The service at this Culver's is "amazing." I have never successfully receive an order that doesn't contain at least one wrong item.

Food is ok. Its a Culver's, no significant difference from any other average Culver's.

The cleanliness of this Culver's is slightly below par for typical Culver's. Table is often not cleaned. Spilled drinks will stay on the floor for extensive periods of time.

Culver's is unbeatable! The gentleman who took my order was full of personality and very friendly. We had a brief conversation, and he wished me a safe flight back to Boston. A woman also approached my table to take my tray and offered me a refill. The service at this location was top-notch! It seems that management puts a lot of effort into training and caring for their employees. I ordered the Mushroom Swiss combo with cheese curds, and I also enjoyed the Flavor of the Day, "Totally Reese's."

Went to the park with my grandkids and some family. My daughter treated us all with an ice cream treat. Some ate also, the food never disappoints. As a matter of fact I don't believe I've heard anyone have anything bad to say about the food. It is a little pricey but so worth it! Went through their drive thru for dinner and waited over 30 minutes for our food! After 20 minutes, I flagged one of the runners down and said we had been waiting 20 minutes for our food. She said she would check on it and then 5 minutes later, someone comes out and asked what we ordered. I told them. Another 5 minutes goes by and the same girl who I flagged down said she needs my order in order for them to make it. I told her I just gave it to someone. She said “oh” and then ran inside. ANOTHER 5 minutes goes by and someone else comes out and says “we need to know what you ordered in order to make it fresh for you and the girl that I just talked to said you refused to give her your order”… wow! I told her I didn’t refuse to give anyone our order. She explained that we were given the wrong ticket number and so our food was given to someone else. My question is, how did not one worker notice that we had been sitting in the same spot for over 30 minutes? The staff was rude about it in every aspect. Then the biggest disappointment yet was when we got home, our food wasn’t even cooked all the way… what a joke, Culvers. We waited so long, we should’ve asked what they were serving for breakfast. Couldn’t imagine how long that wait would be.
