We have a large family and go to Culver's quite often. I think between all of us we have ordered probably everything off of the menu. We love everything! Never a complaint from the fam about what they have ordered. Especially when we go out for ice cream night once a month. They go crazy for their Sundays, splits, and all the other options they offer. Won't go anywhere else.

Bacon deluxe was cold, like it just came out of the fridge. They gave us another one and this one had onions on it. Not what we originally ordered so had to go back up again and tell them. Another person behind us complained their burger was also cold. The cheese wasn't even melted. And cashier never asked us if we wanted drinks with our meals either. Do better.

I came in today and my food was delayed for about 30min. I went to talk to a co worker and they said it would take a while. I was pretty mad and upset because the workers weren’t so nice and would be super loud. Mangers weren’t doing their jobs!!! I was trying to be as patient as I could while waiting. The only reason why I rate this restaurant a 3 is because there was this kind worker, I think her name was Selena. She was very kind and helpful. She also complimented me. She talked with me while I waited and made my experience there so much better. This place doesn’t deserve this sweet little girl.

Good and clean Culvers. We visit for ice cream as a family because it's close to our home. I once asked if they make pup cups for dogs and the girl was really snotty and exclaimed " not for free!" Like girl, chill I'm not looking for a handout I will pay for your cup or whipped cream. Jesus. We do love this location and will keep coming back it's just very hit or miss on customer service. I will tell you that I will never order "curdside" as they call it because I gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried to order 3 times over the past year and each time they forgot or didn't have a message that I arrived and ended up with cold food and melted ice cream.

Manager apologized for the delay because of a “rush” but our order wasn’t prioritized. I understand it gets busy but that doesn’t justify disorganization. Food was ice cold by the time I got it. $15 down the drain along with my time.

More workers than customers were at the location at the time we went and we still waited a half hour for ice cream we never received. When I asked for a refund because we had somewhere to be the manager Jessica got an attitude as soon as the cashier asked her to do that.
A week after my experience and submitting my complaint higher up, another employee started stalking me on social media.
I’ll continue to make my food and ice cream at home. This wasn’t worth it!

On Mother's Day we went to get a treat.My daughter, who is a mom & dealing with health issues, wanted to treat her son before he needed to go to work. Her order did not come, she asked for a refund, ran out of time to wait. The kid got Jessica to help. She was rude & rolled her eyes, my daughter said she had to go, just wanted a refund. Jessica then says "there are worse things, you could be stuck at work for 10 hrs". Daughter said she does that at her job, got her money & left. My other daughter was throwing her garbage away & heard a group of workers laughing about what happened & told them how unprofessional they were, they didn't realize we heard.I decide to have a chat with Jessica before I leave. I asked about her attitude & comment about being stuck at work for 10 hrs. She said she was putting it into perspective for her b'cuz my daughter was rude. I've worked in cust serv most of my life & this is not how things work, she says "so you get it". No, a cust pays for an order & your team messes it up, you apologize & make it right. They are choosing to work in this job & need to learn to treat cust's the way they would want to be treated themselves. This is the 2nd service issue I've had at this location, will not be back. I sure hope this is not the new standard for Culver's. The only reason for 1 star is I can't leave 0 stars & for those of us that did get our orders they were good. And I don't know why it matters how much we spent per person in the questionnaire for this post, I thought Culver's advertising says they treat everyone like family.

Wow! As someone who has worked in restaurants in the past and still works in customer service, today’s Culver’s experience was an example of how NOT to conduct yourself in customer service.

The manager Jessica that was there this afternoon, 5/11, was extremely rude and unprofessional. My sister didn’t get her order but other people after her got their order. She went back up to the counter to get a refund and the manager said “Well you could be at work for 10 hours” with a snarky tone instead of apologizing. I will not be back to this location again and it’ll be awhile before I return to any Culver’s. I am very disappointed as I have always enjoyed Culver’s in the past.

Before leaving my sister went to ask for the managers name (Jessica) and also asked for the store managers name but the counter staff said they couldn’t provide the store managers name. I was throwing something away (my sister had left the building at this point) when I overheard and turned to see the counter staff talking and laughing about her asking for the managers name. I told them that was very unprofessional of them to be doing and they turned to look at me in shock. Laughing because you have an unhappy customer? But let’s be serious, if they see how Jessica conducts herself with customers then of course they are going to act like that.

