So, I order a double with NO onions, in a meal. There is onions on it, and the bag of fries is dumped all over inside of bag. I thought Id try it again, but still the same. Non caring employees, and typical fast food service. And, I hate cold soggy fries! Very sad! Dont recommend this place to no one!

My husband placed an order thru the drive thru. Along with the food he ordered 2 dished of Chocolate ice-cream. The order was brought out. He was handed the ice-cream then the food. When he got home he realized the ice-cream had some vanilla in the center and some dark specks. I called to let them know they gave us the wrong ice-cream. I was told it was the flavor of the day and it also has Carmel in it. There was no im sorry. I said they need to be more careful as someone could be allergic to something in there. She kind of chuckled and said we'll I'll tell my manager. No I'm sorry how can we fix it. So maybe her manager will like to know how much they mess up.

I guess if you enter one complaint you can't enter another. So I will just add new information new complaint. I call to complaint about a different order. I'm sorry I don't remember the details. I spoke the the manager are gardening the error with my order. After our discussion she was going to have someone key word her someone send me some coupons in the mail. That was over two weeks ago. Either someone at the post office enjoyed the because t h e they showed up in my email from the post office. But I bet they were never sent. Don't promise something if you have no plan to deliver. When I was talking to her I wanted to call her out as this is the 2nd time I was promised coupons

This culver’s has the worst service I have ever seen. My food took forever to come out even though i was literally the only person there. Young kids working the registers at night are disrespectful and have a hard time listening as shows when you get your food that is completely made wrong. Just skip this place all together and take the longer drive to Kopps. Way better service and food there. My burgers from my most recent experience looked like someone sat on them. Will not be back.

Went through drive to only get custard today. No HOT food and they parked me. They literally have what looks like 15-20 workers, half of them standing around talking to each other but you got to park someone that should’ve been one of the easiest customers. When I tell her at the window that she’s got to be kidding about parking me for custard, she proceeds to talk crap to another worker about me while the window is still open. This Culver’s is the worst. Rude kids working with zero customer service skills, zero smiles and everything takes twice as long to get done. My last food order I ordered online 20 minutes early, got there and still waited another 15 minutes for my food. Only thing decent about my trip there today was the kid that brought my order out 5-10 minutes later. At least he said have a good night. YIKES, do better!! This was the order that took 10 plus minutes to make.

AWFUL service. We sat in the drive through for 25 minutes. They forgot our fries. My milkshake probably was done 20 minutes before we got our food, so it was soupy, AND the wrong flavor.

I pulled up to the the drive thru shortly before 8:30 pm. The perimeter of the building was dark and when I found the menu board, it was dark as well! I could not read it. I mentioned this to the order taker but she didn't seem too concerned. Waited 15-20 minutes for a small order. No napkins in bag. Will not return to this location.

Pretty bad tonight. Placed a carry out at 6:45 for 7:30. Arrived at 7:30, order not ready until 7:50. Didn’t give me custard with order, I asked for it, and when they gave it to me custard was already melted. Also forgot to include any sauces in the order- including the honey mustard/ranch with the chicken tenders and the additional side of ranch I paid for.

Takes FOREVER to get your food made here. By the time they bring your food out, if you order ice cream, its melted and gross. Nobody wants soup for ice cream, and to wait 30 minutes "around the building" for food. This culvers is not good.

This was the most disorganized Culver’s I have ever been to and the man who is supposed to be in charge seems to have absolutely ZERO clue what’s going on. It took over 30 minutes to receive our order. While we stood there and waited for our food, several other costumers were coming up to the counter complaining about missing items and asking that they are refunded. The management is totally unfazed, no apologies to anybody, and almost annoyed that he has to do the work to make things right with these peoples orders?! When they finally got our order ready, the manager then tried to hand us three soupy ice creams…and I mean SOUP! They were so melted you were not even able to use a spoon!! Again, the manager is annoyed but he makes us new ice creams. I go to try my ice cream, and it TASTES LIKE CHEMICALS!!!! Not even edible and I had to throw it away. To sum things up, I will NEVER be eating at this Culver’s again. Lazy and inattentive management and not even my ice cream was worth the trip!

Chicken cashew salad used to good, now mostly cashews on greens, very little chicken or other toppings- a 1 out if 10 now considering the price, never again. Very often one employee takes orders while three stand behind the counter having personal conversations, this is the norm. Burgers are still good and so are the chili and fries. Wifi no longer works with the nee ligin system. Employees are professional and courteous when they feel like it, anout half the time.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Super disappointed in the service at this location but that seems to be the problem based on all the reviews. I will not be returning.

