* editing to lower the rating even more. Over 3$ for the absolute smallest scoop of ice cream in a cup I've ever seen. Almost 7$ for my daughter and I for like 8 adult bites between both cups. Major rip off lol.
Literally every time I order just a deluxe cheeseburger they either ask if they can make it a double or they just do it without asking. If I wanted a double, I would say a double. I'm not sure if it's what they're trained to do to bring in more revenue or what but it's highly annoying.

So obviously we’re talking fast food here and this particular location was pretty decent. Clean enough to start with. Service always takes a few extra moments if you’ve not been to Culver’s before but their burgers rock. Mushroom Swiss is a family favorite for 3 generations of eaters.😄
Also the frozen custard makes the whole experience. We don’t have one in NV so if I get to a state with one and it’s going to be a burger stop these are my go tos. Again, this location was pretty solid and I’ll visit again.

We flew in from Idaho to celebrate our 25th anniversary and Culver's was our first stop! The cheese curds and onion rings didn't disappoint, nor did the burger and chicken! Atmosphere was friendly and welcoming, restaurant was clean and quiet enough to talk comfortably.

It was very busy but the service seemed to be keeping up. Burger was missing half the toppings I asked for - it tasted fine (I was able to add more ketchup myself) but it was far too busy for me to bother asking for the additional ingredients.

Also - you can't see the "online pickup" parking spots unless you drive around the building which it's not obvious to do. Sat in regular parking lot wondering where my order was for a few minutes before I went inside and was told that online curbside is on the other side.

When you have exceptional service, you gotta share. Unfortunately tonight's experience was exceptionally bad. Waiting over 35 minutes for your food after you order is slow even by "sit down" restaurant standards, but it's abysmal by Culver's standards. If it was JUST slow service, okay... but I was missing multiple parts of my order that I had to go back up to the counter to ask for. It was hard to get anyone to even acknowledge me, let alone help correct the issues. The reality is, no one working there seemed to care. I know good help is hard to find but for how much money fast food costs these days, they gotta pay someone in the place to give a damn about service.

While Culver's is one of the last fast food places left that I will actually eat, that is quickly changing, especially for this location. Trust me, you're better off cooking it yourself.

Service was speedy for a restaurant with cars wrapped around the building and a line inside at the register. Came during the busiest time of the day/week (Friday at 5pm). Drivethru line was almost out to the street so I went inside and waited around 5 minutes before getting to have my order taken (a lot of people inside too) and then got my food within 10 minutes.
