My friends and I went through the drive-thru just to grab a few scoops of ice cream and ended up waiting over half an hour while cars behind us got their food and left. When we walked up to ask what was going on, the employee said, “Well, he couldn’t find you.” Kind of rude, especially since our number was hanging on the mirror. I told the cashier where we were parked, and she just said, “Okay.” We were in the usual spot we’re always told to, and I even saw the server walking trays toward the tables instead of our car. Waiting that long for something so simple was really frustrating, and the response we got didn’t help at all.

No matter what location or state you're in, any Culver's I've ever been to always has that same sparkling customer service when you walk in. Can't say that I've ever had anything to complain about whether dining in, carry-out or a drive-thru order; Culver's always delivers.

We visited this location last November after wandering around the Premium Outlets in Pleasant Prairie. The location near the mall was jam-packed so I mentioned let's take a quick ride up the interstate.

When it comes to fast food not just burgers but in general, Culver's reigns supreme and is the fastest growing franchise out there. I'll take a Culver's butterburger over a burger from McD's, BK, Wendy's, Hardee's, Jack in the Box or DQ any day of the week.

Other than the shining service, this location like any had clean tables/seats as well as the same consistent good quality for the food. I've read reviews from other locations that the burger was undercooked or the person had to wait 20 minutes for a take-out order when it wasn't busy.

Other than their scrumptious butterburgers, I've had the chicken sandwich, North Atlantic cod sandwich, Shaved Prime Rib sandwich which is sorely missed and the shrimp basket in which all are delicious and the food is well worth the price.

Despite living a few miles south of the border in IL, it's likely we'll return to this location being we do go to the Milwaukee area from time to time or stop in the nearby Mars Cheese Castle or if the Pleasant Prairie location gets packed again and we have that craving. I wish for continued boomin' business for the owner(s).

Drove up from Illinois and arrived at 11:54PM with the drive-thru open until midnight. They turned off the menu with me at the speaker and said nothing. I pulled up to the window and they ignored me until exactly midnight and then told me to leave. There was even someone behind me that also arrived before midnight. DON'T TRUST THIS CULVERS!

One of the best Culver’s locations I’ve ever been to!!
As someone who lives in Chicago and is frequently going up to Milwaukee, this has become the ‘mid’ stopping point. Compared to the locations in Chicago, this one is just 100x better. How you manage to get a group of 16 year olds to provide amazing service to every customer is just mind blowing honestly… and that definitely starts at the top with Management! (as someone who worked in Fast Food as a teenager, the staff here deserve major kudos.)

The food is always super fresh and cooked just right. Restaurant is clean everytime. (and I’ve probably been to this location 20 times now at various times of day, holidays, etc.)
Also - everytime the food comes out quickly!

Honestly, this location is the main reason I decided that Culvers is my #1 Fast Food Chain. :)

Culver's is really the king of its class. It's the best fast food you can buy in Wisconsin. Employees are always nice, and the building is clean. The food is quality at a slight cost. I come here for lunch on my break often and this location is the slowest I have ever experienced. Multiple times I have to go in after waiting more than 10 minutes for my meal to get my food. Today my food was waiting on the counter just sitting there. The workers were chatting and I was told that they were just about to bring it out but I don’t know why the customers at this location are waiting for their food when it is ready bagged and waiting for the workers to take it to the car. This leads to me only having a few minutes to eat my lunch. Even if wasn’t on lunch break my time and every other customers time should be valued. On top this all the burger was also wrong. I waited a few months to make this post because every restaurant messes up once in a while but this is a continued issue I am having every time I get lunch here. I understand being busy but they were not.

Drive thru shorted us a drink, honest mistake. Issue was the delivery kid didn't know what to do so he sent us back around putting us in the drive through line again.
