I went there tonight.We've only been there twice so far. They brought our food out the burgers and the French fries, everything was basically not even hot. It was barely lukewarm when I said something to 1 of the kids at the front checks outs , they did nothing. It was almost $45 for our food.And it was absolutely horrible.Not only was it barely lukewarm, but the burgers were oversalted.The french fries were cold and we got two different kinds of shakes that they didn't mark so we don't know who shake was what. Never eating there again.

We came to this Culver’s in Kenosha on Saturday, September 27, 2025. Only a few notable complaints: there was one definitely one very unhappy crew member who was mumbling and muttering to himself and kind of throwing a tantrum. They also gave me a concrete mixer instead of a chocolate ice cream with chocolate syrup. Not a big deal overall but not what I ordered. It was homecoming for Kenosha’s high school(s) I believe so it was crowded and that could have contributed to it, but overall, still a very pleasant experience. This was my 44th Culver’s visited in my album. I have visited locations across Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Missouri, Kentucky, Tennessee and Florida now. (Written 10-7-25)

Ordered for curbside pickup. Both bags sealed. We ordered 2 custards, no spoons. Ordered Diet Coke, no straw. Said Diet Coke was in fact a completely flat Dr. Pepper with no ice. Wouldn't complain if it was just one mistake but 4 mistakes out of 7 items is a bit much.

The only reason they received a 2 star from me and not a one is the nice lady Vicki who is just about the ONLY one that actually gave us service while a bunch of teenagers look at their phones and dont attend to waiting customers. The atmosphere is very weird and unwelcoming, they just stare at you like they dont know they have a job .. No asking if you need anything or even attempting to interact while they have elders doing all the service like taking orders and bagging food. They dont welcome you in or really say anything, just blank faces looking scared to give service. We stood there for about 15 minutes before we were even acknowledged. Vicki who was doing one million things at once(everyone was just on there phones or goofing off) eventually turned around and realized we hadn't been helped. She had a young man standing right behind her just looking at us and she asked him if he was gonna do his job, which ended up being her doing that too while he just stood there. Vicki deserves a double pay for all the work she was making up for... thank you Vicki.

I’ve dined at several restaurants and when the order is totally incorrect by the restaurant, there is some sort of compensation (not necessarily monetary) to remedy the issue. Culver’s botched the burger order and forgot to seal the cheese sauce container which spilled in the bag.

To Culver’s FIXING YOUR MISTAKE does NOT MEAN you compensated for the customer service! Remember that and tell the store manager the same thing!

On 5/13/2025 we pulled in for drive-thru. I ordered a pub burger and four ice creams. It was 30 minutes before we the received my order. The pub burger was cold, dry, and fries were hard. I ordered two mint chocolate chip mixers but was delivered cherry chip mixers. Service was slow and food was horrible. Culvers is going down hill. There is never any good customer service when you enter Culvers. Extremely disappointing and paid $40.

Literally started to eat the burger after having to heat it up on the microwave and as I'm eating the burger the longest hair came out the middle of the burger when I split it apart. Disgusting! Officially done with Culver's!

This place is a joke. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. If you do curdside togo. Regardless of what time they tell you to come, or saying “I’m here” in email or text, like requested. You will still wait for another 10-20 minutes. Food was to be ready at 5:43. Checked in at 5:45. It’s now 6:00. Still no one.

It’s not any better if you order online then go in to get it. There is no where to check in. They all just walk around aimlessly. You still wait forever.

Update: food arrived at 6:05, only after calling the restaurant. Also arrived with no drink. Had to go back in to get it. Finally left at 6:07

Then they have the audacity to bring you cold food. Food that was supposed to be done at 5:43 was likely ready on time and just sitting there.

This is ongoing. It’s been 3 times. I will not order here again.

