This location is the text book definition of incompetence. The staff and management need to be replaced. As other feedback has mentioned, this location is unbelievably slow. Lines literally out the door. It’s all high school kids working. It took 30 minutes just to order. After standing around for an additional 20 minutes I inquired about my meal and it turns out my order (ID: AAAB3M36ACJF) was never delivered to the cooks. I asked for my money back, but had to wait an additional 5 minutes because the manager couldn’t process the refund. She had to have the manager in training process the refund. This manager in training looked to be 15 at most. No I will not be going to contactculvers.com for providing additional feedback. I would much rather ensure that it’s public facing here, so that people can read it and avoid this location.

On June 1, at the West Mason St Culver's, I purchased 2 strawberry
sundaes. They were not worth the money I paid for them. They each had one small scoop of custard, a small amount of diced

This particular location on West Mason Street in Green Bay Wisconsin is pretty much the same as most Culver's locations. However, after repeated visits I find the service to be very slow even though there appears to be plenty of employees working. They tend to have only one register open no matter what time of the day I go in there creating a line clear back to the entrance doors. The restaurant is clean and well maintained and the food is up to standard. If they were to fix the issue at the front counter the store would be straight five stars

Got food poisoning from a chicken sandwich. (Did not do any special requests or anything of that sort) I tried calling the store this morning to let them know and nobody seems to ever be able to able answer ,along with the vm box being full I can’t leave a message (I have tried about 4 times now) . I love Culvers so I wanted to try one in its home state! It was pretty disappointing. This place is first off way too small to deal with the traffic flow. The food is clearly not even halfassed but quarterassed, probably because they're pressured to keep the line moving because no one thought to put room for more than 6 cars in the entire line.

My husband took me to Culver's yesterday as I have been recovering from a horrible illness, and the universe blessed me with the most succulent and fulfilling Butter Burger I have ever been graced with eating. The food is really good, but on the other hand, the customer service here is terrible. They had messed up my order and when I went to the Front where you take orders, I showed them that my order was not correct and explain the situation at hand. One older lady was basically yelling in my face. Another lady got involved in the conversation trying to tell me that I did something that I did not do. I just really did not appreciate the customer service but the manager Emily did resolve the issue. but the ladies in the front definitely need to work on their customer service.

Hands down WORST culvers experience I have ever had. Placed our order and they were obviously overstaffed at the moment, there seemed to be to many cooks in the kitchen with all the people standing around talking. The result, our order was messed up and missing items. When I tried to tell them, the guy behind the counter took a tone with me like I was lieing and then needed to be escorted to my table to show him the order were he continued to blame me saying I should have checked the order and he doesn't need to go good on it. The food we did get was horrible so obviously this location doesn't maintain the brand image and you shouldn't expect the experience you get at other locations. Fair warning ⚠️! Stay Away!

For the past few times I've been here (drive thru) the food is always cold when I get home and I only live 5 mins away.
I never have this issue when I go the main one I usually go to in ashwaubenon which is about a 15 min drive. Buns are almost stale, patties are cold and fries are cold. The soda here are a hit or miss too for ex. coke or rt beer it taste like water. I'm disappointed in this location.

This location never fails to disappoint. Ordered food at 2:30 pm for a 3:15 pm curbside pick up. Arrived at 3:05 to pick up my order. They couldn't find it. After getting a second person, they determined it wasn't there because it wasn't 3:15. I went out to my car to wait. No order at 3:20 so I go in to the restaurant to get it. They couldn't find the order. They eventually found it but the breading on the fish on one side was raw 😳 and the fish and onion rings were cold.

Food is always delicious. There was one male staff member,(acted like a manager) directing staff in chaotic directions and rude to another customer. Someone spilled water on the floor and asked for a mop, he said, "I will take care of it." The water stayed there for 25 minutes, without a sign, before he delegated to another gal to mop it up. Another customer came back in to say they were missing a sandwich with the order. That customer had his receipt, but this guy told the customer to bring the bag of food in so he could look. Customer brought the food back in, this guy pulled out all the food items. Some food items had bites taken out of them. Now these partially eaten items are on the counter. This guy argues with customer that the missing sandwich is not on the receipt. Customer points out the sandwich on the receipt. This guy tells customer the sandwich must be in the car or they ate it already. This guy refuses to make a new sandwich. Customer leaves, very upset. While we were very entertained in the 40 min we waited for ice cream, the wait time for us was excessive. If the guy is a manager, he needs to take a customer service class.

Understandably busy after Packer game (albeit hour & a half after). But surprising to see only one cashier. Every other time we’ve been, there’s about 6-7 employees in the front alone. Most shocking was, after placing order, as we sat to wait, we saw 4-6 employees sitting in booth, eating/socializing/taking break(?)
After 40 minute wait, I got back in line to just get my $ back. Then food was finally given to us. Everything cold & we ordered salted caramel mixer & got pumpkin something.

Worst Culvers experience ever, came in right at 10, I see four people in front standing around, a few people in back looks like they’re working. I get my order in and realize that there is no iced tea made, I see it in progress behind the lady that is helping me. I ask her are you out of iced tea or is just not ready yet? Her answer to me was vague. I told her I would not mind waiting. That’s the reason for getting the drink. She says it will not be ready. I got a refund. I make a comment that I used to work at a Culvers and that’s pretty easy to make ice tea and around the corner Todd, the owner pops out and says, it’s pretty easy to make when we are fully staff, I look around and see three people just standing there. I am puzzled. Needless to say, I will be not be returning to this Culvers, the owner Todd was incredibly rude to me. He actually invited me to apply sarcastically, of course.

I ordered a double scoop of chocolate custard here. Not only was it the smallest double scoop I've ever gotten from any Culver's location but I was very disappointed to see that there was no custard inside the cone, just two very small scoops sitting on top the cone.