I will be telling everyone I know about how this Culver’s treats their customers.

This one pains me to write as I am a HUGE fan of Culver's food (hence the 3 star review). I have been going here since they opened and often have a poor experience. I've tried to get the employees to make it right but sadly, it is like pulling teeth. I frequently walk away feeling like I did something wrong. Anyway, I was starting to think it was just me when I discovered that some of my neighbors refuse to go there and will drive to the other side of town to have better service. I see that management/owners do respond to these reviews but I hope they do some more training with their employees to get these issues corrected. My advice? Work on getting the orders correct. Speed would be nice but since this location is neither speedy nor accurate, they should probably focus on the accuracy.

I have no idea how this location is still open. We are disappointed by nearly every visit, and tonight was the worst experience by far. We ordered at the drive thru around 8:30 pm, and waited behind the car at the window roughly 20 minutes. At one point, there were six employees up by the window, and still nothing was happening. The car in front of us finally moved, and we were told that they were having an issue with their card reader. We sat for another 10 minutes, watching kids behind the window laughing and goofing around. Someone finally asked for our card, ran it, and then closed the window. A minute later, we were asked by someone else if we had cash. We told them we already paid, and they said it didn’t go through. We finally asked if we would be getting our food, if we should leave and if they were going to stop taking orders, because there was a long line behind us. They just said it would take a while for this to get sorted out. Mind you - bags of food were lined up, sitting behind the registers, getting cold. We left, with no food, and we will not be returning. No shortage of employees here… just a huge lack of competence and customer service.

Absolutely horrendous experience! I was handed a cone of the "flavor of the day," which was turtle, and it was a disaster! I watched them scoop vanilla custard onto a cone, dump some pecans on top, and pour caramel on top of that, as it's dripping everywhere. Then they handed it to me, through the drive-through window. It was the biggest mess I've seen of ice cream. I declined it and had the window slammed shut in my face after being told, "THIS IS THE BEST WE CAN DO!" I'm sure Culver's corporate office would be so happy to know this is how their franchise is being run!

Last night, I went again at 7:30 pm. I order flavor of the day Devil's Food Cake in a dish. After a long wait, I get chocolate soup. No Devil's Food Cake. Counter guy says to me "what do you want?" Don’t waste your time here. I use to go here no matter what because the next nearest culvers was across town. They never get my order right and when you ask them to confirm it they give you attitude. My most recent experience I sat for 25 minutes in the drive through waiting for my kids meal. I called they said it would be out shortly and it took another 10 minutes. Nobody here seems to know what they are doing or really care. The food here is either cold or not correct. I ordered a curderburger with only lettuce and ketchup, and repeated it twice to make sure it only had that and the girl at the window gave me a snarky response of “yep heard that the first time.” When they gave me the food I checked before I left and it had everything on it. Clearly you didn’t.

Culvers food is always delicious. I've been to this location 2 times now. Both have been ridiculous wait times. After we eat our meals we ordered custard. Both times we ordered the same thing. Kids scoop vanilla, kids scoop chocolate and a double of the flavor of the day. The first time it took 45 mins to get our custard. This last time we left at the 45 mins mark after we were ignored when trying to figure out why 4 simple scoops of custard took so long.

I bought a pint of Carmel Pecan. It is nothing but a pint of plain frozen custard. If you're looking for ice cream or custard go elsewhere.

This location has consistently let us down for the past year. Wait time is horrendous, even when we order just ice cream. I don't understand how it takes over 20 minutes to get ice cream when other people behind us us get theirs right away. Food is consistently made wrong. We are constantly going back or calling to get our order fixed. I'm really disappointed because this was my favorite place growing up.

Waited so long here, had to read the reviews to verify it really was this bad. I see a response to all the comments saying “sorry” but what has actually been done. Waited 25 minutes in a drive through for 1 car in front of us before even ordering, decided to go inside with no wait, another 35 minutes, only for cheese curds and 2 ice creams. And a gossiping girl at the front counter. Also very dirty. Please actually send training to this location. Also cheese curds tasting like they came out the microwave…