When ordering, the young lady on the other end could not have been any less interested. When receiving our order, the young man just stuck his arm in my car window without any warning. Then when getting home and checking our order, both fries were missing so we spend $24 on 2 burgers and 2 drinks.

I called to see if we could be refunded for the missing items to which the manager told me that I had to drive back in. We received no apology and no alternative solution. Super disappointed as we have been customers for a long time.

Don’t know what’s going on with this location but it has a horrible history of making things incorrectly. It’s absolutely horrible for those who are celiac or gluten intolerant as they’ve given burgers with gluten free buns on regular buns, and just tonight they screwed up the concrete we got in the drive thru and replace Reese’s peanut butter cups and salted caramel with Oreos which is not gluten free, giving me an allergic reaction. We will likely not be returning to this location.

It’s so sad to see this Culver’s go down hill. At least 4 times in the last couple months when I’ve gone to get custard I receive it, and it’s half melted. The consistency is also weird, and not that of custard, but more like an ice cream consistency. It seems that almost every time I come to this location something is wrong. Either the ice cream is messed up, or my order is wrong. It’s happened enough times now that I feel the need to write a review.

Since no one wants to reach out to me regarding this, I will resort in writing a review. I spent $60 on food for my family and bought myself a turtle sundae. When I reached the caramel/chocolate/pecan part, I took a bite and noticed a strong chemical taste. My mouth went numb, and I later threw up my entire meal. I called the manager, who told me to bring in the sundae and complete an incident report. Despite feeling sick, I drove there—but staff just took the sundae without any report or documentation. The manager offered a free sundae, then a refund for just the sundae. I declined, feeling the issue wasn’t taken seriously and the evidence was discarded. She said the GM denied a full refund since I didn’t bring all the food. I ended up with only a refund on the sundae and a coupon. This was deeply concerning—thankfully it happened to me and not one of my kids. It wasn’t an allergic reaction; it tasted like chemicals and caused symptoms for hours. I’m a regular customer, but this response was unacceptable. The fact that I was not only lied to about needing me to make an incident report just to get me in there to discard the evidence but the lack of empathy is not ok. I’m not one to leave bad reviews but I’ve reached out a few times with no return call or anything.

Edited to add that I did already contact you guys via contactCulver’s.com the same day with no reply!!!! So my health and safety was not taken seriously and still hasn’t been addressed.

This is the third time within a year that we’ve had an issue; first time im irritated enough to write a review. Every single time we stop at this location, it takes a minimum of 25 minutes to get our food for drive thru- even when there aren’t any other cars in line. This is also the third time they’ve completely screwed up our order- getting our kids meals screwed up and not even putting the adult meals in the bag. How this location is still standing is beyond me. Awful customer service and zero accountability. We will be taking our business elsewhere from here on out.

May 20, 2025 update: It's obvious the manager didn't read our review about our salads. We've NEVER liked burnt crusts on our burgers and would NEVER order one from Culvers.

Our mobile order was not given the option of curbside pickup. I'd been told by another Culvers, that we could pick up our orders via the drive through. This location grudgingly told me to pull ahead. With minor confusion at the window, we were able to obtain our order. My Strawberry Fields salad had spoiled strawberry slices, and were missing the 4th grape tomato. There were zero napkins with our order. Not even one in the plastic-ware packet. In the future, we'll be driving past this location. Too bad, because this Hales Corners Culvers used to be great. No longer.

Updating this 5/19/25.... I initially gave this place 3 stars last time. That was generous a year ago. If you value the money you work hard for, don't waste it here. Tonight, I received a Concrete Mixer with a substantial amount missing, then was told, "That's just how it blends." What a lie! After 6 years of coming here, the place has gone from good to horrible. Even the shift manager defended the situation. Luckily, they did give me a full refund, but no remake? No "Hey, sorry"? Nope. Just refund and move along. This is how they insult your intelligence and lose customers. And don't think this is the only issue. Check your bag before you head home. (Intial Post) - The food is usually fresh and staff is awesome. But the custard mix-ins for FOD is poor. Expect a layer of goodies on top and maybe bottom but mostly custard in the middle. 80% of the time I just take the extra drive to Kopps in Greenfield.

