I went through the drive thru and ordered something that I have ordered a thousand times before but when I ordered this time, the cashier said that she would have to speak to the manager and when I said that I had ordered it a lot she flippantly said, "well, good for you"! super rude! On saturday we went there for work and the food was awful! Overcooked butter burgers and cold fries. I think from now on, we will drive to the one in Elkhorn and skip the one in Lake Geneva!

Spent over 20 minutes in line!! As you can guess all the food came to me cold and the Sundays were melted. The order taker interrupted me. The person at the window just looked at me instead of saying what my total was to prompt me for payment. Place has gown down hill. Went to dine in the other night and it was filthy. Looked like a food fight occurred in the dining area. Drink area was a disaster. Trash overflowing. Drive through staff wasn't very friendly this morning. There wasn't anyone in front of me and I believe they were just opening up. She wouldn't read me my order back until I drove up to pay and the screen was showing the other order. When she read me the order, it wasn't the way I ordered it, so I repeated it and she said, yes, that was the order. Two sandwiches were wrapped and was coming apart. The box wasn't closed so when we took it out of the bag it opened and fell onto the floor. Usually service is good here. We go once every few months. But it was awful today. Probably won't come back.

I just wanted to say i've stepped in a couple times later in the evening when the place was very busy. Last night In particular it was very busy and it seemed like the customers were giving the staff a hard time when they were all running around like crazy. Had a simple order with two value baskets and they messed up both of them.
On the one order we had a concrete mixer that was supposed to be a chocolate base and we got vanilla. When we went to the counter to get our order corrected, the lady at the counter just said "okay", grabbed it and went into the back. A few minutes later she plopped the correct mixer on the table and said "here".
On the other order they forgot to give us our onion rings, and we ended up paying more for those items because she didn't put then as a basket.
Overall very disappointed in the service, it's gone downhill over the years.

Honestly some of the worst service I have ever received. Genuinely so disappointed at what this place has become. Paid more than $30 for 2 orders of tenders, onion rings, and a basket with a concrete mixer. The tenders were small, they completely left out the onion rings, they got our concrete mixer wrong and the lady was extremely rude about fixing it. Will not be coming here again. I know.. Culver's is just "another chain restaurant".. but yesterday when we went for dinner I was not impressed. My burger patty didn't fill the bun, my side salad had many pieces of soggy, wilted, mushy lettuce and some of our food was barely hot. I was excited that it was busy hoping for fresh/hot food but with how quickly they were turning around orders my vote is they were sitting on stuff that was made a while ago.

The cashier also greeted us, asking what she can get us then walked away as we waited another 3-5 minutes before she came back.. and we were ignored by everyone else.. one cashier at dinner rush on a Friday?

Atmosphere was alright, mostly clean - had to wipe my own table down.

My biggest issues were the lack of customer service and the burger patty being slider sized!

Took quite awhile for us to receive our food. By that time, my concrete had melted a good bit. The concrete had a ton of pecans in it and they weren't chopped at all. I was chewing more with the concrete than I did my burger. Speaking if my burger...ir was not made right. I asked for extra mustard and they gave me a plain burger with ketchup only. Culvers Corporate really needs to check out this location. This is by far the worst culvers we have ever been to. We have been here on 3-4 occasions & it is always a bad experience. Unfortunately, this is the only location near us so we have stopped going all together. It is dirty. The staff is not friendly - you feel like a burden standing there ordering. You usually have a super long wait, which is fine but the quality of the food you are given is just not what we are used to at a Culvers location. It is obvious the employees do not care about this location & the customers can feel it & see it. They need a cleaning crew & better training asap.

Absolutely the worst Culver’s we have ever been to.
We just moved to lake Geneva and we will never go to Culver’s in town again.
We waited at the first speaker for 10 minutes while other cars went through the second lane. Once we finally ordered and got to the window the rude older man gave us our drinks with a wet soggy number attached to the top of our cup and shut the window and didn’t say a word.
So we sat at the window as he ignored us and didn’t say anything.
Then our food came out from a door looking for us.
There was no communication. Just rudeness all around. Not to the mention the food was disgusting.
I’ve never had an experience like this at any of the many Culver’s we’ve been too. So disappointing.

I got $26 worth of food yesterday, the burger was good just too much ketchup to where my burger was drowning in it. I was more disappointed when I bit into a cheese curd and it tasted like fish. My husband has bad reactions when it comes to fish so all the curds that he injested are on the side of the road. Very disappointing since this is both our favorite food place. We never had a bad experience until yesterday. I don't know if they use different fryers for different foods but I can tell you cheese curds should not taste like fish. More concerned for people who are vegetarian and/or allergic to fish. Please be careful and if you order, fries or curds to ask if it's fried in the same fryers used for fish.

Zero stars!! Not busy on a Tuesday at 1130, 4 tables waiting for food and no one in drive thru line. Took our order and we sat down to wait. Other tables starting getting their food, we kept waiting. Three more tables sat down AFTER us and they got THEIR food. I then went to the counter to ask where our food was, got NO apology as they asked each other: "Where's the order? Who took the order? Who can print the ticket?" I then demanded a refund, which took several MORE minutes, and only after that did I get a weak "sorry about that". Ridiculous!!! As a Culver’s employee at another location, I have to admit that I was a little disappointed by this Culver’s. Really nice team members, but had the restaurant very dirty and definitely needed cleaning. I ordered a spicy crispy chicken sandwich and they overcooked it a lot and made it a lot less enjoyable and for some reason put 2 French fries in the burger despite me never ordering fries. I ordered pretzel bites and a concrete mixer with the sandwich and those were pretty good.

This was my go to restaurant in Lake Geneva until about 2 years ago when it was under new management! The biggest problem is there’s never any management on site. The kids that work there are not properly trained. One poor new kid told me he was not allowed to open the drawer to give me change on his first day. No one would help him.
There’s a system where all to go food is placed on the side or in a bag as it comes up. I watched this one day while waiting for my order for 21 minutes! Burger ready, 5 minutes later put fries in bag with burger while the ice cream for that order melted!
It is dirty, bathrooms are not clean, they never ever get my order right! Also, be warned, if you go into the restaurant and place your order 15 people can go through the drive thru after you placed your order and they will be taken care of first. Come on Culver’s corporate! This could be a gold mine. Fire your manager and put a top manager in there.