This was the most disgusting and horrible running place I’ve been in a very, very long time. I took my wife, my three kids in for lunch to have a special time with them all to get greeted by this blonde, short girl that doesn’t give a damn about service or anything that goes on in the restaurant I was greeted with her by disgusting stare in a horrible tone. I’ve never actually been inside, only ever through the drive through. I understand that Culver's takes a little longer to make your food. I’d say the wait here sometimes is slightly longer than at other Culver’s but the food always comes out perfect so I’m always willing to wait. This spot has been my comfort food spot after church on Sundays when I’m starving for food. Although I’ve gone a lot less lately since the lines are always packed regardless of the time (a packed line to me is 5 or more cars)

You gotta love the Culver's experience. There are always a ton of super friendly team members behind the counter eager to take your order and make it perfect. I will say this too, I am an extremely picky eater. Culver's has NEVER once gotten my order wrong. I absolutely love the Spicy Chicken and the Veggie burger. Normally I have great things to say about Culver's. However, this location continues to disappoint every time we visit. The staff can never get the order right where it's dine in or drive thru and the management is rude.

Update: today we stopped, there was nobody in the drive thru... until we ordered. We literally waited 15 minutes without a single one of the 12 cars waiting to be served. Absolutely unacceptable. We have been here for almost 20 mins and there's only one employee bringing orders out and there are now 15 cars plugging up the drive thru, and those are only the cars I can see from the pickup area. Get it together, management.

Waited 30 mins in drive thru line. Employees came up to car with food multiple times then claimed “never mind not this” and walked off. Very obvious there was a mix up inside. Very obvious whoever is in charge cannot handle a dinner rush. What happened to my order? Why would you allow a car to sit in the drive through so long? When I approached an employee they said “we will make it now.” I want a refund. We got: one okay but with unknown drink and the other with mayo, fries, and unknown own drink.

Exchanged drinks there because we noticed right away. But noticed the rest after we got home. UGH!!

Where do I begin lol. After about 35 minutes of waiting by the trees I called Culver's, and asked if my order may have been forgotten. I was advised there was equipment issues going on. I wasn't advised of that until now. Then the gentleman brought out our &60 order and shook his head and said you better check it?....isn't that what they do before they bring it out??....anyway, the order was all wrong, the ice cream sundae was soup, salad dressings were forgotten. I called again and spoke with manager Cayla. She then came to the car to speak person to person, we went thru the order together and she truly apologized. She remade the wrongs from our order herself and brought them to me. I commended Cayla on her professionalism during a hectic time. Don't let Cayla ever go, that girl deserves a raise!!!. ..because of her, we will keep coming back.

Went through the drive thru and asked for extra cheese on a sandwich which didn't normally have any cheese at all. So I got charged for the double cheese, but it wasn't on the sandwich. I called and let a manager know and was really kind about it, I just told her I wanted to give her a heads up because in my experience it has been happening a lot lately, at all restaurants, not just Culver's. And it sucks, because finances are tight, and this makes me not want to spend any money eating out at all anymore if it's not even going to be worth it. I didn't mention that last part to her, the conversation was brief because she did not sound very concerned at all and just said she would "let them know". No apology, no desire to make it right, which is fine. Good luck to this location, I will not be coming back.

I have never in my life left a negative review, but today I have to.
Today was the last day of school for my kids, so I wanted to treat them to some ice cream to celebrate. We pulled into the drive-thru line and immediately realized it would take a while to get our order as it was quite busy. We were fine with that and proceeded to wait. When it was our turn, we put in our order and then waited some more. Finally we got to the window to pay, got our sticker and pulled up to wait for our order, which was three concrete mixers and an order of fries. At this point we had been in the drive thru for at least 30 minutes. After a while we began to notice that cars that had been behind us were leaving with their food while we sat, still waiting. We watched about 5 or 6 cars that arrived well after us get their food and leave before we decided to get the attention of one of the employees bringing out the food. I told him our order only consisted of ice cream and fries and that we had been sitting and watching everyone else leave with their bags of food, so I'm assuming our order was lost or skipped somehow. He went to check on our order and came back out with it shortly after. By this time we had spent almost an hour in the drive-thru. As we pulled away my son noticed that our ice cream was almost completely melted. It had obviously been made quite a while ago and just sat there. So for $20 I got an hour of our day wasted, gross melted ice cream, and hot irritable kids. This was also probably the third or fourth time I've dealt with them forgetting our order. I will not be returning to this location or probably any other fast food establishment for that matter. The prices are beyond ridiculous and the service and food quality you get in return is unacceptable.
