The young lady that brought us our food was top notch and very professional. We were given a voucher for our wait and they remade our chillers. Definitely would go back. My burger was messed up, oh well it happens and I get it. I called an said I’d come back for it. Well it was messed up again. I called back and Megan or Morgan was the female who answered tried to argue over the phone with me over who said what. I then proceed to just ask for a refund. My fiancé goes back to the store she refuses to talk with him an then tells Nick her coworker that she didn’t say she would refund and that we are not allowed a refund. Honestly don’t know who hurt her feelings today but maybe she should get demoted and not be the person in charge of phone calls if she can’t handle customer complaints while keeping her composure.

Lots room in the seating area. Lots of room in the parking lot. Nice lit drive through. Easy access for people with disabilities. Booths, single table and family size booths. My table was dirty. Nobody came around to clean. I ordered online from my seat.

My root beer float came without my meal. One of team members said they didn't know where my food was. The cover of my root beer float was covered with frozen custard. That should have been wiped off before serving it to a customer.

My onion rings and fries had too much salt dumped on them. My pub burger looked like it was sitting around, not fresh.

I tried the salted caramel pumpkin frozen concrete. It was good.

There were lots of families with kids having fun. Some teenagers were being silly.

Bathroom was clean.

I received a code for free French fries. I came for the free fries. I probably won't be back to this Culver's. There's no place like your hometown Culver's.

I have been multiple times and also done mobile orders and have never gotten my full or correct order. They either forget an item or give the wrong item. Also wait times for drive through and inhouse orders take way longer than necessary. Messed up my order, had to go back to get it fixed. Good food otherwise. First time I've ever had to get a mistake fixed from them. They gave me a Culver's double deluxe with no toppings, just had the meat patties and cheese on a bun. Thats not what I ordered. Onion rings got cold in the bag outside in my truck waiting for them to fix their mistake making me a new sandwich. I love going to Culver’s but will not be going back to this one. I constantly get my orders wrong when going here and tonight was the last straw. My wife ordered online and I went to pick it up. The rest of your staff is excellent!!!!! I am a Door Dasher and am in your establishment daily and am greeted with pleasantries and smiles, but today I was appalled by the behavior of your staff member Ana. The last 3 months culvers in Hartford has went down hill. I used to come 3 or more times a week. Then stopped because everytime im missing either utensils or sauces or food items. This location has downsized there large concrete mixer option by over 4 oz yet prices remain the same! The new large option is now the same size as there old medium option absolutely ridiculous.

Edit: Turns out the down size is a franchise decision as a whole though it is up to the owner if they wanted to lower the price. This location chose not to lower there price so expect less for the same price. 👎

I’m crazy about frozen custard. I can’t believe it hasn’t taken off in Canada yet? We always stop at a Culvers when we’re in the states so I can get my fix. The restaurant is very clean and family friendly. They have a daily frozen custard special that’s super good value! There’s loads of parking around the building. They have smash burgers and they are deadly! I got a double cheeseburger and my mother in law got a triple! Hahaha I highly recommend them. They bring the food right to your table if you dine in. The atmosphere is kid and family friendly.

We went in there for ice cream and waited 45 minutes for are ice cream went up to the counter to go ask about are order and saw a bunch of people standing around. Once guy was picking at his face and working around good. Then there was another person in back that was touching his hat and hair wearing gloves I find this also gross. The table we sat at was very nasty. I expected a better place for a food service. Mostly will stop going there for a while. Don’t waste your time or your money…

My family (1 baby, 3 children and 2 adults) went through the drive through on a Sunday evening. We ordered our food right away but then waited 15 minutes to receive our food. Once we got our food, our order was not correct. My husband parked (at this point the baby is screaming) to go inside to have the order corrected and it took an additional 9 minutes. By the time we got home the food was luke warm at best. I called the following day to complain about our experience. I spoke to a manager who was very apologetic and said she would send vouchers to make up for our poor experience. Two weeks later and no vouchers. I called again and explained the entire situation. I was promised vouchers but again, 2 weeks later, and I never got them. I called a third time and was promised vouchers once again but you guessed it- it’s been over two weeks and I haven’t received anything. At this point, I’m giving up but we won’t be back. Ever.

We ate in at the Hartford Culver’s, it was my first time there. The employees there are Amazing ! The cashier was super sweet, the gentleman delivered our food to our table with such a great attitude, he even walked around checking if anyone needed anything. It's fastish food out of the fast food places Culver's is arguably the best. The burger was good nice bun and plenty of toppings the frys are always hit or miss today they were a miss soggy and limp the onion rings were ok. We've pretty much given up on fast food and even Culver's was a stop of convenience on our way from one errand to another. Culver's like the rest has gotten more expensive a couple burgers, frys, a ring and two iced teas for a little over 26 bucks that's still better than jumbos, McDonald's and the rest but There's a number of local bars and inexpensive sit down places for that price but it was quick, convinent and on the way.

Pulled around and was waiting for everything. Got the icecream and then informed the worker that I also the online order to which she asked if I pressed the “I’m here” button. I told her I let the person in the drive thru know about that order. I was then told to go to curbside pick up and now it’s been 15 minutes after they said my online order would be ready.