They are beyond slow and screw up my order every time. The last three times I went here I waited 30 minutes for a drive thru order which is just ridiculous. My husband and I went to this Culver’s yesterday evening, we ordered 2 concrete mixers and fry and I got a grilled chicken sandwich. He wanted a turtle concrete mixer with no pecans….just no pecans. I’m not sure what happened but this is the 2nd time it was all wrong. She put vanilla, fudge and a ton of cherry’s….that is not what he asked for. The fries were cold and we never even got concrete mixes we had shakes and not even a thick shake it was like just drinking ice cream. My grilled chicken sandwich was all wrong and cold. We tried to give this location another chance and not write a bad review but unfortunately this is terrible. My husband was beyond pissed…can’t even get what we pay for!!

We went there this evening and placed our order at the counter at 6:03pm. We said we were eating outside. After about 10 minutes my husband went in to see where our food was, only to watch it sit on the counter for at least 5 minutes before a staff member grabbed it to bring it outside. When she finally got to our table she proceeded to tell us it had just hit the counter, not sat there getting cold for at least 5 minutes. My husband took the tray of food back inside to be remade after the staff member tried to be untruthful to his/our face. We finally got to eat at 6:31pm. It wouldn't have been as bad if she hadn't been argumentative about something my husband witnessed with his own eyes.

Spent $30 for 2burgers, fries and 2 Sundays. Car hop bought out food but no Sundays after asking he went back in to fetch them came out with both but no cup holder. After handing them to me I asked no holder his answer was just to hand them to me I had to set them in my cup holders. After setting them down I find my hands fill of raspberry juice. Lucky they gave me 2 napkins mighty nice of them!! Now m brand new one week old car has a sticky mess great will now cost me another 15 to $20 to get that cleaned up in middle of winter. Every time I go to this location it’s more of a joke each and every time. I’ve worked in fast food service for many years and truly don’t understand. I placed an online order and when I arrived was told my order was still being worked on, fair. Waited patiently 5 minutes pass, 10 minutes pass. I go back up to the counter and never get acknowledged wait another 5 minutes. Ask the cashier if my order is ready and now it’s been sitting on the rack for 10 minutes with 10 different employees standing around joking around and truly not working. Employee by the name of Madison was simply rude actually chose to talk about me to another employee while I was standing right there because SHE screwed up my order and I asked to talk to a manager. Love them, but.... Wife just got home with the order. It was wrong. Horribly wrong. 3 things missing. Went back, got it sorted (and some free custard) but when she got home, an item was STILL missing. Didn't bother a third time. Bottom line is, that need better staff and you need to check everything before you drive away.

EDIT 2023: Now getting half-full coleslaw containers with the fish fry. They were all like this Ugh.

This location is terrible. I should have learned my lesson after the first time, but unfortunately gave it another chance. There were at least 10 people working, if not more, mostly just talking amongst themselves and getting in each others way. It wasn't terribly busy in the lobby. We had to wait for food, which is normal, but it came out cold and looked like my burger had been sitting around for hours. I thought the whole point of waiting was so they could make the order fresh. Definitely avoiding this location from now on. Even "fast food" is too expensive nowadays to waste the money on poor quality.

I went to this Culvers 5/14/24 in the afternoon, went through the drive thru. i ordered a crispy chicken basket. got my order after parking and discovered my sandwich was not in the bag. my wife discovered this, i went back and approached the employee who brought my food to me, he couldn't do anything and called a manager Austin. Austin asked i get the bag, i did. he asked "where's the other food'. unfortunately i could not bring that in as my wife was eating it. he accused me of trying to get free food. told me he witnessed me walk up agitated with his employees and since i wasn't 'acting like an adult' he can't, won't help, he was going too but changed his mind. i clarified either can i have my food or refund, told me he couldn't. said his GM would be in Friday(discovered he liked about that, i spoke to mark the GM 5/15 and was told he'd be off 5/16). he told me if i didn't leave he'd have me trespassed etc. i started to leave, he followed me or 'escorted' me out. the Culvers shared a building with a JETs. he followed me right out of culvers into jets, told me if i didn't leave there he would have them trespass me. i had to ask him to stop following and standing close to me. i doubt he's allowed to follow me out, possible safety issues for anyone. i spoke to Mark the GM, who is not very helpful. now i see where austin may get this behavior. ***currently waiting for mark to 'look into it' before he will do anything. to note i am diabetic and got denied me food, accused of stealing by an aggressive Austin(manager) and wanted to trespass over 1 sandwich. such bad service, seems to be the the theme here.

