Disappointed. Concrete mixer was not mixed. Cheeseburger was maybe room temperature. Fries were warm- not hot. We waited longer than usual and our order was subpar.

Culvers is a great place to stop for some custard. I have to give kudos to the guy at the drive through taking our order. We ordered pints of custard to go. He pointed out that if we order on more pint we would save a fair amount of money. He didn't have to do it, but because he pointed it out, we ordered more and was able to save some cash-something we all want/need to do these days. Thanks to the drive though guy at the Culvers on Grandview in Waukesha!

The food is normally good but I'm genuinely tired of not getting what I ordered. I'm a vegetarian, so when Culver's came out with their Harvest Veggie burger I was thrilled! But tonight my partner went to get dinner, and whoever wrote the order gave us a regular cheeseburger. I genuinely can't even eat it? Because I don't eat meat. So now we have to go back and pay for another burger. It's our word against there's so of course there will be no refund. Very frustrating. I understand that we should all look in our bag to "make sure we got what we ordered" but it happens over and over again.

Great restaurant! Great food! I just have a very high bar for how good food can get.
I do appreciate that they have diet root beer here. Some Culver’s’s don’t have that zero sugar option.
This place has a vegetarian patty option available, which my friend always chooses. She likes it.
I personally love the mushroom & Swiss and also the Sourdough melts they have. I don’t know why more people aren’t ordering them. They’re better than the burger in my opinion.

I went through the drive through and they forgot my ranch so I went in side and they were all doing absolutely nothing just standing around. My friend was behind me in the drive through and waited for his concrete mixer and we waited for it for 20 mins before deciding to go inside. Really just an overall bad experience… An employee - Marcus - was talking to my teenage daughters like they were the stupidest people on the planet for ordering their ice cream how they wanted it! I was on the phone with my youngest and could hear him. I don’t know if it was because I wasn’t standing there with my children that he thought he could speak to them like that or is he’s generally just nasty, but it was totally out of line! They of course were not going to cause a confrontation so I told them to get what they ordered and leave. But someone should really discuss customer service with this guy. So disappointed! UPDATE - talked to a manager at the location who says this is apparently an ongoing problem with this man. We have been asked to contact the store owners on Monday and the manager would fill them in before we talk to them.

I’m now convinced the local misfits hate me. I moved to this town a few years ago, and immediately liked that there was a Culver’s not too far from me. After unloading the last of my boxes, I navigated my way and excitedly ordered a chicken tenders basket. The girl at the window giggled the entire time we interacted, and when I got home I had brown crispy tenders, crunchy stale fries and a Diet Pepsi (at the time they served Pepsi products), instead of the regular ordered. I thought nothing of it until the next time I went a few weeks later and ordered the same meal, with the same level of giggling at the register and the same poorly made food. Cut to tonight, I’ve been trying to utilize my local services instead of driving into Brookfield where I’m much more comfortable and accepted. I ordered the cod dinner no lemon wedge, and a side of mashed potatoes and gravy, and coleslaw. The SAME GIRL still working the counter, still giggling when I handed over my card, and this time I get THREE lemon wedges in my dinner! Sour fish isn’t my thing, so naturally I’m irritated, but also, I’m beyond tired of these little people with their terrible attitudes and horrible service. I will never be back to this location. You’ve won.

I was in the dry through line for 35 minutes. I had to be someplace, so I called and my order was still "on the line." I ordered a deluxe single basket with a salted caramel pumpkin mixer and an order of cheese curds. I wasn't able to get my food because I had to leave. So, I paid for it but got nothing. I heard a young man tell another customer there were only 5 people on. If you can't provide a service, then don't open, or have the owner or other managers in.
