I have been dealing with this for over a year now… THEY LITERALLY ALWAYS FORGET TO GIVE US KETCHUP even when I PAY for it in the drive through.

The food is always good here. However, it's $19.19 for a fish fry and when you go to wash your hands the water only stays on for 5 seconds! I timed it! How are you supposed to get the soap off your hands in 5 seconds? Plus you can't just turn the water on again immediately after it stops. Oh, ya. Came in last night after my sons football game in Racine and let me tell you I’m blown away by the changes. We normally go to the Sheridan Road Culvers since they are much better but didn’t feel like driving an extra 10 mins each way. Stopped in and this places has made major improvements. The owner and the new gm were their running the store and everyone was in GO mode. Looks like they finally added real managers and even added police presence. I can bring my kids here at night now with out worrying about crime. Thank you Culvers for making positive change for the locals who love you

Awful customer service and have no sense of time. How come it takes 20 minutes for someone to get one scoop of vanilla custard. Absolutely ridiculous and then no one is working the drive thrus so it took 10 minutes just to talk to someone through the speaker. AWFUL!!

I get it that this is likely the first job for most of these kids, but they really do need to be trained a bit better with customer service. I ordered a cup of ice cream with dove pieces. I sat outside and was brought my ice cream, but with no dove pieces. I told the kid it's missing them, and he said it's not on the ticket so I never paid for them. I literally had to walk in to the register and pay for the dove before he'd allow me to have it. The whole thing was just weird, like he thought I was trying to pull a fast one on him or something. Next time, just go in and get the topping I ordered instead of walking me in there to pay the .75 cents.

Nicole was absolutely amazing! I called eariler in the day to ask about the Jeep ducks . The lady told me they only were able to give them to Jeep wranglers ( I have a Jeep cherokee) and I was upset but I understood . A lady then called me back and said she understood and told me I was still able to get a duck if I ordered anything before 2:00 because that’s when she left . She said if I had any problems to ask for Nicole . I got there and ordered my food and then asked for Nicole . When Nicole came to the window she knew it was me who called and let me pick out a duck . Then we chatted about how we both wanted to be apart of the ducking squad . She was so bubbly and just in such a great mood and it really brightened my day . I can’t thank her enough for letting me pick a duck and just making my day 10x better!
She had such good customer service and deserves a raise!

They had the free ducks, it’s one per car and I have two children so I called before driving across town to get my 4yo a duck and was told they had them. Get there and told only for jeeps. As far as fast food goes these guys do it the best! I dont even eat fast food but once or twice a year a butter burger with cheese and bacon hits the spot. Always fresh and beats almost all of the burger joints in Kenosha.. Kenosha food sene is pretty generic. I drive back home to Milwaukee or Chicago for good food. I ordered via DoorDash a butter burger meal and a salad, they forgot my salad. When I called to tell them they forgot the salad, and the burger was a mess. I called in and spoke with Matt the manager (he was rude and not apologetic). Not once did he apologize for them messing up my order, even after I advised him this is not my first time with a messed up order from this location. Culver’s used to be the best with service and quality but this location like many others have become like every other fast food establishment. So disappointing.

Update- 8/23/25. Decided to give this location another chance and it was a huge mistake. Once again I ordered food to be delivered and they messed up. I ordered two butter burger baskets and they forgot one burger. I called them and got an extremely rude manager named Daisy, she was not apologetic and instantly told me I need to contact the delivery service, which I already did. I advised her this is not the first time they have messed up my order or even second time and she did not care she said in a snarky voice “we will ensure we are checking bags in the future”. I asked for the general managers name and when they would be in and she said “you’ll just need to call daily, I don’t know when they will be in”. This location is the worst Culver's in Kenosha County. Don’t waste your time or your money here.

I was so surprised at how many employees the store had, I purchased a butter double burger, when I opened it after leaving the restaurant, the burger had just bread and patty meat, nothing else, not even ketchup. I am not sure if that's the real deal but I didn't like it . The service was relatively quick and delivered to my hands. I will be very careful if I want to come back to Culver's.