Ran out of Vanilla custard, on a Friday night. I waited 40 minutes for two sundaes and a cone. I was not the only one. I was 83, #82 came inside too. They had forgotten both our orders. I love Culver's, don't get me wrong. I wish I had gone to my Culver's in Muskego. I rarely give bad Google reviews. This one in an exception. I will never ever go to the Hales Corners Culver's again.

Hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever had. I placed my order around 6pm after waiting in line to get up to the speaker. I had my wife and kids in the vehicle and we had a nearby appointment at 630. After about 20 minutes and having countless cars come and go we finally asked someone what was going on. We were told that they would track down our order and send someone out (they never did). Finally after 630 when we were already late for our appointment I got out of the car and went inside to just try to get my money back. Our order wasn’t even started, no explanation, no remedy, nothing. The manager Brandon was completely ineffective and it took another 10 minutes to even get a refund. During all of this wasted time our food could have been made several times over had the manager just taken the initiative to get it going. 45 minutes later I had an irritated wife, kids melting down, I was late for my appointment and none of us had eaten. Oh, and I’m not even sure I got a refund, because I wasn’t provided a receipt as they were having “system issues” and he typed in a new order from memory to refund me. Thanks for nothing, this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant, period.

every time I come here I remember this is why I don't come here often. culver's itself is great. this location sucks.

was in the drive thru for 20, 30 minutes. much of that was spent at the window. when I looked inside it was mostly high schoolers standing around socializing or staring blankly into space.

a few minutes in they said "my manager finna come talk to you" and I never asked for a manager but I never spoke to a manager.

then they came and asked "what did you order again?"

shortly after they asked "you ordered the butterburger no tomato right?"

...

when I finally got my burger it was cold from sitting on the counter for so long. at least the burger warmed up the curds.

Awful experience. Ordered three meals at 7:15 in the dining room. Order was finally filled at 8:06. When I picked up the order at the counter, no mention was made about the wait. I asked the girl if it was normal to wait 50 minutes for an order and she replied, "not really". Got the food home and absolutely nothing was fresh. This has happened numerous times at this location. Either the staff isn't equipped to hand the customers or they just don't care. Either way, I will not be back.

Hair in my burger, kitchen workers with no hair nets or hats on, remade my burger, came out cold, Fry's where cold the first time, they remade Fry's as well because they where cold, and they came out cold the second time as well. What was once the go-to Culver's in the area is now one I'll have to start going out of my way to avoid. Over the past few months this location has yet to get an order done correctly.

Burgers have come out thin and burnt, ice cream missing toppings and mix-ins, and sides already being room temperature.

Management is always apologetic, but I just can't excuse having to deal with these mistakes every time I show up.

Everytime I come to this location something is wrong. Ordered the pumpkin spice concrete mixer with Carmel one time and there was no pumpkin whatsoever just the carmel (i didnt eat it) and the other time I ordered it there was barely any pumpkin and Carmel and tasted like plain vanilla. I'm better off going to the one on Howell because they make the seasonal ice cream perfectly (it actually tastes like pumpkin). Don't waste your money or time.

Purchased a chocolate malt and a scoop of the day at 6:30pm, took until 6:50pm to receive my food. Plenty of workers chatting and having fun, not enough work getting done. Chocolate malt was so thick that I couldn’t get the straw in so I took it back asking for help, was told to order it “thinner” next time - no offer to make it again, no offer of refund. When I asked for a manager, none available. Just unacceptable worker behavior and customer service.

Great custard, but poor management. There was a lot of staff, but some were just wandering around the restaurant and doing absolutely nothing, which is not an exaggeration. There was a kid that must have been 16 but did not look it. Wandered back and forth behind cash registers 5+ times and opened and closed cabinets but did not actually do anything productive to serve food. Finally got the ordered custard (no food), and my custard in a dish was half melted when it was handed to me.

Sweet Mother of God, waiting 20 minutes and being told to move twice.

Let's back up. Didn't tell me the price at the window. Took my card, handed it back. Waved a hand in no direction and said "park over there"

Since all the spaces for drive through were taken I pulled up behind someone else. They got their food so I pulled up.

While waiting I was asked to move up again. Ok, I do so. Then I was asked to move to a spot pretty far away.

You know how you can make space for the next group of cars? Serve the waiting cars their food. That's how this works.

I recommend not hoing to any Culver's, let alone this one. Just eat at home. It's cheaper and is the same amount of time and hassle.

And to laugh because you couldn't find where I was told to park.

On a "positive" note: Normally the sandwich is so hot I can't eat it right away. At least this time it was cold enough to eat immediately.
