn't start drinking them until we were back on the highway towards home or we would have asked for a refund.
