I've been at this location several times this summer, several times the custard in a cone is melted before its even handed to me. I hear oh I'm sorry, as it's dripping down the outside of my car door, or all over the cone with no napkins, today, all over my door ,I heard again oh I'm sorry, it's all over my jeans, my hands and my car and it was just handed to me. I find that to be very rude to actually hand someone an custard cone that's melting all over the place that they are paying money for. Maybe make the cone once the customer is at the window and your ready to hand it to them!!! I can understand if this happens once or twice, but all the time,and constantly asking for napkins common sense you should give every customer a napkin especially when eating an icecream crone!!!

Bought a cod sandwich tonight. Took it home to eat. It was so soggy and tasteless, hardly any tarter sauce. It was almost shriveled up looking. Waste of money. Not ever ordering that again.

DO NOT COME HERE! NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN! I ordered food and when I sat down to eat my burger, the meat was super undercooked, plus there was a hair in my burger, cooked into it and more hair on top. The crazy part is that I used to work there and I never let food go out like that.

I've noticed a serious decline in the quality of the food, the cleanliness of the restaurant, and the level of service. For the prices they charge, which are ridiculously high, you would expect better in each category. Sadly, most Culver's have become just another fast food restaurant. I've expect more, but keep getting less. This Culver's is just like the rest; just ok and charging ridiculous prices for mediocre food in a dirty restaurant.

I ran through the drive thur for a cup of custard at roughly 7 pm in the middle of the week. They weren't horribly busy, just a few cars a head of me. I waited roughly 15 minutes before a worker noticed that I had been there awhile and asked what I had ordered. I told him just a custard. He went inside and, less than a minute late, was back with my custard.

There was another lady that had ordered after me that must have had an issue with her order because she took a bag of food inside with her after it was delivered to her vehicle.

Love the restaurant off Hwy 45 and Hwy 60. Better parking than in Germantown. The cars flow rather than getting bunched up while waiting in line to go through the drive-thru.

We were there Tuesday about 6:30 and they had our favorite soup potato bacon and it was like water wasn't good wasn't even hot at all I took it back got chili then I had a side salad and he gave me two little plastic things of honey mustard dressing whatever happened to the nice little tubs of dressing they got little plastic containers that they made at home and they put dress in it that's kind of a non classy not good a good look at all so the two guys that's running this place I think they're cutting down even on soup spoons they don't even have those terrible just terrible what are these two owners trying to do?. 🤔

I was at Culver's in Jackson about a month ago and had a salad it was excellent. I even looked at another patron that had a burger and it actually looked like it the ones on the commercials. I was amazed because I never saw food exactly like they advertised. Earlier this week I went back to the same Culver's and I was sadly disappointed. I ordered a burger and when I got it it was so sloppy. The meat was halfway on the bun the fries were cool
There was no reason for this because the restaurant was basically empty! And all the booths were dirty! They had lots of staff so I don't know what was going on but it felt like I was in McDonald's

I ordered a cheese burger with mayo and ketchup, and I got a burger with mustard, ketchup, and pickles. Not only did I wait 20 minutes for this disaster of a sandwich that I didn’t eat, but the customer service left much to be desired (I.e. confirming the order before running the card, informing me of the price, telling me to - and where to - pull ahead). Visited at 10 AM during the great Curderburger event. I imagine lots more traffic than during a normal 10 AM day. The line moved along quickly, the order was delivered to my car with a smile, and was accurate. And that Curderburger, it was excellent. Didn't seem like a long wait for my food at all.
