I just got a butter burger w the works, plus bacon. There is BARELY any ketchup/mustard, no onions? Pretty sure theyre included when you ask for everything on your burger, or am I wrong? Either way, the burger was dry, bacon almost cold! My onion rings and fries were cold and my soda was watered down, mind you i ordered curbside after shopping at Meijer right across the street, & went straight to pick up my order. I’m actually super upset about this because I used to live closer to the West Allis location on 108th & they have NEVER disappointed me the way the Greenfield location has. Do better.

Well, the carmel cashew sundae, is awesome love the cheese curds, pretzel bites, burgers, the list goes on and on. Always great food & always freshly made.

I also want to point out the fantastic staff that works there. My battery died right after I placed my order, no one could go around me, not an option at all. Car behind me gets out to help me push my car out of the drive-thru lane, then several Culver's employees came outside right away, and helped push it into parking lot. I just want to say Thank you very much Culver's for the delicious food you have, going well above and truly beyond your job to help me out and Thank you to the guy in back of me that helped!

We do still have great folks out there always willing to give a helping hand.

Butter burger and fries, great. The concrete mixer, very bad. I had ordered a regular concrete mixer with chocolate custard, Oreos and hot fudge as the toppings. I had went to the Meijer across the intersection to eat the food in the parking lot with a friend and while I was eating the concrete mixer I tasted peanuts, which I’m allergic to. Sprinted inside meijer and got Benadryl, friend ate the rest of the concrete mixer and confirmed there was definitely nuts in there.

Food is always good as is with most Culver's locations, however I have had many issues with my orders being correct as about half the time I order, I dont get what I ordered. Most of the time they fix the issues so I can't complain too much, however it can be annoying to wait for more food to be made especially if it is durring a rush.

I was confused with the cashier asking me what I wanted on my single burger basket and I let her know I’ve never been asked that because it already comes with all the toppings. She gets sassy with me I’m confused what the issue is and ask her to remove the ketchup and mustard please. Next I get my food and my burger is wrapped and not in a basket like usual which I find odd. Once opened the burger was squished and falling apart looked like someone stomped on it!! she was confused by my question and I with hers not sure why theyd feel the need to be pettty and serve me a sloppy gross burger.

Waited 15 minutes in the lobby for cheese curds and a shake. I guess most people eat cheese curds dry since they don’t ask you for sauce. Had to pay 37 cents for sauce with my credit card. I usually am a huge Culver’s fan! Unfortunately, this location has workers who do not seem to enjoy their job in any capacity. The worker in the drive through on May 28th around 5 p.m. came over the speaker acting like customers are an inconvenience. When I'm paying $0.55 a piece for extra toppings in my concrete mixer, I expect to get them. Not a hint of peanut putter, I can only tell that there's ANY caramel by smell alone, and there's barely any oreos. Ordered double oreos, double caramel, barely got the basic amount of either. On top of that, sandwich was completely cold when I got to the store and both mixers were COMPLETELY melted, as though they were made first then left out the entire time like there isn't a freezer for exactly this. The cherry on top of this experience? The girl who came out sounded and acted like she was mad that she had to do her job. Why is there no consistency to this Culver's? One day you will come and get a perfect burger and the next day you come it will be a sloppy mess and this Sundae as pictured is just absolutely ridiculous I paid $9 for this. I got about six cashews on it and maybe two spoonfuls of hot fudge if that. Even the scoops of ice cream were smaller than usual. I may have to just switch to Dairy Queen where at least you get your money's worth because paying the top dollar for the price of Culver's food and ice cream is just not paying off for the buck to the bang.

Haven't been to Culver's in a long time and today's visit reminded me why it's been a long while. I ordered online to pick up food. This was my first time ordering online. I received a message instructing me to click link indicating "I'm here", and park in cribside spot. Someone will then come to vehicle. There is also signage- front entrance saying cribside. Well, that never happened.
Information provided and the signage was misleading. It was busy and staff was everywhere, so I assumed that was the dely. After 25 minutes, I called the resturant and was told come in. I had already been sitting in vehicle as instructed. The delay was disappointing. I did speak w/mgr. and she was understanding. My food was not "hot" but was warm (was sitting), the orange Fanta ice cream drink had melted and was a sloppy mess. Not even tasty. And to further sit and wait to remake items when I already sat 30 minutes, would've been more frustrating. So, I accepted the food and exited. This experience-disappointing.

I was in town for a KC Comets game and I stopped at this Culver's for dinner on the way back. The food was fine, the curds were oversalted which is typical, the burger was fine but the reason I'm writing this review is the service was stellar. Both of the ladies I talked to were super friendly and although they were slammed they really left me with a smile. This was 12/7/24 in the later hours. I hope they get the acknowledgment they deserve.

I was looking forward to eating a patty melt with a vanilla malt. I was disappointed that the patty melt was not the taste I was expecting. The meat did not have much flavor, and the onions were fried but actually seemed slimly... not edible 😔. The malt was good, and thankfully, I got cheese curds, so I ended up just eating those.
