As far as fast food goes its a SOLID 4stars. Idk how to get 5 out of me other than having different burgers than any other fresh made, not frozen restaurant other than butter on the bun. I come to this Culver’s location weekly for lunch, and I’m consistently impressed with the customer service—it’s always spot on. The staff is friendly, efficient, and makes sure everything runs smoothly. I only have 30 minutes for lunch, and I always receive my food quickly with enough time to sit down and enjoy it. Just wondering who's making the Garden Fresco salads lately? I usually come in the early evening and the last three have been incomplete! One had a very small number of croutons, one was missing the cucumber slices, and last night the shredded cheese was missing. One thing not missing is the increased price. the owner of this restaurant would rather fire an employee that stuck up for an animal left in a hot car in 90 degree weather, and listen to the person that my husband talked to that did this, saying if he( my husband) saw it again he would call the authorities. The sad part is this lady that left her dog in the car works at Ozaukee Humane Society. The owner said it was a safety issue. He is friends with her, there was no safety issue. How low can you be to stick up for someone that don't care about animals but not their employees that do the right thing.

We stopped for 1 scoop of the daily special. We waited in line 10 minutes to order then another few minutes to pay. They took our cash (we paid with the exact amount ) and he stuck a sticker on our driver's mirror and told us to pull forward and wait. We waited 10 minutes and watched other people get their order and drive away. Finally I rolled my window down and asked the worker coming from another car, where is our order. He asked what we ordered and I told him. A few minutes past and someone came out with our custard and 2 coupons for a free scoop. Only redeemable there!! We were just traveling through so they are not of any use to us!!

The food was cooked just fine however they people cooking it did not follow the exact instructions. I specifically asked for no lemon with my fish. Unsure if we had an interaction with the actual owner but it sure did feel like it. We ordered curbside one late night (the one close to us closed earlier) and was pleasantly faced with top-tier service. The gentleman was friendly and made sure we got our order correct. The past 4 times I’ve been to this location, my order has been messed up. I tried getting a cheesecake 4 times and EVERY single time it’s either cookie dough or something completely different. The cashiers generally are pretty friendly. I live across the street from the location and every night kids meet in the parking lot and do burnouts in the parking lot, even when it’s busy. Orders get messed up all the time here, at least mine do.

Every time I go to this location they screw something up! This time I had both my baskets ungraded to pretzel bites & they forgot the cheese cups for both orders of pretzel bites. I call the store & ask hey do I have to pay for the cheese now or what? The guy on the phone said no they just screwed up & I could come back & get them….I went through the drive thru for a reason! Plagued by the same confounding logistical issues as every other Culver's in the area. Place an order in the drive through, get a number, then the food is given away to someone else without checking or taking the number. Why even use the numbered ordering system in the first place especially for something as simple as ice cream?

My order has been forgotten or lost at Culver's many times and there is never an apology or offer of a refund. This will be the last time I go to this overpriced "fast" food restaurant.

This location has really gone downhill. Food is always good, but wow the service is just bad. Dining in takes so much longer that it used to (or should) even to get even small orders. Had a terrible experience in the drive through seeing one of the two ordering lines get taken 3 times before they took our order. My girlfriend and I go to the Grafton Culver’s a lot. We go inside just to order from Marvin. His customer service is unmatched, and always has a smile on his face. We love getting to come here and interact with him. He’s a prime example of taking a simple job and making it a memorable experience for Culver’s customers. I waited over a half an hour after putting my order in with the app and watch five other cars also get curbside and my order never came out. the staff was extremely rude and hung up on me, and they somehow cannot process a refund without bringing the card in, which is extremely inconvenient for someone who is only passing through and doesn't plan to come back to this area. We love our Culver's food. This particular Culver's is the dirtiest one we have ever seen. The tables were dirty, the ketchup area was completely gross. I don't think this location owns a vacuum cleaner. Our burgers were good and warm, but our onion rings and fries were cold. Updated....it's still one of the dirtiest.

Ordered through drive through, got my order, and once I got home I realized we didn't get our cheese curds order. Drove back with the receipt and was told "How do we know you didn't eat them?" We come here regularly so I won’t bash the restaurant entirely BUT we came 35 mins before closing time and told that they were out of custard and didn’t have anything but chocolate I see in the winter where shutting down the machine early would be ok but now that it’s warmer this was unacceptable to not have custard at a custard shop when it 80 degrees at night. Almost every time I go to this Culver’s, there is either a line, a wait after I order my food or both. But every single time it’s worth it. Their food is always hot, tastes delicious and they have never gotten my order wrong. The price is a bit higher than your usual McDonald’s or Burger King but it’s definitely worth the price! I've not been inside this establishment since i was a teen but i remember it being nice and well updated. I get takeout from here almost weekly and i can honestly say that i don't think they have ever once messed up an order. Having put in nearly a hundred of them at this point I'd say that's pretty freaking impressive. The servers are young but they seem invested in their work. Sometimes the dinner rush can make for a considerable wait. I highly suggest if you're text savvy ordering ahead online for take out. It cuts the wait time considerably. 6 out of 5 will continue coming back for more.

Ordered a concrete mixer in drive through, when I received it, it was not how it’s usually made. It wasn’t even cold and was basically melted ice cream in a cup. It also wasn’t filled all the way which was disappointing.

Decided that a great Swiss Mushroom Butterburger with onion rings would hit the spot during this trip.

While waiting for my to go order I watched several of the young employees just joking around not taking their responsibilities seriously. One employee tried to throw away a milk carton but instead it hit the edge of the can and went about 15 feet into the workspace. That employee left it and later another employee picked it up to dispose of. In my opinion nobody in a management position was present because I doubt they would allow such actions.

I was given my order and went back to the hotel just to find out half the order is missing.

So drove back to the restaurant. When I told the cashier he had no questions just got what I was missing, no apology, just a take your food and leave attitude.

The order was placed inside not in the drive through but I thought of what Joe Pesci, in Lethal Weapon, had to say about a drive thru.

The food deserves a 5 but the poor customer service takes down the overall score.

I’d go back but will now be one of those people that looks through the bag before leave the area.

My grandson and I went to Culver's for his birthday lunch. It was around 11:30 a.m. so they were not busy, and we ordered immediately and got our food in about 5 minutes! Culver's is a favorite fast food place because several of my grandsons like grilled cheese which they have!