Great food. Service has gone down drastically. My order the last few times has been incorrect, and today was no exception. The employee at the wondow has an attitude. My order included 1 fries and 2 cheese curds, wel I received 2 fries and 1 cheese curd. The attendant had me either go inside or pull around to the window again. Since there were no cars in the drive tru, I pulled around. The attendant at the window with an attitude asked what was wrong, I explained, and showed him the receipt. He took my bad to inspect and verify and proceeded to go show the MGR, I'm assuming. Someone else brings me the 2 cheese curds, but I'm still missing the fries. This dude rolls his eyes and slams the window, and gets my fries. WOW!

I’m happy with the fries I ordered they were good but I also go Custard for a concrete mixer and it was melty and I can tell you why. Gets our order wrong everytime. We're simple people we order off the menu with no alterations. It's usually 2 items. Potentially the slowest drive through I have ever been to. I’ve waited 45 mins for my food; walked in twice, then they finally gave me my cold food that had been just sitting. Also, they added a tablespoon of salt to my custard just last night. No joke, the most inefficient drive through.

Love Culver's...my go to place but this experience was terrible. Closing time midnight...10 pm no flavor of the day, cold fries and cheeseburger...asked for custard and it was a huge Hassel for them to get plain chocolate with health.

Pre ordered online for curb side pick up, nobody came to the car, I went in, they seemed to be irritated that I pointed out that I had to come in to see what the status was on my food, since I waited 5 minutes past the pickup time. They had me wait an additional 20 minutes, which is ridiculous, I asked if everything was in there, they again seemed irritated as if I offended them. Came home, and was missing my fries. I am appalled by the service, and lack of concern or urgency when I had to wait that long, and did all the ordering and paying my self online.

I frequent a lot of Culver’s all over Wisconsin. Probably the worst one I’ve ever visited. Cashier just stared at me and didn’t greet. Counter was filthy where you get ketchup and napkins. My burger was terrible. My pumpkin shake had way too much cinnamon on top. I emailed the general manager about it and heard nothing. The Culver's on Sheridan in Kenosha and Zion Illinois doesn't do things this way. Just in case they blame the burger on the gluten free bun that's not why. If the bun is heated up it doesn't do that, so just another way this location does it wrong. I'll never stop going to Culver's but I will stop going to this Culver's.

Picked up order and both Butter Burgers were ice cold and the fries must have been cooked an hour or more ago because they were limp and so starchy that they were impossible to swallow. They need to train these employees because they really don't care what kind of food they're serving. Of course, they're young kids but if you don't teach them now, what kind of adults are they going to grow up to be? I called to complain and the manager was decent and she took down my name and said they would send me some food coupons, so that's the one star. I don't think I'm going to be going back to Culver's for much in the future because although the food is delicious, the service is terrible. What good is delicious food if it's cold?

I'm not sure what's going on with this location. I went to the drive thru today and it wasn't busy at all. I ordered a tender basket with fries, soda and a scoop of the flavor of the day. I honestly should have checked my bag, but I never have an issue with most Culver's so I didn't. I got all the way home and my fries were missing. For $16, that was about half the meal. Ok, well that sucks, but it's fries and it is what it is. Then I go to eat my ice cream which was supposed to be devil's food cake (chocolate custard w/chocolate cake chunks and chocolate chips).... This was... So gross. It was chocolate, but it did not have the consistency of frozen custard it was very watery and grainy like cheap grocery store ice cream. There were no mix-ins in it and it just had a large hard thick splotch of chocolate covering the entire top. It was not good and I threw it out after a couple of bites. The runner (Shaun) and the cashier were nice so points for them, but this location always has issues with getting food out and cleanliness. I think I'll drive the extra length to go to a different location. Sorry :(

I honestly don’t even know where to start so many wrong things it’s crazy. First was the annoyance and rush of the order taker on the intercom. Once at the window I watched as the same person that took my order was too concerned with his phone then to give the attention to his job that was needed. Proceeded to wait for thirty minutes for two concrete mixers. The whole time I was parked on the side and could see inside the facility of all gross behavior. Cross contamination of touching themselves with gloves that they packed bags of food with. I know it’s not in policy of Culver’s but you would think hair should but put up to a certain extent to prevent falling into food. And not to mention I witnessed a employee pick his nose and just flick the booger off his finger unsure if he even cleaned his hands properly. I was so disgusted was a waste of time and money. I know these are kids mostly but at some point there should be common sense of basic hygiene and proper food safety. I will never come back to this location it’s a shame of the lack of quality experience that could be given.
